Magnus found himself back in his domain. Dice ran over to him and started shooting her barrage of questions.
" Lord Magnus! What happened? Did you find a suitable world? Was it interesting? Did you visit mom-"
Magnus turned to look at Dice in a daze.
" When did you start calling Nuwa, mom?! Why am I still Lord Magnus?"
Dice realised that her question was deflected and pouted.
" Not telling until you bring me to the new world!"
Magnus sighed and got up from the floor. The girl bothering him looked at Magnus curiously.
" Why are you on the floor anyway, my Lord?"
Magnus walked over to the sofa and sat down. He then searched his domain for any specks of that being's energy. Finding none, he sighed in relief.
" I accidentally stumbled upon another being's world and it kicked me out."
Dice's expression turned serious when she heard this.
" He managed to kick you out of a dimension despite your space concept? Was he really that powerful? Are we in trouble?"
Studying his soul for any damage, Magnus realised that the being did not mean harm. It simply did not like that he was trespassing. Finding his soul in perfect condition, Magnus answered Dice.
" The being was honestly not very powerful. But it was or is?... very experienced."
" Will it retaliate?"" I believe that it will not, it simply did not like me."
Dice let out a sigh of relief and sat down next to Magnus.
" Will you be going out again?"
" You are all questions today, aren't you?"
Dice stared at Magnus indignantly and pouted again. This caused her lord to laugh.
" No, no, I will not be going out to find new dimensions yet. This encounter made me realise that if I could eat lower dimensions, there must be other beings that can do the same. I would be highly unlikely that I would ever meet one but it is still possible."

" So, what will we do? I don't want to cultivate for all eternity..."
" Hmm... I just have to put my hopes in that..."
" In what?"
Magnus scratched his chin and stared blankly at the wall. Dice noticed this and started slapping Magnus softly.
" Come on, tell me!"
" My concept of grasping is tier 7. It has a distinct difference from anything below it. The rest of my tier 5 abilities and concepts seem to have a limit of sorts. Whereas the tier 7 ability does anything it is supposed to do as long as it is something that I can imagine happening. So-"
Dice narrowed her eyes at this statement and frowned.
" I want to visit Rory tomorrow. You are not worming your way out of that."
Magnus simply sighed, Dice had seen through him before he could even form his excuses to procrastinate.

8 91Dungeon Pearl
Zeke lived a normal life and died a normal death. Fortunately for him, this wasn't the end. Swallowed by a strange creature known as a dungeon pearl he quickly gained the godlike power of the core for himself! A very small, weak god. Unfortunately for him, it seems that he won't be left alone. An attempt at a more organic dungeon core novel. Riffs on a lot of litrpg stuff without actually being litrpg. Cover by Douglas Terabyte!
8 199# The Gemstone of Ominium 2 - Pain
Her unfazed expression didn’t even waver when the blade of her thin sword pierced one of the men all the way through armor, flesh and bone, a gurgling sound bubbling from his throat. With a kick she mercilessly pushed him back, freeing her blade, and glanced down at his dead body sprawled at her feet, confirming that death had indeed taken him. Stepping over the dead man’s body as if it were a mere pebble on her path, she raised her head just in time to see her second attacker lunge at her and, nimbly turning on her heels, she slit his throat. A spray of hot, sticky blood hit her left cheek and slid down her neck, but she didn’t even blink. The scent of the fresh blood filled her nostrils and her brain like an inebriating drug and she stepped forward once again, lightly turning to one side to avoid being decapitated and quickly returning the favor. One by one the men kept falling as she advanced, victims of her lethal, almost mechanical movements, as if she’d been born with a sword in hand and ready to kill …* This is a direct continuation of Book 1 - Denial. You CANNOT start reading Book 2 without reading Book 1, since the story won't make any sense! Enjoy ^_^*

8 110Episode 2: SPAWN
A vampire was destroyed in the city of Two Rivers. Her second death points detectives Alton and Cook of the Unjust Existence Extermination Investigation Force in the direction of an agent of a foreign power, and suggests the existence of a greater vampiric plot that undermines the reputation of the city for fair treatment of living-impaired citizens. Set in the world of Manifest Destiny - a shared hombrew D&D 3.5/Pathfinder 1 campaign setting that has been in use since 2007, this is a fantasy police procedural similar in style to Law & Order. Retired player characters make cameo appearances. This work originally won NaNoWriMo in 2015, and will update every Saturday until complete.
