Some head start for the new volume, eh? Oh well, I got complained by some people about me putting some swearing words on this story. So, in order to fulfill their old school needs, I unwillingly put some censorship on it. Censoring the punchline? Please give me a break already.

Megumi holds his right arm immediately. He averts his gaze to her blue face. The blue face of her does tell him that she is terrified right now. Not to mention the tear trail on her thin cheeks does confirm it that she is afraid.

'No... Not yet, hun.' Megumi holds his arm tightly like a girl holding her plushie.

Seeing her like this makes Alfi reluctant to say a thing to her. He remembers that Leak has defeated him with a kinda dreadful way. The question is whether he is dead or not. Seeing Megumi on his side makes him conclude that he is alive.

Suddenly he sees something like a giant cloak with a black circle and an eye on it on the hood and golden line on the sleeves floating before him with the black aura surrounding it.

'Finally, I can meet you, Pukan.' Alfi said.

'Your Highness, that was reckless of you.' Pukan said.

'Sorry, I lost my cool back then.' Alfi said awkwardly. 'But, aside from that. Where are we now?' He said.

'"Where," you asked? You are in your own inner right now. Your body is asleep for now. You Iru is trying to recover yourself. Remember that Doki-doki user can't die if he isn't killed by the other user.' Pukan explained. 'Yet, it doesn't mean you can't feel pain.' He said.

'I know that already.' Alfi said. 'You know, every time I see them in danger, my body sorta moves by itself asking me to save them no matter what. I don't know why either. I know that they will leave me someday, but I do want to enjoy the moments with them before it happens. Therefore, I will always protect them.' He added sadly.

'You do care about them yet you don't care about your surroundings.'

'Why should I? My job is to protect the world, not the inhabitants, right?'

'No wonder the gods hate you, but frankly, I like your point of view.'

'Pukan, help me.' Alfi said seriously.

'Are you sure to keep fighting, Your Highness?'

'Alfi, please, don't.' Megumi asked staring at Alfi with her teary eyes on her face.

Such a glare does melt his heart down, but Alfi still wants to fight back as he concerns if he doesn't fight back, his friends will end up defeated in a worse way than how Leak defeated him.

He hugs her tightly. Tears roll down from his eyes. He is panting telling how terrified he is yet he doesn't want to tell her. He is crying on her.

'You are terrified too, right? Honey?' Megumi sobbed.

He is just mumbling and nodding slowly.

'Please stop it. I can't stand to see you like this.' She sobbed.

'But, I want to save them.' He sobbed.

'Please think about yourself! Can't you just prioritize yourself?! Please be selfish a bit!' She exclaimed.

"Nope, he is selfish already," Pukan said in his mind.

'I don't want to.' He sobbed.

Suddenly she slaps Alfi really hard out of the blue. He sees Megumi panting. The outbreak did shock them,

'If you are still persistent to fight, then you have to defeat me first.' She sobbed. 'I won't hold back!'

'I don't want to hurt you, Megumi.' He said.

She suddenly smacks his face hard and kicks his stomach that he falls down. She jumps pinning him down and pummels his body and face.

Alfi doesn't fight back at all. He lets her rack him like that. He will never dare to hurt her as she is his everything. So will her, she actually didn't want to do this, but she doesn't want to see Alfi putting his life on the line anymore.

Suddenly she stops racking him and holds his shoulders hard.

'Why? Why don't you fight back?' She sobbed.

She sees the black and blue face of his. She does know that She is the one who did that to him.

'Why didn't you stop me?' She sobbed. 'Answer me!' She exclaimed.

'I don't want to hurt you.' He said.

'Do you have any idea why I do this?!' She exclaimed.

He just remains silent.

'Alfi, please stop it.' Tears are rolling from her eyes. 'Please, I can't stand to see you like that anymore.' She is crying on his chest.

He strokes her hair gently. He then puts a smile on his black and blue face.

'I just hit your face black and blue, but you still smile at me. Why?' She sobbed.

'I know that you didn't want to do that, am I wrong? But you have no choice but to do that to stop me, right?' Alfi explained. 'But, I don't want to stop. I have to save them no matter what.'

'But-'

'I won't die!' He cut. 'Please Megumi, let me fight back. I promise to stay alive.' He begged.

She just remains silent with a gloomy look on her face.

'Megumi, please.' Alfi pleaded.

She hugs him immediately by wrapping her arms around his back and cries on him.

'You stupid. I asked you to stop and I let you fight back.' She sobbed. 'I just don't wanna see you get hurt anymore. That's it. Yet, you keep persistent to fight no matter how many times I ask you to run.' She added.

'Megumi... I...' Alfi is getting awkward after knowing that she is worrying him so much.

Alfi does fight recklessly as if he will never die. Well, he won in the end anyway, but the damages he took might have caused him to lose his life if he took a wrong decision to anticipate it. You can say that he could go this far by a piece of mere luck. Honestly, I want to make him die so the story will end once and for all and I can go on writing an R18 novel, yet I always end up getting some bizarre ideas to continue this bizarre story.

