The tribe walked to the other side of the room and opened the heavy door with some light inscriptions carved in it. Which gave them a sense of deja vu.

They then took the stairs back up again. It lead all the way to the first floor. There was a wide hall with more of the wooden support and a large carpet on the ground. They were able to see a treasure chest at the end of the room. Which they couldn't reach just yet.

Because there were two cows once again standing in the hall. However this time with a bull behind them. Looking annoyed at the group for interrupting his time with the ladies.

The wooden floor shakes as the bull stepped to the front, with a loud sniff and he put his head down ready to attack.

The Bull of Merry Ranch[Named Creature].

Appeared above the bulls head in a similar fashion. As the proto-rat did back when they fought them in the labs.

All three of them right away charged at the group who tried to guard themselves just in time. With Pillow the boar staying in front head below hoping to catch the most damage for the group.

Pillow took 12 DMG

Collin took 8 DMG

Randolf took 10 DMG

Sophie took 10 DMG

Snuggly took 6 DMG

chirp-a-lot flied up just in time to avoid the charged attack.

"We really need a healer! There is no way we would last in the future if it keeps going like this."

Sophie shouted while blocking a cow who was trying to headbutt Sophie a third time.

Collin went ahead and used quick-repair on Pillow healing 2 hp.

Collin looked at the notification and replied to Sophie

"I suppose I can stand in as the healer for the group in the mean time"

Ronald looked confused at Collin

"Aren't you only able to heal the robots though Collin?"

Collin sighed annoyed.

"That damn old man"

Afterwards Chirp-a-lot went in for a dive attack onto the left cow. Dealing 5 damage to her.

Snuggly did bite-on onto the same cow dealing 3 damage and 4 more damage over time. Which dealt about 7 damage to her.

Pillow went in for a tackle and did about 3 damage to the bull. Sophie shot a gyro ball at the left cow. Dealing 10 damage to her.

Ronald went in for a backstab and dealt 5 damage. With that the left cow gave one last moo and finally turned to scrap.

The bull went in for another charge attack but this time around, Pillow was actually in time to charge at him at the same time. Losing 15 damage. However this attack ended up in pillow's destruction. A big explosion was seen and smoke came off it quickly faded away. But all that was left was from Pillow was a single core on the ground.

Collin ran over to where pillow was. But of course he was too late and he cursed. For not being there in time for Pillow. While it was Sophie's companion it was one of Collin's creations. Which made this death hard to swallow and it did something to him.

Sophie however, was completely unphased and didn't even give a final look to where her fallen companion was.

Collin went to pick the core up and put the core in his components bag which was now filled up to 50/50.

However the last cow ran Collin over when he was trying to put the core away. Adding insult to the injury. Which resulted in Collin losing 8 hp because he was careless and didn't check his surroundings.

Then it was the tribe's turn once more. Collin went for a quick repair onto snuggly. Who squeaked happily at the care they got from their owner. They then went for a bite on the other cow. Which dealt a critical 8 damage.

Chirp-a-lot did their sky raid strategy. This time around they picked up the cow, and dropped her onto the bull. Dealing 5 damage to both of them.

Sophie sent another gyro ball to the cows way. Dealing 10 damage. With Ronald following up with a knife toss at the cow for 3 damage finishing the last cow too.

The bull of merry ranch was enraged about those group of humans. Storming into his house while he tried to spend time with his ladies. But now they also dared to kill both of them in front of his eyes?!

The bull roared loudly and a huge rock boulder was shot at the group dealing a fixed 10 damage to all of them. Chirp-a-lot was hit the hardest and fell onto the ground. Collin ran over to them.

All of them were still standing, but they were close to the danger zone with their hp.

Collin went ahead and did a quick repair onto chirp-a-lot. Sophie and Ronald both drunk a health potion. While snuggly gave their turn to give a health potion to their master. Who drunk the health potion quickly.

The tribe braced themselves once more for another charge. However as if making fun of them this time around. The bull went for a headbutt attack just onto snuggles dealing 15 damage. When Collin thought it was over he got a interesting system notification.

