Able Drake-
I Started to kill dintyles with non Arcana throwing and Arcane swordmanship and quickly throwing leveled up, also mana controller leveled up. But I haven't looked at the skill levels for a good hour or two. I then saw another dintyle, I unsheathed my sword and ran at It filling my sword with arcana. Half way to the dintyle another apeared from the side and attacked, I dodged by jumping forward and while I did that I did a 180. I faced the dintyle that attacked me, while I was midair after my 180 I sliced my sword up. It sliced through the dintyle very easily, but I didn't think about that. I heard Erebus say [Behind you], When I heard that I Turned my grip sideways and I turned around with a arcana filled blade and did a sidewards slash. Killing the dintyle that I was originally attacking, It started attacking the moment I turned around. I had started looking at all the notification I hadn't looked at for hours
-You have killed lvl 2 sparklight dintyle
-You have killed lvl 2 sparklight dintyle

-You have killed lvl 3 sparklight dintyle
-You have killed lvl 3 sparklight dintyle

-You have killed lvl 4 sparklight dintyle
-You have killed lvl 4 sparklight dintyle
-Mana controller has leveled up x5
-Throwing leveled up x3
-Arcane swordmanship has leveled up
-You have gained 133 essence
After I saw that Arcane swordmanship had leveled up I was happy, but then I got injected information about a move called gliding arcana. It was basically the anime sword slide but versitile in its use and not restricted to swords through the power of arcana. After I looked at the injected information I thought that it was usefull and that I was going to use it. But I then looked at mana controller It was almost at the point of evolution, I was almost sure that I was going to have a choice of the regular and an Arcana forcused variant. It was a shame but I would definently choose the regular one because I had plan on reseaching mana not focusing solely on Arcana.
After thinking about that I started thinking about other things like level 5 dintyles, which should have skills other that scratch or lantern soul, which litaraly makes the sparklight dintyle a shining target. But then I saw a group of 10 dintyles with one dintyle slightly larger than the others. It was screaming it had a perk a highly shought after perk too, The right to rule perk was extremely usefull for any contractor. I quickly told Erebus {Kill the smaller ones, but keep the bigger one alive} Then Erebus said [yes] calmly killing the smaller ones with assasination. I started running and one of the dintyles ran at me me and I wanted to try gliding arcana

I filled my sword with arcana like the knowlegde told me how to. When the dintyle jumped up and attacked me, I ran my blade on the side of its lethal claws and close to the end of the 'glide' I started to put a bit of arcana on by the soles of my shoes and made slight movements and slided/rotated on the grond and faced the dintyle that attacked me from behind and sliced it in half. then I tried to do what I did with my soles again and turned around saw that another dintyle was already attacking and sliced it with my still filled with arcana sword and sliced the dintyle in half the three ramaining dintyles that hadn't been killed by Erebus, were quickly killed by arcana filled throwing knives. There were notifications about mana controller needing to choose an evolution
But first I told Erebus to come out of the shadows and activate the fear monger title. When Erebus showed itself the big dintyle just accepted Its fate, Then I did the same thing I did to make a contract with Erebus.
Biiiggg Sparklight Dintyle-
Today me and my group went to look for food, we then saw a lone human. After we saw the human our members dissapeared with splotches of blood. Dintyle blood, some even entered my mouth. It was horrifing, but one of the grunts ran to attack the human. When it jumped up the human somehow avoided the attack, the grunt thought that it could just land and turn around to attack again. But he was wrong, dead wrong. The human somehow turned around really quickly and sliced the grunt in half. Another grunt then attacked thinking that it's in its blind spot but it was wrong. The human, no abomination turned around exactly the same way as with the last grunt and sliced the grunt's body in half. Dintyle blood splattered everywhere, like the halls where collored black. Without me noticing my lackeys where all killed. And the culprit was a drake, an elite of the dungeon's food chain. After seeing that I just excepted my fate and was going to let the abomination kill it with no resistence. But then the abomination put his hand on his sharp thing, and then cut his palm. The abomination tried to catch all the blood but it missed some. When its hand was filled with blood it made these weird noises. My good, old friend info screen apreared
Able drake has requested to create a blood contract
Do you accept?
Yes/No
I belived that if I said yes I wouldn't die, so obviously I thought 'Yes' And accepted it, survival Is far more important than some dead grunts. Revenge is for social creatures that don't have evolutions and the sort, because they use fear tactics. And are strong together but weak alone

