《Majo Magica》Chapter 46

The Grand Realm was still a white void, but now it held a vast wooden home. It even has a porch area with roofing over it. The inside held a nice living room area and a kitchen. It also had a room for the seven of them, with an eighth room for Amani, hopefully.
Akeru: This is so nice! Ci did an excellent job!
Cleo: We all helped! She just did a majority of the work!!
Itsuki: Either way, you did a great job, you guys.
Cleo blushed a bit as she turned her head away from the group.
Aurora: We can expand upon it later when we recruit the others. Now, since we have this and the Link points, we have established an easier way to stay together!
Ci: Of course, Aurora and Benjiro will be mainly at the castle...but if they decide to travel for any reason, they have a room now.
Itsuki: Oh, speaking of which, can I open my Chamber inside here?
Cleo: I think so? But why would you need to?
Itsuki pulled out Julia's trident as Aurora and Benjiro's eyes widened.
Aurora: Itsuki...where did you get this...?
Benjiro: That one AWF stole it, I never thought it was the same one you defeated!
Itsuki: When Cleo and I went back there, none of the former AWF were even buried...so I took back what little of your friend and ally is left for you.
Aurora hugged Itsuki tight, crying a tiny bit.
Aurora: Itsuki...you have no idea how grateful I am that you brought that back to us. Benjiro will take good care of it.
Benjiro: With all due respect-
Aurora turned around, grabbed the trident from Itsuki's hands, and presented it to Benjiro, smiling.
Aurora: You two were like siblings; you deserve to hold onto it. You can keep it safe in your room here if you wish.
Benjiro looked at the trident and took it, kneeling to her.
Benjiro: Thanks...I won't let it leave us ever again.
After exploring the home, they spent the next two days preparing for the party. They told the whole city about it, but not only did they know about the party. Out in the distance of the city were two people, looking at the city through binoculars. One was a tall busty woman with long purple hair spiked up at the end. She wore tight white clothing and a violet cropped jacket over the top. Next to her was a man with the binoculars, a medium-built man with green hair that went slightly past his ears. He had on black leather clothing and had chains connecting his pockets. He also had on a metal wolf necklace.

Woman: Our mole said those Witches are hosting a party. Do you think we should interfere?
Man: Hell Nah, not worth our damn time! We got other fish to fry!
Woman: It would be nice to bring three Witch heads back to HQ...
Man: Meh, it sounds hella boring. I'm in this to find some fun, not try to murder a bunch of demi-god wannabes.
Woman: I heard the one that killed Calvin is also in town-
Man: Calvin was also a wannabe; if we never lost William, he would have never been a Seat Commander. I'm glad that worm is gone!
Woman: Well, if we are not going to do anything, let's head back to HQ...waste of my damn time.
The woman opened up a Link and walked through it as the man continued to look through the binoculars. He suddenly crushed them in his hands as he sighed heavily.
Man: Not one of you looks like you will be worth fighting...what a damn shame.
The man sighed again, snapping his fingers, and opened a Link portal behind him. He fell backward into it, muttering to himself.
Man: Maybe one day I'll find an opponent with a passion for battle...
The portal closed after he went through it, and later that night, the party started. The whole city was lit up with fireworks going off; the residents danced and drank the night away. The group gathered at the castle gate entrance as they looked around for Amani. Ravenbeard and Cleo were drinking, Aurora greeted people as they walked by her, and the other four were on watch duty.
Akeru: I'm not even seeing a trace of her anywhere...
Ci: This is very unlike her...this should have attracted her the moment the festivities began.
Benjiro: Maybe she got captured or something?
Itsuki: She can turn invisible, right? Are we sure she isn't here?
Ci: She can...but why would she hide near us.
Akeru: This is one of her games...last time she did this, we won, and she got upset.
Ci: That sounds like her; she is a sore loser...
Cleo: Come on, you guys~! It's a partyyy~! Drink a little~!
Ravenbeard: Aye, I agree! Drink up, me hearties!
Itsuki: How much have they even drank tonight...?
Benjiro: Two kegs of beer each.
Akeru: E-Each?!
Ci: Never mind them; we need to find a way to get Amani here. If she is invisible, we need to think of a way to get her to us.

