《Series of One-Shots That Might Become Their Own Series.》The Youngest Sect Leader!

“Purple Dragon City! The future greatest sect leader of the world, Ping has arrived!” A small young girl loudly exclaimed with her hands on her hips in the middle of the street.
Dark black spiky hair, A red top that tightly wrapped around the top half of her flat chest, and unusual baggy white pants. Ping had her arms crossed in excitement, her eyes frantically looking around for delicious prey. There were people all over this city but her prey wasn’t just anywhere, no. Ping heard there was some sort of tournament being held. All of the children in the city were planning to join. That’s where her prey was located and where she’ll be waiting to strike.
“The Youngest Sect Leader of the Greatest Under The Heaven’s Sect is here to grab your talented children and eat some good food!” Ping declared.
Everyone ignored and avoided the crazy kid who was content after shouting her lungs out. Ping happily explored the city. If she was going to make the greatest sect in the world, she needed to find good disciples and other members for her sect. She’d definitely need doctors, chefs, definitely a lot of talented chefs, some of those pill maker guys, blacksmiths, and spies! But first things first! Finding a single worthy disciple.
However, she can’t do that without some money to buy some information. Her grandpa told her that someone is always offering information for the right price. Right now, she was penniless. It was time to make some money, buy some information, see if there were any valuable talents needing poaching in the city, and then wait for the tournament to get her first disciple. Ping made her way to the busiest-looking part of Purple Dragon City.
“Any suckers wanna lose some money!? Come take my challenge!” Ping shouted, cuffing her hands in front of her mouth. “Come on! Don’t tell me a bunch of strong men like you are afraid of a little girl! It’ll only cost a few taels! First one to step up and I won’t even take your money!” She continued to yell.
Her first customer turned out to be someone who was fed up with her ‘shrill shrieking’ and wanted to shut her up. The fat pig didn’t even give her the chance to explain the rules of her challenge before trying to punch her. And it wasn’t some light punch either. He put all his weight and strength behind that punch!

A sharp crack echoed into the surroundings as the grown man pitifully screamed in pain. He clutched his bent and broken arm while wailing on the ground. Ping walked over and kicked him a bunch of times for trying to hit her. She focused on his broken arm anytime he tried to grab or hit her before taking his money pouch. By the time he had enough, he was pathetically crawling on the ground trying to get away. Ping felt that she gave him enough punishment and got a good kick out of it too. 1 silver tael will be enough to feed her and get her a place to sleep tonight.
“My challenge is for you to simply touch me once! If you can do it, I'll pay you double your money you paid to take the challenge! To try the challenge, it only costs two copper taels but you can pay more if you’re confident!” Ping explained now that she had a healthy amount of interest on her.
“Hmph. I’ll take your challenge, kid.” One of the bystanders who was watching from the beginning walked up.
He looked like a strongly built adult. Probably did manual labor or something like that. Ping wasn’t worried and happily took his two copper taels. Only she knew the way to bypass her secret technique. Well, and her grandpa, but he’s dead now so just her.
“Give it your best shot, Mister!” Ping encouraged him. “Remember, you have only three tries!” She smiled.
“Hmm.” He picked up a rock off the ground and slung it at Ping who didn’t flinch at all as the rock hit her skin before bouncing back at the man.
“Whoa!?” He barely got out of the way of the deflected stone that nearly hit him in the eye. “That’s cheating! You’re some kind of cultivator, kid! Give me my money back!” He yelled.
“I never said I wasn’t a cultivator. And no refunds allowed, sorry.” She apologized without any meaning behind it.
“You little!” His frustration reached its peak as he just got scammed by some stupid brat. He rushed her down and reached out to grab her.
Once his hand wrapped around her arm, it was blown back by some mysterious force causing him to fall on the ground harshly and bang his head against the street. Pain filled his head while his anger wanted to rush through his body and mind. However, he wasn’t that stupid. He knew when to take his loss. If he kept up, he’d just embarrass himself further. The man walked off angrily grumbling to himself. It was only two copper taels after all.

“Anyone else wanna give it a try?! It’s a simple trick, I promise! If you use your brain a little, anyone can solve it!” Ping happily encouraged the crowd with money filling her pockets.
“Which sect did a little devil like you escape from?” A handsome young man suddenly appeared behind her.
He wore expensive robes and had a nice shiny sword. This guy looked like good business. If she tricks him well, she could get a couple of silver taels out of this handsome idiot. Probably the rich son of a noble family or a genius from some sect.
“I’ll be willing to tell you if you accept my challenge, Big Bro.” Ping put on her cutesy face.
“Here, take it. I’m interested in this strange technique of yours.” He tried to hand her two copper taels but she shook her head.
“I’m not stupid Big Bro! I know you’re a cultivator. It’ll cost you two silver taels if you want to take my challenge.” Ping hiked up her price to a ridiculous amount.
“...” His eyebrows twitched as he mentally asked himself if it was really worth it to spend so much just to find out this kid’s trick. “Fine.” He was confident in his martial arts. There’s no way he could lose to some brat. He was Yue Bai! One of the Twelve Prodigal Dragons!
“You have two tries Big Bro. Don’t kill yourself.” She warned.
Bai silenced the sound of the crowd as he unsheathed his blade. Focusing on his sword and only his sword. As he got into his martial stance, he prepared himself to strike. The first strike would be a test. A simple cut with all his strength behind it. The next, if there’s a next, would use his core martial arts.
Bai blurred forward, his figure escaping the senses of the crowd until an arc of blood shot out of his chest after he appeared in front of the little girl. Fury, indignation, humiliation, confusion, and pain all mixed together once he noticed that it was his chest that was slashed open. He was the 12th Prodigal Dragon! How could he be injured by a little girl that hasn’t even broken out of the first realm yet!?
“You... Trickster... Bitch...” Yue Bai fainted as he fell over backward bleeding heavily.
“No need to be a jerk, weakling.” Ping kicked him sharply in the side of his injured chest as she robbed his heavy money pouch before happily skipping off into the distance.
Those watching immediately moved into action. Spreading news of the little girl that defeated one of the Twelve Prodigal Dragons, the 12th Prodigal Dragon was defeated and nearly killed by a girl half his age, the Fang Clan retrieved the 12th Prodigal Dragon and nursed him back to health. Once news spread out, every notable clan and powerful cultivator inside Purple Dragon City went around searching for this mysterious little heavenly genius.
Said heavenly genius was more than content stuffing her face full of delicious food with other people’s money. On the side of her was a strange giant metal wheel that caught more than a few stares from the other patrons inside the restaurant. Ping bought it because it looked cool alongside another strange weapon taking a seat on the other side of her table. An altered version of a farmer’s scythe. It had a long handle, a thick curved blade at the top of it, and a guarantee from the blacksmith that it could easily handle being filled with qi. That bad boy was going to be a present to her first disciple. The wheel was for herself.
After eating a hearty feast probably fit for several grown men, Ping retired to her inn room and took a long nap. She was planning to find an information guy to pay money to but she just felt so sleepy all of a sudden after eating those tasty meals. She’ll save it for tomorrow. A nap sounds really good right now instead of searching blindly through the city for some people.
