《The Noble Curse of Ookami [Previously Titled: CLOSER]》Light and Dark

Kazuki, Hoshikawa, and Ishimaru were missing from base 37, the warriors were preparing on a search and rescue mission for them. But as the night progressed, a scream could be heard not far from the warriors station. As it turns out, two more warriors were killed right a few blocks from their preparation spot. They were a pair of Oras.
Another panic then ensued, the preparations were halted because of it. One other chopper was called to once again remove the bodies from the base to the island. Then the unexpected happened, the light walls suddenly disappeared. Leaving the warriors defenseless against the dark possessed city.
The rest of the warriors scrambled to find spare beacons to set up, while the others ran away from the outer part of the base. There was a moment of silence in base 37, while the warriors were anxious to see multiple pairs of eyes staring back at them from a distance.
A warrior then stood on top of a small tower in the middle of the base. It was Kitaro. Seen from the flickering lights at the peak of the tower, Kentarou already knew what's gonna happen.
"No... No!! Everyone, prepare for war!!" he screamed, then unsheathed his blade.
After a short while of silence, Kitaro suddenly erupted a painfully loud scream, just like Kuroyuki when he breached base 24 with thousands of hunters. As predicted, the warriors couldn't take much of the sound, the majority covered their ears and couldn't concentrate on how dangerous their position actually was.
Swarms of hunters were visible from the dark part of the city. They then rushed into the base without any warnings. A huge battle soon commenced between the betrayed warriors and the hunters. Some of the warriors called the chopper again, while the majority defended the base because they couldn't afford to lose this one. Warriors were dying left and right and hunters came with various weapons.

Kanata was thrown into a wall with her back, "These creatures are getting stronger..." she adjusted her auric and stood up one more time even though she spat out blood.
"I still can't find Kazuki and Ishimaru anywhere!" Kyuuto grumbled while defending himself from an attack. He then gathered with the others in a more central area.
Kentarou from the other side assured him while also keeping some distance between him and some hunters, "Keep fighting! I'm sure they'll come up somewhere!"
"Let's just hope they don't die!" Yato also joined while slashing a hunter in front of him.
----
About 10 blocks from the area, near sector 10, Kazuki was chasing Ishimaru. He then confronted him near a giant water tank. "Ishimaru! Stop where you are!" he landed on one of the rooftops.
"I saw you on the night of the murders going outside the barriers, Ishimaru. Your time is up," Kazuki pulled his blade slowly.
Ishimaru stopped his steps not far from him and turned his body around. He has a calm and sharp look on his eyes. He didn't even look threatened. Kazuki then began to throw allegations at him while unsheathing his sword completely.
"What's your evidence?" Ishimaru asked.
Kazuki froze, struggling to point out what to support his own arguments. At the same time, he heard screams from behind, right when the base was on its height in defending from the hunters legion.
"If you want to turn back and help your friends, this is your time. Or you could chase an obscure shadow forever," Ishimaru threatens him, referring to himself. He then sighed and looked further from Kazuki, "Oh, I guess you have to greet your old friend first,"
Suddenly, Kuroyuki bursted through a building behind him and clashed his sword with Kazuki's. "Kuroyuki?!" Kazuki flustered as he saw his fallen comrade right in the face.
After a few more clashes, they distance themselves apart, making Kazuki even more shocked than before. Meanwhile Ishimaru disappeared into the night. The confused Kazuki tried to keep his sanity afloat while Kuroyuki looked sharp in his eyes.

Re:Arifureta
On what seem like a normal Monday morning, Hajime and his entire class found themselves kidnapped in a foreign world. In this land of fantasy and adventure, could they have been summoned to their own personal heaven, or somewhere else? No, this is not your standard Re:monster rip off, this is my first attempt to rewrite a story better than the original auther. To me the original Arifureta started off with a great idea that it completely failed to live up to in terms of story story with it's chuunibyou power fantasy main character, pedophilic undertones, unlikable side characters, and woe is me everyone hates me mindset. This is me trying to fix that

The Man Who Walked in the Dark
Just because it can be found, doesn't mean it should. All things found, all things fixed. Jude Demarco was the best private detective Nicodemia Station had ever ignored. Detective, handyman, medic.
