《The World isn't as Ugly nor Beautiful as You Think》For His Sake

Kartika looks very determined now. Alfi can do nothing as he is out of energy to fight, in fact, he can't stand. Kartika then summons Cakra.
'Type B Ribo eh?' He said
'Kartika, be careful. One mistake is done, and you know the consequence, right?' Cakra explained.
Kartika nods.
'Cakra, please persuade her to escape with the others. You must know how dangerous this guy, right?' Alfi pleaded.
'I am sorry, Alfi, I agree with Kartika. I am supposed to protect the Alfa and my master, and I can't deny it. No matter how bad is that, if my master wants to fight it, I can't do anything but support her to fight it. If she is sure, so am I' Cakra explained.
Megumi then comes out from Alfi's bracelet.
'Megumi...' Alfi said exhausted that he closes his eyes.
'Alfi, calm down honey. I will heal you. Just believe in her.' Megumi said glancing at Kartika.
"That guy can cut Iru circulation, which means close combat will be disadvantageous. But, He is also able to manipulate wind to attack his opponent from afar. What should I do?" Kartika thought anxiously.
Kartika then remembers how Alfi fights so far.
"Alfi fights with Iru arm and holy weapons only. He always lets himself hurt, but he did defeat them. How could? Why is he the only one who can do that? I also want it. I want to protect Alfi because he-"
'Kartika! Watch out!' Cakra exclaimed breaking Kartika's daydreaming.
A gust of wind runs towards Kartika. Kartika then creates a gun on Cakra's right hand. Then, Cakra is as far as to shoot the blue beam from the nozzle towards the wind that the wind vanished.
'What?!' Alfi, Cakra, Megumi and the guy exclaimed surprised.
'I will keep fighting to protect my beloved ones!' Kartika exclaimed.
'Kartika... When did you???!!' Cakra said surprised seeing his gun.
Cakra glances at Kartika astonishingly. This is the first time for him to see Kartika this serious that she made such significant progress.
"What was that?! Kartika created a gun for me all of a sudden. For a user with type B Ribo, manipulating Iru is very hard, not to mention if it's an equipment for her Ribo. What a resolve. Good job, Kartika." Cakra said in his mind.
Kartika's Iru is overflowing that her hair is ascending. The overflowing causes a great wave that makes the guy tremble.
"What is this? Why my feet are shaking? Am I afraid of her? That can't be!" The guy said in his mind upset.

The sword on his waist emits purple Iru.
'What's wrong? Are you scared? Pathetic!' A voice came from the sword.
He ignores it. He then runs towards her while summoning a wind sword. Cakra is as far as to shoot the blue beam from the nozzle to him. He did dodge it. Cakra keeps shooting the blue beam, but he dodges them easily.
'Too slow!' He exclaimed.
'This is bad!' Cakra exclaimed agitatedly.
'Oh really?' Kartika asked creating 10 additional arms on Cakra's shoulder, chest, stomach, and abdomen (No, they are not on the front nor back, they are on the normal order like Goro, Kidomaru, and Kintaro.)
'What?!' The guy exclaimed.
'12 Tapak Suci! (12 Holy Palms)' Kartika exclaimed controlling Cakra to pound him with twelve of his expanded hand.
He is squeezed by Cakra's hand.
'Never ever underestimate me!' Kartika exclaimed.
"I did it, Alfi," Kartika said in her mind.
Alfi remains silent as he is impressed by what he has just seen.
'Kartika... You are awesome!' Alfi exclaimed complimenting Kartika.
Kartika then turns around to Alfi and smiles at him.
'Kartika is getting stronger, eh?' Megumi asked.
Alfi nods.
'I was surprised too.' Megumi added.
'One will be stronger if he has a strong resolve.' Alfi said.
'I saw her playing Kritika secretly-' (Hehe... Kartika plays Kritika, very funny eh? Ok, back to work.)
'What?! Kritika?! No wonder I felt her battle style is somewhat not strange! Hey Kartika! Help me finish this current event quest!' Alfi said surprised.
'That's not what I mean, Honey.' Megumi said stroking Alfi's hair gently. 'She played Kritika to find out an effective battle style for a Doki-doki user with type B Ribo. You must know that a user with type B Ribo has a limitation in battling, right? She was trying to find out the best battle style to assist you.' Megumi explained.
Alfi remains silent.
'But, why did she go that far?' Alfi asked.
'I dunno, it looks like she loves you.' Megumi said.
'How do you know?' Alfi asked.
'I dunno, let's call it a woman's hunch.' Megumi said.
"That's true, we have been getting closer, in fact, we did have a hug, but does she really love me? How can a beautiful woman like her love a trash like me? Honestly, I love her. But..." Alfi thought sad.
Suddenly Cakra feels all of his hands ache. Then he holds the pain, but as time goes by, Cakra raised his hands quickly. The guy is raising his unsheathed sword. Purple Iru is overflowing around him and his right eye is opened. The pupil is glowing purple. Both of his tattoos which twine both of his arms are glowing purple as well. He is screaming loudly as if he is being possessed by something.

