Mr. Breao opens the door to access the roof of City Hall and begins walking to the edge of the building. When he gets to the edge, he looks down and sees hundreds of Zombies wandering around aimlessly.

BREAO

Look at all those them down there. It’s hard to believe that they were once human.

Mr. Breao starts smiling.

BREAO

But once my plan is complete, I will have the power to rule the world.

CHARLIE

DAD!

Mr. Breao stops smiling and turns his head to where the voice came from.

BREAO

Charlie, my boy. I’m glad you can finally make it.

CHARLIE

Dad! What’s going on?! I have to know!

BREAO

The less you know, the better. Trust me...It’s very beneficial.

CHARLIE

The less I know? I have a right to know what’s going on!

BREAO

Why? Because you’re my son?

Charlie becomes aggravated.

BREAO

That gives you no right to be in my business.

CHARLIE

But dad, your business is my business too! And vice versa!

BREAO

I want nothing to do with your business. My business is mine alone and no one else’s.

CHARLIE

But dad-

BREAO

Don’t “But dad” me. Your feeble attempt to sway me is futile. I don’t even consider you as my son.

CHARLIE

(surprised)

What did I do to make you say that?!

BREAO

Absolutely nothing.

CHARLIE

(angry)

DAD!

Charlie charges at Mr. Breao.

(Meanwhile)

On the second floor, Dark Knight and Logan are still fighting. Dark Knight falls to the ground hard, closing his eyes. When he opens his eyes, he sees Logan coming toward him from the air with his blades pointing at him. He avoids the attack by rolling out of the way. Logan stabs the ground with his blades. Dark Knight jumps from out of his roll and lands on his feet, facing s Logan. Afterwards, he throws a Knight-orang (Dark Knights boomerang) at Logan. Logan avoids the attack by ducking and pulls his blades from out of the ground before charging toward Dark Knight. Dark Knight throws two more Knight-orangs at Logan. While charging, Logan cuts one Knight-orang in half and avoids the other by moving slightly to the side.

LOGAN

Nice try, bub. Your little toys are not going to work on me.

Without Logan noticing, the Knight-orang that he avoided previously, comes back and hits him in the back of the head and heads back toward Dark Knight. Logan stops and grabs his head in pain. Dark Knight catches his Knight-orang.

LOGAN

OWWW! That hurts, bub!

DARK KNIGHT

It looks like this toy works on you just fine.

LOGAN

I’m going to kill you!

Logan begins to charge at Dark Knight.

DARK KNIGHT

I’m through messing around.

Dark Knight pulls out another Knight-orang and charges toward Logan. When Dark Knight and Logan gets close enough to each other, Logan swings his blades at Dark Knight, but Dark Knight avoids the attack by ducking. Dark Knight swings his fist with the Knight-orang in it at Logan, but Logan avoids it by moving to the side. Afterwards, they both regain their balance and begins to barrage each other with attacks. They both are blocking and evading each other’s attacks.

CANARI

Dark Knight! You got this! I believe in you!

DARK KNIGHT

Shut...the…hell…up!

Dark Knight blocks another attack from Logan, but Logan quickly kicks Dark Knight in the stomach. Dark Knight slides back while still in his blocking stance. Dark Knight stops sliding and gets out of his blocking stance.

DARK KNIGHT

CAN’T YOU SEE I’M KICKING HIS ASS?!

Logan begins to smile.

LOGAN

You’re pretty good, bub.

DARK KNIGHT

You’re not bad yourself.

LOGAN

This fight is pretty entertaining, but I have a job to do. So I’m going to end this.

Logan quickly charges at Canari.

DARK KNIGHT

What?!

Canari becomes too terrified and is unable to move.

CANARI

DARK KNIGHT! HELP ME!

Dark Knight begins to run toward Canari.

DARK KNIGHT

CANARI!

Suddenly, Logan quickly changes his direction toward Dark Knight, catching him off guard.

DARK KNIGHT

(Shit!)

LOGAN

It’s over, bub.

Dark Knight is unable to react fast enough and is stabbed in the stomach by Logan. Dark Knight coughs up blood.

CANARI

Dark Knight…

DARK KNIGHT

You…bastard. That…was a cheap…trick.

LOGAN

And you fell for it.

Logan lifts Dark Knight in the air until he has Dark Knight above him.

DARK KNIGHT

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

CANARI

Dark Knight…

Dark Knight looks at Canari.

DARK KNIGHT

Canari... Don’t…worry. Everything…will be…OK.

Logan looks at Dark Knight.

LOGAN

No it won’t.

