A 10 years old Calen gives a long sigh and returns to her room after her father ignores her when she shows him the first quest that she just completed to her father. She then placed the paper quest on the table and lying down herself into a bed near the corner of her room.

While lying, her mind was thinking about why it is so hard to get her father's attention. She has done many things to make her father proud but anything she does is never been recognized. Her father is too busy with her work until not given enough attention to her. Then, she turning her body around and submerge her face at the pillow there while kicking both of her legs, dissatisfied with her father's action.

“So, you just finish your first jobs as a knight in this kingdom.” A soft voice coming from behind making Calen shocked and turned around her face to see the owner of that voice.

In the back of her body, it looks like a young male dark elf is holding the paper quest that she placed at the table before with a big smile. Calen looking at that young male dark elf with an unassuming face. She knows this person. This person is her oldest brother Callon.

“Yeah… but father not even looks at it.” Reply Calen with a sullen voice while submerging back her face to the pillow. She lazy to talk to people now after her father killing her mode.

“Don’t be like that Calen.” While walking and sit down at Calen's bed near her head.

“Maybe father is really busy at this time and did not have time to look at it. It doesn’t mean she not proud of you.” Continue him while petting Calen's head trying to persuade her.

Calen raises her head and looks at her brother's face. Their eyes meet and Calen stares into her brother's eyes to find something. “Why I can be like you, Callon?” a sudden question comes out from Calen's mouth.

“What do you mean by that?” didn’t understand Calen's meaning.

“You are smart, strong, handsome, and most importantly, fathers always pay attention to you. Whatever you do, father always praises you no matter it was big or small things. Sometimes it’s made me jealous because you get a lot more attention than me. How I can be like you?” Calen expressed all his feelings that have been hidden in his heart all this time toward her brother Callon.

Callon is her oldest brother. He was born two years early before Calen. He is a very smart and strong brother because, at the age of 12, he already be a general in an army in the Edhellond kingdom. He always making Calen felt lost behind. Calen always tried to follow her brother's footsteps but no matter how hard she tried, she still cannot catch with him. That why sometimes, Calen felt jealous toward him because he gains a lot of attention from many people including her father whenever he did something. They're also a rumor said that he is the one that will be chosen as the next guardians.

“Calen listen here. Strength and power come in many forms. I may be known as the strongest person in this kingdom but there are many people outside there that can easily defeat me. This world is vast Calen, and somedays you will understand that there are some problems that can be solved through power only.”

Calen listens to her brother talk with full of excitement. This is because she amazing with her brother that always comes out with brilliant words when they have a conversation with each other. Sometimes it makes Calen motivated and wants to do the best than she already is.

“So, don’t let something like this to bothering you. In the future, I believe you will make everyone proud of you and will be recognized by all the elven in the Elf Forest. At that time father will never ignore you anymore.” Continue Callon with a smile while patting Calen's head.

“Callon, what are you doing here?” Said the big guy with angrily surprised after seeing that guy face.

“Who that, Garret?” Ask the hood guy from his side.

“Callon is the one of the ex-guardians in the north forest. He is the former general in the Edhellond kingdom. He is known as the Dark Eagle because has sharp instinct when fighting his enemies. However, four and half years ago, he has been expelled by the king Arthur because tried to assassinate the king and take away the throne. After that tragedy, he was prohibited to enter Edhellond kingdom again and been banished from North Forest.” Explain garret.

Then Callon gets down from his horse. He slowly walks past through Aoi that still confusing with the situation that happened and straight to Calen's place. He looked at Calen's body that lying to the ground in a half-conscious state.

“Pathetic Calen. You can even take down a single enemy.” Callon begins to talk.

“Nii-sa… Urghh” Without given time to Calen finish her words, Callon steps her sister in the face and kicks her body continuously.

“Stooop it (Yamero)…” Shout the big and the hood guy simultaneously while running toward Calen's body.

Calen's body had taken a lot of damage. She had used a lot of magic and stamina when fighting with Aoi. Moreover, she still has not fully recovered from the battle with a human. If Callon continues to treat her like that her body will be seriously injured.

“Shut up (Urusei)! A stranger should involve in our problem.” With a high voice while lifting his arm and casting a wind magic toward the two of them. The wind magic hit the two of Calen's men and make them fly away. Then, he keeps continuing to beat up Calen's body.

“Father (Otou-san)… “With a weak voice, Calen called for her father’s name. She realizes all these problems happen because of her. She was so desperate to make her father proud until making this tragedy to happen. Suddenly, a tear drops from both of her eyes.

Aoi that looking at the situation suddenly becomes angry. Her eyes burning with fire after sees Callon's action toward his sister. They are siblings and siblings are supposed to protect each other instead of killing each other. Without thinking any longer, Aoi dashes toward Callon's body and swings her sword with full strength. Callon noticed an attack was coming and quickly draw his sword that he carried behind his back to block that attack.

Their swords clash but because of Callon is not fully prepared, his body was moving backward.

“Tchh… I thought making you two as enemies will make you be by my side.” Said Callon while correcting back his position.

“Me side with you… stop be joking around.” With a high voice. “I will never forgive someone that threatened his family like a trash. Families supposedly love each other and don’t hurt each other. They should support everyone even though they doing something ridiculous. Anyone that threat his family like a trash like you, are on my list.”

