《Player of Trials》Not Your Weapon

*Step*
*Step*
*Waaaghhh!*
Like sensing their incoming death, baby goblins cried more loudly. Stopping outside of the tent, Leon made sure for the second time this was the right tent.
*Inhale*
Knowing what he will do inside, Leon took a deep breath and looked at the sky for a second before entering. Leon opened the entrance of the tent made of mixed animal skins and furs with his hands before stepping inside.
Looking at the centre of the tent, Leon saw ten goblin babies that looking at the intruder.
After making eye contact for a few seconds with the goblins, Leon unsheathed the Tyrfing. Raising the Tyrfing to end this job, seeing the bright edge of its blade, the brightness amazed the goblin babies and wondered what is this shiny thing was. Unfortunately, they will never be able to know...
[REMAINING TIME MINUTES]
Closing his eyes to avoid making this situation harder than before, "...I have to," Leon mumbles before swinging the Tyrfing powerfully.
*Waaaghhh!*
*Slash*
*Waaaghhh!*
*Slash*
*Waaaghhh!*
*Slash*
*Silence*
While blood drips from the edge of the Tyrfing to the ground, Leon opens his eyes to silence. No more cry, no more voice, no more goblins. Looking at their dead bodies, Leon stopped himself from vomiting by placing his hand to his mouth before a panel pops out.

Returning hub, after a moment of silence, Leon lifts his head to look at the hub's endless white sky.
"... I know you are there watching me."
"Is this what you want me to be? A killer? A murderer? A weapon that knows nothing else than but killing?" Leon asked to the skies while clenching his fists. "Do you enjoy from my suffering? Is my struggle gives you pleasure?" Leon continued.

Pointing the sky with the Tyrfing, "Good... I will be a weapon... But... not the weapon you want, neither will be the person you want me to be! If you think you can break me with these trials, I will show you how wrong you are! And never forget that, I will be the weapon which will bring your end!" Leon shouted while releasing some aura. With this, Leon challenged the creator of the trials and system.
But with the little power he has now, how can he fight against the creator of all these things? Maybe not today, not in months, not in years, but as long as he keeps going, Leon is sure he will meet with him. And the only way to achieve this, is by completing trials.
...
After calming down a little, looking at his gold amount, "System, open system store," Leon commanded.

"Good, now it is turn to spend some points," Leon said while opening the status screen.
After thinking for a while, "Hmm, system, put two attribute points into inner energy and one into intelligence," Leon decides.
[INNER ENERGY: 15>17] [Qi: 170/170]
[INTELLİGENCE: 30>31] [MP: 310/310]
"And put 2 skill points into [FIRE ELEMENT BENDING]," Leon commanded.

"Okay then, since I reached my level's limit, I guess I will enter the next trial," Leon said while looking around.
[DO PLAYER WANTS TO GO THE NEXT TRIAL?]
Now having a purpose, "Yes," Leon confirms confidently.
[TRIAL-30 IS STARTING NOW...]
...
...
...
With the emergence of the panel, like at the previous trials, the light, step by step, gives shape, gives color and lastly creates Leon's enemy. Feeling underneath the sand, turning his head to right, Leon sees the engraved figures of many warriors on the walls. He is in the same arena which he fought against the spear user man.
Finding himself in the arena again, "How nostalgic..." Leon said, while turning his head to his foe. But different from Leon's expectations, this time, his enemy is not a human, rather than a lizardman. Even from where he stands, Leon can see the muscle fibers behind his green scales. Holding a spear in his right hand and a shield in his left hand, directly looks at Leon menacingly.
"Analyze," Leon says while unsheathing the Tyrfing.
[Lizardman Lv.13]
[Name: Rhushrisk]
[Race: Lizardfolk/Lizardmen]
[STR: 83]
[AGI: 70]
[VIT: 38]
[INT: 30]
"Tsk, a tough one, huh? But the stats aren't always everything," Leon said while cracking his neck.
Looking at each other for a second, pointing the tip of Tyrfing to the lizardman while covering its blade with his Qi and flames, "Shall we start?" Leon smirks as the flames of his sword reflect from his eyes before the beginning of this bloody battle.
...
...
...
...
...
In a place both far and close at the same time from Leon, in the deep of endless space where even the stars' light can't reach, a figure around which space and time are bent.
Looks at the white globe in his hand and suddenly smirks.
"We shall see, Player 474."

I Have Even Read the Rulebook!
As all stories begin, Prof died. Yes, truck-kun had something to do with that, but also a bird, a cat and some rebar. When he was presented with with the opportunity in the Afterlife Administration Bureau to be transmigrated into a game-like fantasy world, he did something, no one ever did: he read the Rulebook. Follow Prof on his road to be rich without working, touring a whole new world without a care and witness his realisation, that despite having read the Rulebook the folks living with the System for untold millennia know more about the rules. Important notes: 1, I'm not a native speaker, so be prepared for occassional typos, iffy grammar and maybe awkward sentences. The spell check was running, when I wrote the chapters, but it works in strange ways... If you point out mistakes, I will try to correct them 2, Scheduling will be two chapters a week, posted Saturdays before noon (CET). Depending on how much new chapters I can write consistently there will be probably more but as long as I have leftover chapters, the two per week will be posted no matter what. Chapters will be around 1500-2500 words as MS Word counts it. 3, I did not and will not post this novel on another site, if you find it somewhere else, please inform me 4, The Main Character's progression is slow, there will be no Levels, Skills, Abilities, Feats, Perks and Cheat Powers raining down on him 5, I've put Comedy as a genre because of my writing style not because the novel is a comedy per se. On the other hand, Traumatising Content is there because there is a lot of speciesism - those Elves are not nice people. 6, I put a lot of pop-cultural references into the chapters, try to find them! Enjoy!