Cakra turns his arms which are on his left and right shoulders into ax and mace and he is as far as pound the guy. Before the assault hits him, he then screams and vanishes them in a single slash.
Cakra then turns three of his left arms into trident, hammer, and sword. When he is about to pound the guy, the guy has vanished six of Cakra's arms in a single slash.
"This is bad, I don't have enough Iru to regenerate Cakra's additional arm nor any weapons for him. What should I do? I can't leave it to Alfi, I want to protect him!" Kartika thought agitated.
'HAHAHAHAHAHA! WHAT'S WRONG?! GIVE UP ALREADY?' The guy exclaimed.
'Kartika, we have to run away! There's no way we can defeat him.' Cakra asked her agitated.
Kartika remains silent.
The guy runs towards Kartika.
"I know that I can't defeat him, but I'm too exhausted to run away. I am out of Iru. Am I about to die? I just met him, but I could do nothing but scolding him. I am so stupid! If I have a chance to live longer, I want to be with him. That's just what I want...." Kartika thought anxious closing her eyes and dripping her tears.
When the guy is about to slash Kartika, Alfi is as far as to block the guy's sword with his crowbar.
'Don't you there to hurt her!' Alfi enraged.
'INTERESTING, GIVE IT A SHOT THEN.' The guy provoked Alfi.
Alfi then raises his crowbar that causes the guy's sword thrown to the air and the crowbar is lengthened stabbing the guy's body. Alfi then slashes him that he is shoved to the sideway.
'Alfi...' Kartika said exhausted.
Alfi then turns to Kartika and strokes her hair gently.
'Thanks for protecting me, Kartika.' Alfi said smiling at her.
Kartika's face reddens as she is blushed, regardless this is what she loves. Frankly, Alfi pats her hair for quite long. Alfi then stops and says, 'Kartika.'
'Yes?' Kartika replied.
'Please assist me.' Alfi asked.
'Right.' Kartika replied smiling.
The guy stands up and he looks very upset.
'HOW DARE YOU TO DO THAT TO ME! YOU ARE GONNA PAY FOR THIS!' He enraged.
'Kartika, Cakra, get ready' Alfi said.
'Right!' Kartika replied.
'I am always ready.' Cakra replied.
'Kartika, make Cakra have 12 arms again.' Alfi asked.
'Right, but, why do I fell my Iru has recharged already? I was out of Iru before.' Kartika said.
'I was transferring my Iru to you while patting your hair.' Alfi explained.
'I see...' Kartika said quite disappointed.
'But, I do love patting your hair, Kartika.' Alfi said blushed.
'I... Idiot.' Kartika said blushed.
'HOW DARE YOU TO IGNORE ME LIKE THAT! I'M GONNA KILL YOU RIGHT NOW!' The guy exclaimed running towards them ready to slash them.
'Kartika, when I block him, attack him.' Alfi hinted running towards the guy.
Alfi's crowbar and the guy's sword are colliding with each other.
'WHAT?! HOW COME?!' The guy enraged.
'Kartika! Now!' Alfi instructed.
Cakra then appears with his arms turned into ax and mace slashing the guy that he is thrown to the air. Cakra then turns three of his right arms into the cannon, Gatling, and rifle, and he shoots the guy in the midair with three of them that he falls to the ground.
The guy stands up barely and says, 'HOW DID YOU....'
Alfi approaches the guy with his lengthened and expanded crowbar which looks like a solid spear and says, 'Weapon number 6: Tipit, a crowbar which can be lengthened and expanded. Not only that, but it can also nullify your attack.'
Alfi then kisses his bracelet and his Iru is flowing to his spear. The spear is layered by fire and there's something burning fire on the edge. Alfi aims the spear to the guy.
'Kartika!' Alfi exclaimed.
Kartika jumps with Cakra who is ready to attack the guy with twelve of his fists.
'Teknik Gabungan: Hantaman Api! (Combo Technique: Fire Pounds)' Alfi, Kartika, and Cakra exclaimed.
When Alfi, Kartika, and Cakra are about to attack him, suddenly something making them tumble. The guy falls to his knees and his right eye is closed. A man in white Balinese garments with udeng (headband) and number "2" on his forehead stands before them.
'Are you all right, Varz?' The man asked glancing at the guy.
The guy just nods.
Alfi and Kartika stand up.
'Who are you?' Alfi asked.
'Call me Made. (/mᴧdᴂ/) I'm here to assist all of you to stop Waku-waku.' He explained politely.
"What does he mean? And what's the big deal with this "Varz" guy?" Alfi thought in amazement.