Aoi is very angry. This is because she also has a family and understands Calen's feelings. Even though she had caused a lot of trouble for her family but her twin brother, Sora, and Sero are never hurt or hate her. They always with Aoi to corrected back her mistake and support her until she successful doing something. That what the real family is.

“Are you alright?” Ask Aoi to Calen while held out her left hand to help Calen get up.

Calen looks at the Aoi action with a confusing face. They are enemies but Aoi still wants to help her. If she were at Aoi place, she will just leave her enemy like that to die. However, Aoi doesn’t do that. After looking back at Aoi's eyes, she now understands that Aoi has a good heart. She will never let everyone suffer even it was her enemy. Without thinking any longer Calen reaches Aoi's hand and gets up from her place. Calen lends her arm to Aoi's shoulder because she is still cannot properly stand up. Her body is too weak even to stand up because of the damage she has taken.

“MuAhahahah…” Callon laughs with an evil laugh after seeing Aoi's action. “I never thought you will help your enemy. But… you see right now you all have screw up. Even the two of you working together but with your condition right now, you cannot even give a good fight to me. Moreover, my army has surrounded all your people.”

Aoi and Calen realized the situation that they have to face. Their enemy is outnumbered them. Even with all of them working together, there are no graduates that they will make out alive. What should we do now:- Aoi talks to herself.

“Now then…” Callon walks slowly toward Aoi and Calen's place. However, before he even moved her legs, there something sharp suddenly pierced his back. He turned his head to look around, and what he sees a two young boy pointed their sword at his back. The two young boys are Sora and Sero.

“Don’t move, if you value your life.” Said Sora with a badass voice.

“Well! Well…What we have here? Sora and Sero a Twin Dragon from Avallone kingdom. I never thought that there still someone stronger here.” Said Callon with a sarcastic voice while raising both of his hand's sign of surrender.

“Shut up (Urusai), So you are the roots of all problems that happen here.” Said Sero with a serious voice. “Answer me, you are the one that drives away all the monsters and animals here?”

“Drive away all monsters and animals! What do you mean by that?” Ask Calen with a shocked and confusing expression. She never knows about this situation.

“As I thought…” Reply Sora.

2 hours before

“What do you want to talk about?” Said the orc with a high voice. He very scared when see Sora's sword is still pointed at his neck.

“Calm down here…. First, we want to ask you, did you ever see a person with a yellow hair around here?” Ask Sora with a calm voice while putting away his sword from the orc neck.

“I don’t know. I never meet someone with a yellow hair…”

Swoosh!

Before the orc finish talking, Sora was swinging his sword again toward the orc neck. His attack was hit a little the orc neck and make a blood coming out from the scratch.

“I told you before… never ever tried to lie to me, if you really value your life.” Said Sora with a serious voice.

The orc was trembling. These two kids are really scary as the rumor said. They will do anything to complete their jobs. So, it was pointless to make an excuse anymore. If he keeps continuing to lying, he really will lose his life.

“I have seen the young man was taken by a monster before. If I am not mistaken, he was capture by a harpy in that direction” With a trembling voice while pointing his index finger to a certain direction.

“Good…” Reply Sora with a scary smile. “Now I want to ask you, why are you running away from this forest? Is there something that disturbing you?”

“Yeah… we are running away from the Edhellond kingdom army. They had gone crazy. Their leader had killed many of us as a warning for us to get out from here. If we were ignored that, he and his army will hunt down all of us until everyone died.”

“What? Why must they drive away all the monsters and animals?” Ask Sero, not satisfied with the answer given by the orc.

“I don’t know… but all my people said because they want to attack your kingdom, the Avallone kingdom. They also said that 1000 army lead by their leader is heading there.”

Sero that listen to the orc answer quickly turned around and walked away from here leaving Sora alone. He is not satisfied with the answer. If they really a war be erupts, then he cannot keep quiet and wait. He must stop it, with all cost.

Sora that looked at his twin brother action quickly put away his sword into the sheath and chase after Sero. The orc that sees their action quickly taken this opportunity to get up and run away from there.

“Wait… Sero.” Called Sora while chasing Sero. Then he put his hand at Sero's shoulder to stopped Sero's movement. “Where the hell are you going?”

“It is obvious, I want to return to our kingdom and remind all the people here.”

“Wait Sero. Don’t make a quick conclusion. If you tell our kingdom now about the war will happen, this will put them in chaos. Besides, there is something wrong with the story.” With his right putting in his chin thinking of something.

“What? What do mean by that?” Sero is surprised by Sora's words.

“Listen here! The orc said before that the leader of the army that killed his people and drive away them is a He. In other words, it was a guy. But as we know the leader that leads the Edhellond kingdom army is a woman. So, there is someone else that pulling a string behind this tragedy. This person must want to make our kingdom and Edhellond kingdom fight each other and gain benefit to him after that.”

Sero listens to her brother's explanation with a priceless expression. They are true behind Sora's words. There is someone that wants this war to happen. This person must be someone very cunning because want to take advantage of them but the real question is who is him:- Sero talk to himself.

“So, what we gonna do now?”

“For now, let regroup with our sister first and think the next strategy.”

Sero nodded his head agree with Sora's decision.