He then strokes her beautiful back layered in the red dress of hers gently. Wait, why the writing style is like the one on R18 novel?!

She then helps him get up.

'Fight then, hun. If that's what you want.' She holds both of his hands tightly. 'But promise me to stay alive, okay?' She smiles at him.

'Your Highness.' Pukan said.

Alfi averts his gaze to Pukan and says, 'What is it?'

'I'm afraid that full power won't be enough to defeat him. Not to mention that you are only able to use one holy weapon in this mode. If you use more than one, it seems you do know the consequence, don't you?' Pukan asked.

'When we encountered Lembuswana, am I right? So that's what exhausted me.' Alfi said.

'Using two holy weapons does exhaust you. There's a possibility you'll lose your life if you use more than that.' Pukan exclaimed.

'If that's the only choice I got, then let's do it.' Alfi said seriously.

'Alfi!' Megumi is getting terrified even more.

'Well, I don't want to do so. Actually, there's another way.' Pukan said.

'What is it?'

'The Full Power does have its limitations. There's a thing called "Menace", a mode beyond Full Power. Once you surpass the limitation and master this mode, you can even use any holy weapons with no worry. Yet, this one is a forbidden mode that no one of your ancestors ever used it.' Pukan warned him.

'Then, how do I use that forbidden mode?' Alfi asked.

'Only the one approved by the devils and demons can use it. If you are the Starless, a human blessed by the devils and demons, it means there's a possibility you can use this mode.' Pukan explained. 'Yet, if you fail, then I will devour your soul that you can't go to Heaven nor Hell. You must know what I mean, don't you?' Pukan confirmed.

Megumi hugs his arm and looks at him while shaking her head. He just smiles and strokes her hair gently. He knows that the consequence makes her fear of losing him even bigger. Realizing that, he kisses her forehead gently and smiles at her.

'Don't worry. I'm gonna be alright.' He said gently.

She just smiles at him while nodding slowly. Seeing the swollen eyes of her is enough to encourage him that he can do it. He feels sorry for making the woman she loves most cry that her eyes end up swollen like that. It will be foolish for him to die after doing something terrible like that regardless he is an idiot.

He then steps forward encountering Pukan.

'I am ready!' He said firmly.

'Very well, let's start the ritual then.' Pukan said.

The black aura around it is crawling and spreading piercing his body. He feels being pierced by very sharps aura, but it's just not enough to paralyze him. He strengthens his feet so he won't lose his balance.

'I, PUKAN. WITH EV'RY KIND OF DISGRACE AND MISDE'D IN THIS ORDINARY, I CHOOSETH THEE AS A VESSEL OF THIS CURS'D DARK POWER! ON BEHALF OF EV'RY RACETH AND CASTE OF ALL DEVILS AND DEMONS IN THIS ORDINARY, I BESTOW THEE THIS MOST DESPICABLE POWER! MENACE!'

Pukan flies to the sky and drops to his body. He raises his arms letting himself putting that cloak on.

'UWARRRGGHHHHHHHH!'

His body is in extreme pain out of the blue. He feels pain on every inch of his body parts like he is being impaled from every direction. Ordinary people won't be able to sustain such a pain nor take the cloak off, yet Alfi refuses to give up, as this is the only chance he has to defeat Leak in order to save his loved ones. While Megumi does intend to take it off from his body, but she is sure that he can do it and he doesn't want to take it off either.

He keeps screaming in pain as he keeps sustaining such a pain.

'UWARRRGGHHHHHHHH! KIMOCHIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You bastard.

His body is lying in the middle of that black blood puddle. Leak is walking approaching him and stepping on Alfi's head with his left foot.

'Now, I'll take your body organs to create more Endihs. But, do you know what will happen if a human gets killed in the supernatural realm? Correct, his soul will vanish for eternity!' Leak opens his right hand.

They are shocked by hearing it. Five of his fingers look like five sharps darts. When Leak is about to tear apart Alfi's body with his hand, ßenlong swiftly spits flame from his mouth to Leak, but Leak manages to block it by summoning a black circle beside his body to absorb the flame and deflect it to ßenlong. ßenlong then flies to the sky to avoid it.

Buriko, Jeje, and Cocong are advancing to Leak. Cocong slithers to Leak at a high speed. Leak manifest some black disks on his hand and throws them to Cocong. Cocong avoids them by maneuvering to the right and he gets Leak locked by his body. Jeje then takes Alfi's body and flies to get him away from Leak.

Cocong lets out the knives from the slits of his shroud impaling Leak's body, and Buriko suddenly launches his fist to Leak's head. But, Leak just looks fine. Buriko fist is enough to crush one's head, but there's no any scratch on his head at all.

Something like black circle appears on Leak body, and it expands shoving Buriko and Cocong away. Many black circles appear on Leak's body. He launches them to both of them. Cocong could avoid it by slithering around, yet Buriko advances to Leak letting those black circles touch his body. And in the end, he feels a great pain on his body.

Leak suddenly appears before Buriko and strangles him tight enough.

