《Sword and Bloodline》Discussion

" No sir I don't" Lee truly didn't know anything, all he knew was they forge metals and weapons but if he told that to the extremely arrogant Master Yang he might get ridiculed.
"As I expected, this small city has made you ignorant of some basic things" Master Yang arrogantly.
Lee felt vexed but didn't dare to say anything.
"A blacksmith is a treasure in the eyes of big clans and sects who are in possessions of bloodlines, do you know why?!" Master Yang stared at Lee as he questioned.
"To forge weapons!" Lee said knitting his eyebrows, that was the only thing he could think of, what was the job of a blacksmith.
Forging!
"Haha!" Master Yang on hearing this couldn't help but burst into laughter which made Lee feel a bit uncomfortable.
"Bloodline clans would not care or treasure any how blacksmith, just because he can forge weapons, they only treasure blacksmiths who can forge semi-essence weapons!"
"Semi-essence weapons!" Lee thought in his heart, so they were blacksmiths who could do this, but Lee couldn't help but wonder why Master Yang was telling him all of these!.
"I should be careful, Master Yang seems to have an agenda" Lee quickly came to a conclusion in his heart.
"Do you know the type of blacksmiths who can forge such weapons, which even a bloodline cultivator can't!"
" What!" Lee lost his cool and couldn't help but scream out, Master Yang seemed to be expecting such reaction as a grin appeared on his face, one should know that Bloodline was the greatest source of power to humans in this world, and to the likes of Lee there was basically nothing that bloodlines cultivator couldn't do.....so why wouldn't they be able to forge semi-essence weapons?!

" Before i explain to you, let me tell you this, do you know that bloodline cultivators are a bit envious of you?!"
Lee's head was beginning to turn, everything he was hearing today were entirely new and strange.
"Is Master Yang alright?!, why would he assume that a bloodline wielder is envious of us, who had to forcefully carve a dantian" Lee couldn't help but ponder.
" You might think that my words are nonsense but let me tell you these, little do you know what might the essence weapons in your hands can unleash, you guys are too narrow-minded, as a blacksmith i have had access to several information"
" One of them, been the powers hidden in essence weapons, do you think the Four ruling sects would stoop themselves so low to search for talents, it is because they know a lot especially from those of you with extraordinary essence weapons!"
"Now back to my question, do you know why bloodline wielders are envious of you!" Master Yang said with a wide smile on his face!
"Yes!" Lee nodded his head absentmindedly, he didn't need anyone to tell him again, essence weapons was what made bloodline cultivator envious.
It took few breaths, before Lee could absorb the whole information, after he had calmed down his racing heart, he then nodded his head to signify to Master Yang who had been patiently waiting.
"You should already be able to tell the categories of blacksmith's who can forge essence weapons?!"
" Yes Sir, blacksmith's with essence weapons!"
"Bravo, you are really smart" Master Yang said with a smile on his face.
"But do not let this get to your head, probably only one out of thousands of essence sword wielders can discover the mystery hidden in essence swords, but in all, bloodline still stands on top!"

Lee nodded his head, he wasn't dumb, if it was easy as that, then people like him would not need to fear bloodline cultivators.
" Let me also tell you this, though blacksmiths with essence weapons are always sought after, there are some extremely talented bloodline wielders who can also summon weapon totems and create essence weapons just like you!"
"Impossible!" Lee almost jumped out of his seat, a bloodline and also an essence weapon, this signified having two dantians!
"What sounds impossible to you, might appear possible to others!" Master Yang said silently, he couldn't blame Lee he had also felt this way when he learnt of it.
Lee wanted to cry, this bloodline cultivators just seem to totally dominate the world, it was such a pity to be born without a bloodline!
"Master Yang, could there be a reason for telling me all of these?!" Lee couldn't help but ask.
" Boy, you shrewd!"
"When i tested your essence sword, I discovered it's extremely formidable, that hymn which rang out, signifies the sword is pretty close to nature and you the wielder would have an exceptional affinity for metal, and so you are qualified to be a blacksmith!"
"Ohh, blacksmith!" Lee raised his eyebrows, and then he began to connect the pieces together, could it be.....
"But Sir, I'm a swordsman, and from the little I know, blacksmith's need to have a lot of strength, and that which I lack, and most importantly, I'm a swordsman that deals with speed, massive body strength could hinder my movement and control!"
" Haha, naive lad, becoming a blacksmith have great benefits, first of all you would have better control over your sword as your wrist would be strengthened and become firm, due to the heavy hammers, secondly, who told you that the massive strength would affect your control, with a good body constitution, all you need to do, is train harder, and your body would learn to control well the new strength, which comes with a more explosive speed and with the strength of your wrist improved, the power behind the piercing effect of your attack would also take an increase!"
" More importantly if you are able to forge very formidable weapons, you could have a bloodline clan or a powerful warrior owe you a debt!"
"Wow!" Lee was extremely amazed and the last ounce of reluctance he had against becoming a blacksmith shattered, his young mind couldn't resist the allure of the benefits listed out by Master Yang, especially the fact that a bloodline clan could owe him a debt, though he knew he wasn't able to do that now, he assumed that to be in the future, nevertheless he was still tempted!
"Master Yang I would become a blacksmith!" Lee said while a determined glint flashed across his eyes.
"Ok lad, as I expected all you need now is a good teacher!" As this words dropped from Master Yang's mouth a arrogant expression suddenly appeared on his face.
It was then that everything became clear to him, the whole story and the advice was for a reason....This sly man wanted him to become his disciple!
It was at this moment, that the door of the shop opened and a fine young man appeared.

Gamer
This story is abandoned and has not been authorized for distribution on any sites but RoyalRoad. Given the Gamer ability after shattering a crystal inside a game, Jon's world is upturned as he is thrown into a life he considered fantasy. Making new enemies and encountering a god, he cannot escape the quest which is forced on him. Different worlds and different situations, can he come out on top? He's neither perfect nor a saint, he is Jon. Welcome to Gamer. This has been dropped, I didn't like the way I forced a few plotpoints and I lost my notes on the story itself. Read below if you want to be spoilered. As far as I recall, he would change race into a higher human after using a spell to overload his mana repeatably until his body forcibly adapts, he would train up his rift usage spell with some better targets than God's Realm because he keeps hitting his stats limit until the cost lowers enough that he can actually grind it. His world is being invaded by multiple worlds, so the god had many backup plans where a lot of people went into their own fantasy settings and came back to defend Earth. Jon never is the strongest one out there, he has to keep grinding and grinding before he gets stronger than the other heroes, and at that point the invasion is nearing the final stretch. Jon's two biggest advantages is that he can keep grinding without hitting a cap he can't evolve, and that even when he is eventually killed. He would have respawned in the nearest 'Safe Zone' after dropping a level and everything he did to gain that level. I also had a bunch of ideas for mini-arcs where he would play in multiple worlds in multiple situations, not that great of an idea in retrospect.
