《Rise To The Absolute Zenith》Destination

When asked whether he would choose the world of Soul Cultivation or the much more dangerous world of Body Cultivation, this prideful human chose the world of Body Cultivation why?

Because he wanted to prove to this system of his that he could do whatever he wanted and be successful in it. This pride was comparable to some geniuses in the cultivation path and now hearing he wanted to follow someone else, Blade was triggered.

But, before Blade could lash out at Athena, "Seriously! Blade, you want to come with us!?" Dolion excitedly said while once more jumping toward Blade's embrace. This time though, Blade was able to dodge as he quickly said...

"Yes, Yes, fine, I will join but stop these actions at once!!" He shouted toward Dolion in shock and disbelief.

...

Watching the black liquid in the transparent glass tube hat he was told to drink in order to go do this mission, Blade was truly unwilling. Not only did it not look good, but it also smelled absolutely disgusting, beyond anything he had smelled before. Gazing toward the woman across the counter with unwilling eyes, she only gazed back toward him with a pair of indifferent eyes that caused Blade to feel slightly angered.

Seeing as he had no choice and that Brittany, Alexandria, Athena, and Dolion had all drunk it in one take, Saber clenched his fist as he opened his mouth and downed it in an instant. As it slid down his throat, his expression suddenly froze, before he then uttered...

"Hmm, I never thought I'd ever say this, but this poison you people got here, it doesn't taste that bad...!" When realizing that it had just tasted like those chocolate ice creams he used to eat in his first world when he was incredibly young and his parents were alive, he suddenly understood why the other members of the group showed no signs of hesitation when told to drink it.

A smile crept on Dolion's face when hearing his mutterings as he replied,

"Apparently, the Alchemist didn't want us to have a bad impression on their poison-making abilities, so even though in six months give or take, this poison would melt our bodies as if it was acid... As of now, the only thing that the poison does is leave a splendorous taste in our tastebuds."

The contents stated were shocking, but what was more shocking to Blade, was the fact that Dolion could say all those things with a smile on his face.

'Is he truly taking the same poison that he just mentioned.!?' Blade thought. The group didn't stay longer as after getting the information about their mission, the group then exited the Mission Hall and approached the area where the teleportation circles were...

...

The teleportation circles could be used for many things in the Sect, one being traveling to one's mission location from the Sect, another being traveling around the Sect for example, from the Outer to the Inner Sect.

Of course, many people in this Sect needed to go to different places. There were also many teleportation circles used to travel to different locations. The one the group used to enter the Inner Sect from the Outer one was a teleportation circle with the digit 1 written on a meter-tall stone next to it.

This was also where the Warden takes a seat and reads his many "informative" books most times since, the where times when this branch of the Heavenly Demon Sect was attacked, it was through the Outer Sect.

After conquering the Outer Sect, the attackers would then use the teleportation circle in the Outer Sect to enter the Inner Sect. Sitting where the attackers are most likely to come from, the Warden of the Inner Sect was in a position to receive the most damage than any other, but also give the most damage than any other.

Anyway, at this time, the group had reached a teleportation circle with the digit 66 written on a meter-tall stone next to it. Entering the circle, the group then used the 6 Life Stones they were given by the person who gave them the mission, and after a bright light, the group disappeared from the Inner Sect, and by extension, the whole of this Heavenly Demon Sect.

Not discerned by Blade, a twisted and downright demonic smirk formed on the face of one of the figures in his group as the light enshrouded them all!

...

As the group disappeared, silence once more descended in the area where they were previously present, as a certain figure an old man made his appearance. It was the Warden of the Inner Sect, Lucas, who appeared with a sly smile on his face as he gazed toward the ring on his hand and seemingly uttered with it close to his mouth.

"Yes master, it seems as if you're correct. Getting them to the correct location was extraordinarily easy. I have done my part, now it's up to the others..." He said as he then passed his hand over the stone as the digits that it showed suddenly changed.

666

This was the number now shown on the stone tablet as the Warden walked to the stones that were next to teleportation circles in this one's surroundings as he followed these same actions.

The many digits were suddenly changed as it made one wonder, where the hell did the group arrive, and more importantly, who the hell was the master of someone who could be a Warden of the Inner Sect of the Heavenly Demon Sect?

...

"Is this also part of your plan? Do you not know the rules of affecting spacetime in a World filled with mortals?!" Her voice powerfully resonated within the minds of Mia, Jacob, and last but not least, Adrian.

In the skies located at a place currently unknown to us, one could see the figures of four who all had gas masks on their faces and were adorned in all-black suits. In front of them was something that would shock most, if not all the people on this planet.

As if the skies were glass, spider cracks could be seen surrounding a 10-meter area where there wasn't anything whatsoever besides total blackness. Even as the bright sun shone down onto it, this thing only remained a float in the skies radiating an aura of mystery.

Adrian tried to hide the smirk on his face after just listening to the words of the Warden of the Inner Sect in the Heavenly Demon Sect as he then replied to his captain's question...

"Plan?

How can this Hidden Realm be a part of my plan! You already know what it takes to form a Hidden Realm, and to make it appear on a planet of one's choice is something that none of us could do." He respectfully replied.

Hearing this, and also using the knowledge she had, Asmodeus knew that it was impossible for Adrian to be the one who caused this crack in space, but something inside her tried to tell her that this had something to do with Adrian.

Suppressing this, she sighed before she shockingly entered the crack. Along with her, all the other members of her group including Adrian entered it as these four figures disappeared from the very atmosphere of this planet for the first time in a while.

...

Unknown to Blade, his protection which was in fact Asmodeus, had just left him for a long time. What he would go through in this time is something totally unknown as, by the time this Asmodeus once more is able to see Blade, he would be much more different from what he is like now.

As the group of five entered the teleportation circle and disappeared from the Heavenly Demon Sect, where they appeared an instant after was a location that looked nothing like what the mission had described.

Originally, the group was told that their mission was to guard the goods of a merchant since the path that this merchant was to go to was known for the many wild beasts present. But, what the group was currently seeing in front of them was the broken and dilapidated gates of what seemed to be an abandoned town!

The fact that Athena was responsible and knew the value of Life Stones, made a scenario where all the extra Life Stones they had garnered from the missions were in their cabins hidden away.

What they were relying on to use the teleportation circles once more to get back to the Sect was the reward that they would have gotten after successfully finishing their mission with the merchant.

"Surely, the client must be somewhere inside the city... right?" Trying to act positively in front of Blade, Dolion muttered, but even he seemed to not be convinced by what he said...

Tsk!

Clicking his tongue in annoyance, Blade began approaching the gates, and eventually surpassed them and officially entered the city.

"Seeing as there wasn't any chance of getting back to the Sect by simply standing there, we may as well find out where we are so that we could find a way back!"

Blade's words made sense, so the other four also followed behind.