'Kuh....' Buriko is unable to attack as the strangulation is really tight. Not to mention the pain on his body tough.

'How foolish!' Leak exclaimed.

'Aoi! I'll leave him to you!' Jeje is flying to Leak.

Jeje and ßenlong are flying to Leak while shooting projectiles of blue beam and flame to Leak. Yet, their projectiles are blocked by the black circles around him.

Jeje, ßenlong, and Cocong are shouting aloud and charging to Leak. They know that they are no match for Leak, yet after seeing their struggle with Alfi, they decide to keep fighting till they vanish for eternity.

'Last resort, eh?' Leak puts some force on his strangulation that he breaks Buriko's neck and throws his body to Cocong.

'Buriko!' Jeje screamed. 'You bastard!' Jeje collects the blue beam on both of his hands and launches it to Leak.

But, of course, it's not enough to break the barrier. Leak manifests a black disk on his right hand and launches it to the sky. The disk flies away piercing the bodies of four of them that they become unconscious.

Aoi is crawling to Alfi's body and starts doing something that I can't write down here if I want this story to be public consumption. Dang, it. I can't make the story longer than it should be. Well, just enjoy the censorship and imagine it with your own fetish already.

Kartika, Varz and Herman are schoked by what they see.

Suddenly the black disk is coming piercing her body that she goes unconscious.

'Hahahaha! Serve you right!' Kartika exclaimed.

'Kartika! It's not the time to laugh at someone!' Cakra reprimands her.

'I know!' Kartika is still trying to break the black ball that confines her from the inside.

They have tried to break through the ball from inside for quite a while. Yet, it's not cracked yet. The gloomy Kartika then stops.

'What would he do in this kind of situation?' She asked herself.

'!!!' Kartika realizes something.

Alfi always defeats his opponents as he always analyzes the opponents' ability and figures out the solution to defeating them. She realizes that Doki-Doki is not only about power, but also brain to win. She then closes her eyes and a blue Saber appears on Cakra's hand.

As if he understands what she means, Cakra thrusts to one point before him and a crack appears and spreads crashing the black ball.

Cakra swiftly carries her body and lands well. A bowgun appears on his hand, and he shoots darts to the other two black balls that have Varz and Herman in them. After they are crushed already, Varz lands by impaling the ground with his sword, and Herman... Lands with his face.

'So you managed to break through, eh? Impressive.' Leak said arrogantly.

None of them says a thing. They just put a stance to fight. Cakra has a Zweihänder on both of his hands. They are ready to fight against Leak.

'Oh, what's wrong with you? Don't you know what you are doing right now?' Leak asked.

None of them says a thing. They just want to defeat the evil figure which is standing before them right now no matter what. Their Iru is gushing out from their bodies. Herman's right arm is burning, both of Varz's swords are channeled by tremendous thunder and wind, and Cakra's sword is glowing blue. The trio is coming to Leak, and suddenly black circles appear before them and catch their bodies. The trio is screaming in pain as those circles torment their bodies mercilessly.

Kartika who sees that doesn't know what to do anymore. With Cakra being captured like that, she can't do anything. She is even unable to make Cakra return to her pendant. Tears are rolling from her eyes as she doesn't know what to do anymore.

'Stop it...' She sobbed.

She realizes how weak she is. She always depends on anyone, especially Alfi and Cakra. Now that both of them are defeated and she can't do a thing but crying over it.

'STOP IT!' She screamed.

Suddenly those black circles vanished. Something like black fabrics with white flower motif printed on it fall from the sky covering Aoi, Jeje, Cocong, ßenlong, Cakra, Herman, and Varz. Cakra then returns to her pendant immediately.

Kartika is confused by what just happened, so is Leak. Leak feels something is off regardless he is clueless to what just happened. He averts his gaze to Kartika, and his face is glowing red.

'Did you do this?!' He lost his cool already.

Kartika is trying to summon Cakra, yet he doesn't come out.

"I'm sorry Kartika, I can't fight anymore," Cakra said from her pendant.

Kartika then summons her blue gun and aim it to Leak.

'Back off!' She warned him as she's agitated.

Kartika can't control herself yet. The power of Leak is intimidating her proving that she is no match for him.

'"Back off", you said? Asking me with a gun on your hand?' Balck circles appear around him 'YOU BLASPHEMOUS BITCH!'

Those black circles are coming to her. She is trying to shoot them, yet none of them gets crushed at all. When they are about to touch her body, they vanished out of the blue.

Leak realizes something is off. He turns around with manifesting a black spear on his hand and throws it to the bushes before him. Someone in a black cloak comes out from the bushes and vanishes the spear with something like a spear on his right hand. He charged to Leak and points his jet black Tachi to Leak.

'Wa... Waku-waku?!' Herman gets shocked.

'No! It's him!' Jeje exclaimed.

He wears a jet black cloak with golden stripes on the sleeves and an eye with thunder on its pupil. The hood is off showing that it's Alfi.

'YOU!' Leak is enraged.

'I am h're to threaten anyone who is't treathens mine own did love ones. I am, Menace!' Alfi gives Leak a cold gaze.