A New Leaf
When people mention fantasy games and RPGs, they usually think of goblins, elves, orcs, dwarves and magic (apart from the percentage that gets an image of an anti-tank weapon in their mind, I will respectfully put those individuals aside for now). But what if you get neither of those (not even the weapon, I know, sad)? And what if you end up playing as something that doesn't look like an animal at all? And what if the said game you were playing weren't actually a game, but real life changed by irresponsible, beyond-mortal beings? Follow the (mis)adventures of "player" 13241, a.k.a. Treant, as he experiences what it's like to be a walking magical fruit maker (among other things). When the world goes to hell and back, plants are the ones that remain, right?

The Ingress Estate
Jonathon Eucole. Soldier. Scholar. Now an Initiate, the dedication without dedication, he finds himself both prisoner and master of an arcane edifice, the Ingress Estate, which can neither be escaped, nor controlled; only diverted, maintained, and pacified. This is a gothic fantasy story, set in a world in which gods and the afterlife are not only real and known, but were both established in living memory of some of the inhabitants after millennia of arcane warfare with the being who constructed the mundane reality the humans occupy. But this isn't the story of those who colonized the afterlife at the cost of their own humanity, but a somewhat more ordinary man, in somewhat extraordinary circumstances. This is also a LitRPG-lite, which means there's a system of sorts, fragments of which can be observed through Jonathon's eyes. Don't expect level-up screens, or statistics, or indeed numbers much at all, beyond those the inhabitants of the world itself apply to understanding their own reality. It pretty much doesn't matter to the story, I mention it so those who don't want to read LitRPG at all can successfully avoid it here. I don't have any particular plan here, just some ideas inherent in the genre. This is a character concept I toyed with some years ago; an old man, bright of mind but weighed down into apathy, both by his past and his responsibilities for a terrible estate that cannot be left without stewardship. Don't expect any kind of overarching plot or story, because that's really not what this is about. Also don't expect much dialogue. Or character development. Or much of anything, really, because I've planned nothing in the way of an actual book, here. Other relevant information, if you've read this far for some reason: The MC isn't super-powerful to begin with, and probably never will be. He's a veteran with some useful skills, and the insight on how to use them, so can deal with the world's ordinary threats reasonably well, but not too much beyond that. --- Currently on hiatus, as currently the story has a rather poor ratio of effort-to-personal-payoff. I may return to this once I have a clear idea of how to get the stories where I want them. I've started a more standard LitRPG using the same system. But if you like intelligence characters who cleverly min-max their classes, it probably isn't the story for you; it's the story of a rather ordinary guy who winds up in a very similar universe.

Some people even believe that. Immortality. Godly powers. Knowledge beyond any sage. It would be good if he really was a Guardian, cause it was too much power for a man. Some people challenged him. Some tried to assassinate him. Despite their greed, their noble intentions, or whatever other reasons they had, The King was as immortal as ever.