"Your bond with snuggles is of such a high level, that they managed to hold onto 1hp for you"

After all it was his first robot and he managed to help them to grow up to the high that they were now. It almost started to feel like his child. But he got that from both his robots. Which was a strange sensation, he never expected to start to care so much about machines of iron.

Collin went ahead and did another quick repair onto Snuggles. Then he commanded chirp-a-lot to drag snuggles up with them. So that they both stay airborned. Hopefully snuggles can stay alive this way.

Sophie went for one more gyro ball dealing 10 damage to the bull. Ronald went for a backstab dealing a critical hit of 10 damage.

The bull now got 20/40 hp left. The bull gave another roar and the floor started shaking. Before they knew it, the trio lost 15 damage each. Luckily chirp-a-lot and snuggles were fine up in the air.

*The Bull of Merry ranch's defence went up* the device signalled to the tribe.

Collin did a quick repair while snuggles was still airborne. Sophie drunk a mana potion. While Ronald did a regular attack dealing just 3 damage.

With that the bull noticed how many times Collin had been repairing those lower robots. So he figured out that was likely the master so he went for a headbutt onto Collin. However Collin noticed him in time and managed to step aside a bit. Reducing the damage to 10.

But this still meant he only had about 3 hp left. However he didn't have any health potion left. So this might be it for him, but he won't give up just yet. He was ready to fight until the last moment. Because really what else could he do? He was in his domain, under his control.

So he decided that he did another quick repair onto snuggles. Hoping he could tank him. Just in case the bull decided to target him again next turn.

Sophie sent an gyro ball at the bull dealing 8 damage.

The bull of merry ranch has 9/40 hp left. With that he did one last furious roar which ended up with snuggles and chirp-a-lot falling onto the ground.

Before Collin could react the entire hall got filled up with flying boulders which lined up. Until at the far left of the left one boulder disappeared. Behind this boulder that disappeared, he could see multiple other lines of boulders behind it. He knew what this meant, this was it the bull's final attack.

Sophie sighed annoyed.. and put her hands to her side and looked full disgust to the boulders. As if it woke up a annoying past experience in her.

"Of course it had to be a bullet hell"

Just like that the lines started to pick up the pace and quickly went towards the tribe. Collin knew that if he failed any of those lines it is over. He yelled at the group.

"Everyone line up!"

They lined up quickly with no time to spare and went together to the far left through the first opening. A second line appeared and then on the right to the middle another boulder vanished. So the line went to the right middle and managed to dodge the second line. The third line however were two lines of boulders instead. One at the top and at the bottom.

"Ok sorry guys we are all on our own now."

Collin prepared himself and managed to jump over the lower ledge. But right afterwards an upper middle ledge appeared. Which caught Collin off guard but he managed to duck below it in time.

However Ronald wasn't so luck and fell on the ground losing 15 hp.

He quickly regained his balance. He didn't really sport for a long time even before the world changed. Yet now he had to dodge a bunch of sharp boulders that can pierce him to death. But at his age! This is madness!

Sophie already finished the fifth ledge and wished them goodluck. And waved at them smiling softly which annoyed the two men.

Collin had to do one final obstacle but this time the boulders are moving around quite a lot. So he had to find the right opening at the right time, if he wanted to make it.

He saw one of the top boulders slowly move to the right. So he walked as far to the back that he can and went to sprint and jumped over the ledge. All while trying to pull in his legs mid-air.

However he made it and fell onto the ground next to Sophie. Ronald managed to dive through a hole at the bottom only losing about 5 hp. The three of them sat next to each other catching their breath.

While they saw chirp-a-lot carrying snuggles in their claws. Calmy fly with ease through all the obstacles.

"If only I had wings…"

Ronald said in envy

As the trio sat together. They knew they need to increase their form, cause something tells Collin this isn't the last time they have to jump through hoops.

*The bull of merry ranch's DEF dropped to 0, finish it*

The bull fell through his legs and Sophie stood up slowly and raised her iron rod and hit the bull with it. Dealing 10 damage. The bull then exploded and they got a notification.
