《Diamond Jozu (English)》Chapter eleven: Diamond Jozu

...
Robin waved her hand to say she didn't mind it. She didn't care what people called her. She had lived so many years in the shadows that weren't what was going to make her angry.
'pfiouuuu,' sighed the person.
"Everyone, dinner is ready."
The crew rushed into the kitchen, they were former slaves and therefore had very little food at mealtimes, but now they would be able to eat until they died.
Joz was also starving for the same reasons and because of the massacre, he had done.
The cook wasn't a charlatan; the food he had cooked was delicious.
However, the meal scene was chaotic (like the Mugiwara in Alabasta, very funny).
Apart from Robin, the other crew members ate unrestrained, which was not pleasant to the eyes. Joz was happy to have recruited Robin; seeing twenty men eating like barbarians hurt his eyes.
[Ding! the revenge mission has been triggered, reward: G1 × two demonic fruit pill and 25 HP]
[revenge: destroy the Bena family, which is part of the five great mafia families of Ouest Blue]
..
[Ding! the mission 'the fame' has been triggered, reward: demonic fruit recovery card and 50 PS]
[The fame: Become the pirate with the highest bounty of any West Blue]
After the meal, Joz watched the two new missions excitedly. The rewards were quite generous, especially the Demonic Fruit Collection Card.
Thinking of the Bena family, Joz had resentment; traffickers had made the body he embodied slaves of this family.
The second mission was quite tricky as there were a lot of old-era monsters (old era> new era) in West Blue. He didn't know if he should have the highest bounty of the current pirates or any pirates of this seas.
..
Everyone dispersed after eating.
Joz felt a little tired and decided to go and rest in his cabin.

After lying down on his bed, Joz remembered that he had won a Devil Fruit pill.
A golden pill suddenly appeared in his hand. You would have thought it was candy.
Joz ate it without hesitation and noticed with amazement that it had melted in his mouth.
"The taste is delicious."
Unlike the elixir of physical strengthening, the candy exploded with even stranger energy. Still, Joz had failed to detect where the power had gone.
After a few seconds, he felt like he was handling his diamond fruit more lightly as if the old boundaries of his fruit had been shattered (not awakened).
Joz hastened to open his status and saw that his demonic fruit had gone from stage 1 to stage 1+.
'Well, I'm going to sleep and change boats tomorrow,' thought Joz. This boat was horrible; there was not a lot of room.
..
When Joz woke up, he went to the bridge and summoned the Diamond Rusher.
Everyone was shocked that a colossal sailboat appeared so suddenly.
This ship was at least five times the size of its current boat.
The general color of the ship was dark brown; the boat's bow was a man pointing his sword forward, which appeared to be carved in diamond-like another part of the ship.
"From now on, this ship will be ours; his name is 'Diamond Rusher,'" Joz said loudly.
"Unbelievable!"
"He's so beautiful. He's diamond woooooow."
"I have never seen such a big ship. It is much bigger than this one."
The eyes of the crew were full of excitement. They admired Joz even more, when they saw him make such a ship appear.
Robin was also surprised.
'Wasn't Joz a diamond man? How can he spawn a ship? And especially where he could have got it.'

Robin was suddenly curious about this strange captain.
Everyone rushed to the new ship, taking everything from the old boat (food, clothing, utensils, etc.).
David glanced at the blank flag on the mast of the ship and said, turning to Joz: "Captain, we are still missing the pirate crew logo."
Joz told one of his members to go pick it up.
"Captain, I'm the best at climbing; let me do it," said a young blond man fiercely who started to climb super fast.
"Go get me some paper and paint; I'm going to go practice," Joz repeated to another member.
"Yes, captain"
..
"Damn it!" Joz said irritably. He has just learned that he is not good at painting. He had tried for 30 minutes, but it drew like afoot.
"Who among you can paint?" asked Joz
To his surprise, none of the crew knew how to paint.
'Tsk'
"Captain, let me do it," Robin said in a soft, confident voice.
"Very good," Joz replied with a big smile.
Joz was not too surprised that Robin knew how to paint because she had always been a very cultivated and educated person (she comes from an island of historians, so not surprising that she knows how to paint a minimum). He gave her directions for the logo, and Robin quickly drew it.
The flag's design was not that complicated. Joz wanted to divide a skull into one classic skull and the other: a completely diamond skull (The head had a smile ).
Looking at the flag, Joz nodded with satisfaction and said, "Robin is using your ability to hoist our flag on the mast and draw the same logo on the sails."
With her devil fruit, Robin could do this task quickly and effortlessly.
Robin paused a moment after hearing this. How could Joz know that she had eaten devil fruit? After all, on the description of her wanted poster, it had never been written that she had eaten a devil fruit. Robin is even more curious about Joz!

After all, he would risk everything for freedom and the right to be a mage. But how’s a scrub to learn Magic and get power? Why, join the magical under belly of the city, of course. And eat all the mana that he can get. Two Disclaimers: 1) This is a work of fiction. Any characters, places, organisations and everything else in this novel are fictional. Any resemblance between anything in this novel and the plane of reality we live in is purely coincidental. Was that a bit over the top and a wee bit unnecessary? Maybe. 2) This story features an antihero with a slight hint of villainy. So, sooner or later, it’s going to get dark. Very dark. Hence all the tags. If you are prone to be squeamish, this might not be for you. Well. You were warned. ;)
