《Diamond Jozu (English)》Chapter seventeen: Diamond Jozu

...
The shock wave had made Joz back two steps and Mark 4 back. So we could already see who had the advantage.
Joz was shocked that someone could take his diamond punch.
Mark was also shocked at the strength of Joz's fruit.
When Joz saw the transformation of Mark's fist, he immediately understood how he had been able to resist.
Mark had a fruit almost identical to Joz's except that instead of being diamond, it was iron.
Joz's crew was shocked to see this transformation.
"He has the same type of fruit as the captain."
"It seems to be made of iron."
"In terms of logic, the captain should win since diamond is stronger than iron, right?"
"It depends on the user," Daz said with a grim face.
..
Mark's fist was iron, and Joz's was diamond.
Seeing this, Joz smiled and turned his body into a diamond (all except the eyes), and Mark did the same.
"Looks like our fight will be hand to hand," said Mark.
"Diamond vs. Iron," Joz replied, smiling.
"I would break your diamond, know the" Mark had said this sentence not out of confidence but arrogance. He thought that even if the diamond was harder than iron, he could beat it a lot with his mastery. After all, he had already beaten plenty of demonic fruit holders (zoan).
"That's what we are going to see."
The two men rushed towards each other.
BOOOM BAMMM BOOOOM
Each hit was given to not only kill but also to show who had the better fruit.
'BOOST' thought Joz, who was about to give a 'DIAMOND PUNCH' to Mark's face.
Mark was planning to parry by attacking with his fist.
BOOOOOOM
To everyone's surprise, Mark flew into the crowd behind him.
"Tsk, I feel like he's hitting harder," Mark said, coughing up blood.

He stood up, and you could see that his fist was slightly deformed.
"HAHAHA, not that strong!" Joz looked at Mark with contempt, and he knew this type of person well: if you don't reframe them, they will be and will remain arrogant (crocodile, enel, rob Lucci, arlong, etc ... even if for enel it is a bit different).
"Ready for round 2," Joz said, striking a fighting pose.
BOOOM BOOOOM BOOOOOOM
Their fight was simply a pure hand-to-hand fight, but to the disappointment of the Bena family, it was Mark who ended up on the ground: k.o
His body had Joz's fist marks on him, proving that Joz was doing him a lot more damage than he thought. Joz's body was average; without his diamond body, it looked like he hadn't fought.
If Mark was still alive, it was because Joz wanted to recover his fruit. He had seen the potential of this one, and he would miss more than to find the ideal person.
"Boss Mark!"
"Impossible that he loses!"
The members of the Bena family had their mouths wide open, and they had never seen Mark lose, so it was hard to believe.
The number 1 of the Bena family had just collapsed in the face of Joz's blows.
"An ant that wanted to kill the elephant, arrogant Tsk, you thought with your poor iron you could beat me," Joz said, looking at him.
"The captain is amazing."
"HAHAHAHA, I always believed in it."
"Same I did not doubt for a second"
"The captain's fruit is the most powerful."
David and the others were laughing and applauding Joz's victory. The contrast was visible between the two camps.
Daz's tense muscles relaxed, and so did the worries in Robin's heart.
..
Joz walked over to the mansion, and the members of the Bena family were scared. With each new step, Joz took, they backed up. Their rifles were shaking, the drops of sweat were more and more numerous.

Those soldiers who were feared were afraid of one man.
But can we blame them?
Joz was too strong: bullet-resistant + defeated Mark = INVINCIBLE (in their heads).
"I leave you two choices: death or flight," said Joz with murderous intent that made them tremble.
If Joz made this proposal, it was because he knew he couldn't destroy the Bena family. However, he could still beat them by killing all the high-ranking officers.

Discover the world with Alz as he sets off on an adventure, experiencing many new encounters, and overcoming obstacles along the way as he slowly delved deeper into the truths behind the world. --- IMPORTANT NOTE: This story is not fantasy-themed and not I didn't omit the fantasy tag by mistake. That said, there is meaning and significance to the title, except that it will be unveiled only much later into the story. Magical elements and the like will not be a factor in most of the story until the very end. tl;dr: This is not fantasy, magic doesn't play a role in the story. --- Updates: Will try to post a chapter once every 2 days PS. This is my first novel so there might be several issues in various aspects which I might not notice so comments are highly appreciated. --- This is more to add pressure to myself rather than anything else... but anyways the story is now part of the pledge!