Logan rips Dark Knight in half.

CANARI

DARK KNIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!

Canari starts crying. Logan takes the top half of Dark Knights body and throws it out the window.

ROBIN

DARK KNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!

Canari runs to the window and jumps out, following Dark Knight. Logan watches as Canari jumps out the window and sees him land on the cement, head first, breaking his neck.

LOGAN

Poor sap...Well, I guess he deserved it. If it wasn’t for him, Dark Knight would have still been alive.

Logan walks out the room. Afterwards, someone walks up to where Dark Knight and Canari had fallen.

MAN

Dark Knight and Canari, eh? I never thought these two would die like this.

The individual looks closely at Dark Knight.

MAN

I wonder where the other half’s at.

The individual at the window of the room that Dark Knight and Canari fell from.

MAN

Might be up there. Only one way to find out.

The individual proceeds to walk around City Hall to get to the entrance. They see the Knight Mobile parked by the entrance of City Hall.

MAN

Dark Knight won't be needing this anymore. I'm going to keep it for myself.

The individual tries to get inside but the door is locked.

MAN

Locked. Dark Knight must have the key.

The individual goes back to Dark Knight's body and searches it.

MAN

Nope. The key isn't here.

The individual looks at Canari's body.

MAN

If he has the key, I don't want it. Maybe it's on Dark Knight's lower half.

The individual goes back to the entrance of City Hall and heads inside.

MAN

Wow. This place is huge.

The individual enters a hallway and continues down it. Suddenly, they see someone walking toward them and the individual stops walking.

MAN

I wonder who that is?

LOGAN

I don't know who you are or what you're doing here, but today is your unlucky day, bub.

MAN

Logan? Is that you?

LOGAN

How do you know my name?

Logan stops walking after realizing who the individual is.

LOGAN

Frank?

FRANK

Yeah, it's me.

LOGAN

Well, look what the cat dragged in.

Frank smiles.

FRANK

It's been a while Logan. How have you been?

LOGAN

Don't try to get buddy, buddy with me, Frank. You know what you did?

FRANK

You still complaining about that time, huh? That was a long time ago. Let's just let bygones be bygones.

LOGAN

Like that's ever going to happen.

FRANK

Logan, buddy. I really don't want to fight you.

LOGAN

That's funny because I really want to fight you.

Logan charges at Frank.

FRANK

Here we go.

Logan throws a punch at Frank, but Frank avoids the attack by jumping over Logan.

LOGAN

Why you little...

Frank lands on his feet behind Loagn.

FRANK

Sorry to talk and run Logan, but I gotta go.

Frank runs away from Logan.

LOGAN

You're dead meat when I catch you!

Logan chases after Frank.

(Meanwhile)

Kindra is walking up the stairs while dragging Candice and Josaline. Someone is still following and spying on Kindra in the shadows without her knowing. Suddenly, the person who's following Kindra accidently steps on a piece of glass and made a little noise. Kindra stops walking and looks down the stairs. All she see are stairs and darkness.

KINDRA

(Someone has been following me. They must be good at hiding their presence. I’ll just let them keep following me until I have an opportunity to strike.)

Kindra turns back around and proceeds up the stairs again while dragging Candice and Josaline. The person continues to follow Kindra. Candice begins to talk while she's asleep.

CANDICE

I do want to fight.

Kindra looks at Candice while still walking.

KINDRA

Huh?

CANDICE

Fighting is awesome, dad.

KINDRA

Stupid girl.

Kindra gets to the door that leads to the roof. She drops Candice’s leg and opens the door to witness Mr. Breao standing by the edge of the building while Charlie is on the ground, beat up.

KINDRA

I’m here as you ordered, sir.

Kindra picks up Candice’s leg and walks towardMr. Breao. Mr. Breao turns around and sees Kindra dragging Candice and Josaline.

BREAO

Glad you can join us Kindra. Me and this piece of shit was just having some family time...I suppose.

Mr. Breao walks toward Kindra until they meet up with each other.

KINDRA

I'm sorry to intrude on your family reunion.

BREAO

Not to worry. That thing is more of an associate than family.

KINDRA

Understood. Here is the intruder, sir.

Kindra drops Candice’s leg. Mr. Breao looks at Candice.

BREAO

So she’s the intruder? Hmmmm...Why do she look familiar?

KINDRA

I believe she was one of your test subjects from long ago.

BREAO

That’s right. Now I remember. The one that got away.

Candice begins to wake up. She slowly opens her eyes to see Mr. Breao looking at her. Candice quickly sat up.
