《Majo Magica》Chapter 14

Itsuki and Akeru stood in front of Armando's caravan, looking in awe for all the wrong reasons. It was technically a caravan, but it had Armando's face on top of it with the words: "The Amazing Armando Antique Paradise!". The caravan was massive; it didn't have horses as it was motorized. It even had two stories, with the driver seat on the first story. The windows of the first story were used as a shop. The whole caravan was a bright purple with a mix of other rainbow colors splattered all over it.
Akeru: T-T-This is what we are riding in?
Armando: Isn't it wonderful!? This is my pride and joy~!
Itsuki: I-I-It stands out, that's for damn sure…
Armando: Well, let's get inside so we can start our voyage!
Armando headed inside through the back, and a ramp opened up also in the back to allow easier access. Akeru just looked at Itsuki.
Akeru: Is it too late to turn back and go on our-
Itsuki dragged her inside and closed the ramp door. Inside, the first floor was mainly just merchandise scattered with the caravan's controls at the front. Upstairs was a very fancy room with a king-sized bed and couch. Also, up there was a mini kitchen with a fridge and cabinets full of food. Armando sat in the driver's seat and looked back at the two, who were just looking around.
Armando: Well, make yourself at home, you two~! Feel free to sleep on my bed or the couch if you don't find it to your needs!
Akeru: Y-Y-Yeah…
Akeru and Itsuki quickly went upstairs and sat on the couch. Akeru inspected everything and looked a little confused.
Akeru: What is all this stuff? The inn never had any of this…
Itsuki: The castle did; it is more expensive…it uses a mix of mechanical stuff and magic to work. That's a refrigerator to keep cold things in, and the thing over there is an oven that cooks food as a campfire would.

Akeru: Fascinating…
The two relaxed upstairs, quickly enjoying their ride in Armando's caravan. Akeru fell asleep on the couch as Itsuki flipped through the book Aurora gave him on the ride to the checkpoint. When they arrived, Armando headed upstairs to signal them to get out for a moment. The two nodded and followed him outside, where two guards were waiting.
Guard 1: Name, occupation, and reasoning for entering Polisha.
Armando: Armando, I'm a world-class traveling merchant.
Guard 2: And the reasoning?
Armando: To sell my wares, of course! These two are my companions!
Guard 2: Very well then. You must have a Gold Rank to leave. Please show us your Magica.
Armando awkwardly stood still for a few moments before looking at Itsuki.
Armando: W-W-Well, come on, boy! Show them your Magica!
Akeru: H-He is just using us to cross the border, isn't he?!
Itsuki groaned a bit and showed the two guards his Magica. The guards gave them a thumbs up and opened the gate for them. The three returned to the caravan and proceeded into the desert country of Polisha. Akeru started to punch Armando in anger.
Akeru: You used us!
Armando: Y-Y-Yes, but it benefited us both!
Akeru: That doesn't matter! You clown bastard! You can't just use people like that without asking us! God, now I know why you were so pushy with us…
Akeru huffed and headed back upstairs and lay on his bed.
Itsuki: For real, dude, not cool…
Armando: Oh oh oh oh oh dear…please forgive me!
Itsuki went back upstairs, ignoring Armando's plea for forgiveness as he returned to reading his new spellbook.

Shadows in the Dawn Mist
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - Winner November 2020 When a young woman is lured back to her homeland for the opportunity of a life time, she must face old fears. But never would she think that facing up to her past would change everything. Is History written by the victors, or by someone or something else...? *** I started writing this a few years ago and eventually fell out of love with it. I never finished it and my newer books are being written in different writing style, and genre with a more planned process. I decided to revisit it for the writathon and found that it wasn't as hopeless as I'd come to think. Hopefully, I've improved as a writer since them so the consistency may vary. Its been good to revisit and analyse my writing which I feel used to have some clunky and obvious dialogue which I'm trying to fix. This will always be my first novel and I hope, with a little exposure, I may come to like it again. Thanks for reading!

Thorns of Jade [A Progression Fantasy LitRPG Adventure]
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Solo Leveling meets Chainsaw Man in this fun new LitRPG Series To become the king of Kissen, Noah Hearts trains to become the strongest swordsman in the world. The only problem — he can’t use Aura at all! Everything changes when he’s left for dead in a forest on the Kissen Fields… In a world where horrific creatures known as “demons” terrorize mankind, those who wield the mysterious force known as “aura” are the only ones who can fight them. These fighters call themselves the “Wolves of Haven”, and strive to create a world where demons no longer roam their lands! Though Noah Hearts is an exceptional swordfighter for a young man, his total inability to use aura means he could never hope to defeat the demons! Despite this major setback, he still hopes to become the king of Kissen and create a better world for those in his country! As he walks home from his daily training, his world is shifted upside down when he sees a few familiar faces in his home… This is the first draft of what I want to be a 9 volume series. I'll be editing, rewriting, and releasing the volumes on Amazon once they're finished. I'll admit, I'm finishing chapters in sprints because I want to participate in the writathon (Apr. 2022) so I apologize if there are some issues with the prose. Point them out to me and I'll fix them! Anyway, I have no backlog, but I plan on uploading chapters as I finish them. I don't want to spend weeks re-editing and never publishing like I used to, so I'm just gonna post when it's done. Like I said, this story is my take on a mix between solo leveling and chainsaw man. Specifically, the MC is the only one that can consciously level up (sort of), and the plot is fast paced and emotional just like chainsaw man. There are plenty of other inspirations, like HxH, Jojo, JJK, Cradle, and even FF6, but the first two are the biggest. Basically, if you don't like Shounen stuff, this probably isn't the story for you. Regardless, I hope you all like the story!

Meeting myself
Canceled (This was my first attempt at a story and while I really enjoyed it, I lost track of the thread of the story. The MC was too op, and except for some fun slice of life moments it just wasn't a very good plot. Anyway, I may come back and re-write this in the future because I really enjoyed the premise, but for now don't expect updates.)I've never met Karma; or at least I think I haven't. Hope, really, because I'm pretty sure she hates me. You see, the thing is, I've always hated flying. When you don't wind up getting molested (cavity searched), then your bags get lost, or you spend the entire flight sitting next to a crying baby. This flight was even worse than any of those things. You see, this flight killed me. I won't spoil it, but lets just say, Karma owes me a few explanations. NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, deserves to die like that. Of course, that wasn't the end of my adventure, far from it. But, you'll just have to read the story to learn about that.(This is a mature fiction, so far their hasn't been anything overtly bad (some minor sexual innuendo and drug use), but their will be plenty of blood, gore, sex, all that good stuff... eventually)

GLADIUS // Eret X Reader
PHANTASM SERIES BOOK 4---Gladius, (noun): (in ancient Rome) a short sword.---Eret perked up as soon as you and Simon walked into the room, a wide and welcoming smile coming onto his face. He was softer looking than his father had been, but you could still see some of the similar traits. He had a head of thick dark curls, and the same sharp jaw that his father had had. He wasn't as bulky though - he was tall and thin - and his face was a lot more open. What separated him most from his father's likeness though was the colorful cape, and the large mirrored glasses he wore - swirling with colors reflected from the room. He stood from his seat when Maven let the doors swing shut behind her, that wide smile still on his face. "You must be the embassy.""And you must be King Eret." You said, stooping into a bow. "Oh, there's no need for that." Eret said as you rose from your bow. He stepped down from the dias where his throne sat - colorful cape trailing behind him - and came to stand in front of you, taking your hand instead. "I'm not really one for formalities." He grinned, shaking your hand. His palm was warm against yours, and you could feel some slight callouses - most likely from practicing his sword work.
