《The Ancestor》Chapter 2 "The Tilt"

As Jeffery continued to browse through novelupdates to find the new chapter of A Pill Eternal, he started thinking about the rage he felt last night.
Last night, he started reading this new novel about a kid who got a super rubix cube from an old scientist who believed in parallel universes, which helped him train for 2 years, to become stronger. The two years, turned out to be 2 days
It is one of those sci-fi stories, and as Jeffery novel read one before he decided to give it a chance.
As the story was progress nicely, though, there was some inconsistency's he decided to keep reading as they were minor and hoped for a great story line.
Come to find out, that 9 chapters into the story a random "Loli" showed up.Which had him cringing of the face of the planet.
He then proceed to allow said loli to stay in his house, without having know her for 1 hour, figures right?
Then a day later, he was taking the loli to eat, and was attack, by assassins, coming for said loli's life.
He then proceeded to protect said loli, who, mind you , he only met a day ago with his life. Against assassins with guns. Fucking guns!!!!
The thing that really drove Jeffery to the edge though, was the statement made by the main character after the loli's family guards came to get her.Which, if you haven't guessed already, turned out to be the little miss of some big shot family, seems legit.
After reading the cringe fest which was that chapter, Jeffery decided to drop the novel and type up a storm in the comment section, berating the author for his stupidity.
He hated those type of novels the most and wanted no parts of them due to the complete and utter stupidity of the author.

Having finished reading the new chapter of A Pill Eternal , Jeffery decided to go and take a care of his daily hygiene After doing what he had to, he decided to go make breakfast, of scrambled eggs and bacon.
Jeffery lived alone, He was raised by his mom and never knew who his father was nor did he ever asked, as he was smart from a young age, he grew up quickly and learned not to ask about those things, as he watched his mom work hard to support the both of them.
He knew that his mom placed her hopes on him, which is the reason why he still went to school though he hated it, While he was not an A+ student he was a b and c student, which was passing, but not outstanding.
Not that he was not smart enough to get A's but because he was not interested in school and a career. Though, he was very interested in becoming an immortal just like heros of his favorite xianxia novels.
In fact, he was dedicated that he would meditate each night and try to draw out spirit Qi from the air into his body. Though he is disappointed that he never got any results having doing it everyday for a year.

An Unbound Soul
When Peter suffers a too-close encounter with a truck, he finds himself reborn in another world. At first glance it is a perfect fantasy land. There's magic to play with, elves singing in the forest and a hyperactive catgirl neighbour. There's even a System that lets him earn skills and level up. But it isn't long before he notices that the world is far too perfect. Just why is everyone so nice? Can Peter accept the alien morality of this world's self-proclaimed protector, or will he seek to overthrow her? Set after the events of A Lonely Dungeon, a few hundred years after the rebirth of civilization, this is a story about an earthling falling into Erryn's new world and the subsequent struggles of himself and Erryn to understand each other. It's a slow paced slice of life, and while there are pieces of action, don't expect any immediate grand conflict between Erryn and Peter. Published here, scribblehub and amazon. Two new chapters a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The Pugilist
Vincent Roy Salazar has never been your common folk. He climbed any mountain he found in front of him. From a bright young student to an accomplished professor, his life can be described as a continuous race to the top of his chosen fields. Patriarch of a loving family, proud father of three already grown siblings, Roy realizes that his life is the perfect picture of what the average man strives for, and for that he is truly grateful. But happiness is a difficult-to-reach goal, and as he lies in a pool of his own blood, his fist cracked, a young lady crying while cradling his head, he remembers what really gave sense to his youth. Pure Unadulterated Violence The Pugilist wants to be a different take on isekai shenanigans. What would happen if instead of a moronic idiot, a depressed high schooler, or a wannabe hero the one to get his do-over is a fully grown man that has already seen what life has to offer in full? Someone who conformed himself to society, but has always craved something different? In a journey of self-discovery, academy building, god-slaying, and absolutely no harem we follow someone driven by logic, experience, and a smokey goal: to fuck shit up, have fun while doing so, and maybe resume his career as a professor for those strange, magic-wielding, unstable youths that seems to never get enough of his presence. Guys, a few notes, first of all, this is my first time writing long-form fiction. I have a background in psychology, and my main income comes from writing dreary financial articles on SEO blogs. But after a bad break-up, and finding myself falling asleep only while thinking of deus ex machina for stories on this site (and for APGTE) I decided to try my hand at this web series thingy. I'm confident in my grammar, but that's it. Everything else will be a first time, and as such any constructive criticism is encouraged and gratefully accepted. Now, on the story. Romance will be introduced once my little heart is mended, if you are scared of LGBT you may be turned off by the fact that I plan to have no taboo of any kind in my universe, but I won't ever write detailed sex scenes for any characters so don't worry too much. The litRPG part is very light and will take place later in the novel, but it's a key component nonetheless, for world-building and storyline reasons. I already have everything big planned out, so I won't drop it outta nowhere, and I hope you won't find too many flaws in how things pan out. I plan to make The Pugilist an interactive story, with secondary characters created by my audience and introduced after tweaks and careful planning. The main reason I'm writing this is that I want to build a community for myself in this time of isolation. I discovered that exercising, playing the piano or video games means jack-shit when you are utterly miserable, so I hope to give some value to my readers in exchange for praise, fame, money, and companionship. I give full props to anyone who has read this whole mess of a synopsis: I hope to not disappoint too much, now let's write some more steaming garbage that will be in dire need of editing later on.