Akeru: Wait...stop looking for her.
Ci: Excuse me?
Itsuki: Right, when we searched for you...her game was she did the opposite of what she said. Once we figured it out, she got mad. So maybe if we don't search for her anymore, she will get upset?
Ci: Better than nothing, though I don't believe it will work.
Ci shook her head and walked away, the three spreading out and doing their own thing. The party lasted for hours, and still no sign of Amani. Akeru looked at Itsuki as Shiro and Kuro were playing around them.
Akeru: This doesn't make sense...
Itsuki: Ci did say she didn't think it would work...but we have no other ideas.
Akeru: Last time she followed us was because of Cleo...
Cleo: What about meeee~?
Cleo came up from behind them, her arms around both of them as she was completely trashed.
Akeru: Jeez, I can smell the booze on you.
Cleo: I didn't even drink thaaatt much! Only ten kegs, that's nothinnngg~!
Itsuki: I'm cutting you off-
Cleo whined and wrapped her arms around his waist, crying.
Cleo: Noooo! Itsukiiii! Don't be a meanie!
Cleo suddenly smirked as she whispered into his ear.
Cleo: If you let me drink, you and I can go to my room later~ I'll let you do more than kiss my foot~
Itsuki blushed as Akeru pulled her off of him, sighing heavily.
Akeru: You need to drink water at least-
Sand spears surrounded Akeru as Cleo glared at her.
Cleo: Don't tell me what I need to do!
Itsuki: Cleo, be nice to Akeru.
Cleo: But she-
Itsuki: Be nice-
Akeru: That's it...That's it!
Cleo and Itsuki: H-Hm?
Akeru: Yeah, be nice to me, you Witch! You are too drunk to do anything damaging to me!
Cleo: Is that so...?
Itsuki: A-Akeru! Are you drunk too or something?! How about we all calm down!!
Cleo had sand around her as she gently pushed Itsuki aside, glaring at Akeru. Ci walked in front of Akeru, looking down at Cleo.
Ci: Sister, you know not to make a racket.
Cleo: Tell that to the half-pint!
Ci: Last I checked, you are about the same size, half-pint.
Shiro runs behind Akeru, scared, as Kuro looks up at the sky. Itsuki glanced up and smirked a bit.
Itsuki: I get you now...
Without looking, he sent a Pyroball from behind him towards where Kuro was looking. It suddenly evaporated as laughing could be heard. The four there looked up to see Amani reveal herself, laughing hard with her wing and arm combo on her stomach.
Amani: Hahahaha! I love it when you two fight~! It's so funny!
Cleo: Amani!
Ci: I see...so that was your play all along...Amani, come down here right now! We need to talk!!
Amani stops laughing and stands up straight, looking down at her.
Amani: I don't wanna.
Cleo: Come on! We are not going to hurt youuuu~!
Amani: I said no, now leave me alone-
Akeru: If you come down now, I will play a game with you! I won't cheat this time!
Amani: Oh...?
Amani flew down so fast that she was in front of Akeru instantly. Her wings separated from her arms as she grabbed Akeru softly by her chin, smirking.
Amani: Fine then...we will play a game. If I lose, I'll listen to what you want to tell me...
Itsuki: And if you win?
Amani: Simple, I get to be free after killing those involved in the game!!
Akeru gulped as she nodded her head. Amani flew back a few feet, combining her arms back into her wings as she stood in the air, smirking.
Amani: You accept? Good~ The rules are going to be simple. We will play hide and seek, I won't leave the city, I won't use my invisibility, and I won't be in the air...you have until the party is over to find me. I will allow as many to join the game but note that I will kill the participants if you lose. That includes my sisters! Let the fun begin!!
Amani giggled and summoned a bunch of gust to conceal herself as she vanished from the group's eyes. The game of life or death has begun!