Able Drake-
I was quickly told that it accepted the contract and another screen popped up
You have gained the title 'Above leaders'
Above Leaders
+1 to all stats
-Given to those that have made a leader variant monster submit under their rule
-sentient races only
I then quickly looked at my new beast's status

Wondering what use the Lantern soul skill's use is
Lantern soul_Passive
Gives small boost to moral to all the user thinks is an ally
'Below avarage' I thought, then I continued 'It hasn't killed any of the other leaders needed to rank it up from leader to chieftain, but has a little more work stopped me before? No, no it hasn't'
I then heard a new voice in the the link [Hello?] Then Erebus said [looks like another guy has entered the link. How's it going Little dintyle?] Erebus lowered its head down to the Bieg dintyle. Then the Bieg dintyle ran away in horror. To stop it I told it to {Walk back to me then stand still and wait for further orders} Because of the contract it followed the orders. After that little fiasco I looked at the evolution choices of the Mana controller skill
Mana Weaver
Become a weaver of mana
-Teaches basic mana constructs
- Eases the mental strain of mana usage
Weapon enhancement
For those that enhace their weapons for extra power
-Enhancement knowlodge
- Eases the mental strain of mana usage
Arcane Inturn
Become the equivalent of an inturn of the ancient arcane civilization
- Teaches basic Arcana techniques
- Eases the mental strain of Arcana usage
It was a hard choice between 'Arcana Inturn' and 'Mana Weaver'. But I chose to go with mana weaver, why because the Mana weaver skill was more open ended. And my whole goal with this life is to learn aboout mana and its skills, because to me. Mana is overpowered, if I keep going down the rabbit hole I could probably go beyond the power of the founding emperor. If the founding emperor had gone the down the path ofmana, he probably split of the main mana path and into the Arcana path
You have gained the 'Mana Weaver' skill
I then had the same thing that happened with Arcane swordmanship happened again. But didn't tell me the name or what it did, so I slowly used it from a distance. It took 40 mp. And there was a little blue light that apeared after I used the construct. it made a light, just a blue light. Not even a bright one either, just a dim blue light. I then thought 'There has to be more I can do with this right? Right?' I then looked at the construct I was mantaining with 1 mp/s and looked for somthing to make it useable in a fight. When I looked at the construct It looked like Tangeled yarn made of mana strings and there were three nodes. When I looked at them the knowledge injected from the mana weaver skill told me. The first one is a remote mana receiver which is how I've been mantaining this contruct, the second is a stabilizing node which just makes the level of presicion needed to make the construct not colapse lower but doubles the needed mana to create the construct, and the third turns mana into a blue light. When I looked at the third node I noticed that a good 60% of the mana it's fed is wasted
I chose to look at that in the mansion, after my mp was refilled. I started walking and told the dintyle {Follow me dintyle} I then started looking for monsters for the dintyle, I then thought 'I should call the dintyle something... King, bob, king bob. Yes his name is bob' I named bob after a certain yellow humanoid blob from an animated movie, ahh king bob still a very funny joke. I then told the dintyle {Dintyle, your name is bob now} Bob said [yes]

Manaseared
Adventuring is for losers. Only the absolutely impoverished or the megalomaniacally mad would stoop to graverobbing and dungeon-delving to put food on their tables. As a career it is dangerous, unreliable, illegal, and infinitely unpleasant. Most who choose this life have no other options. They're the seventh sons of seventh sons, the disowned, bastards, impoverished and desperate, and nearly always young. And they are, without fail, losers. Eris is an adventurer. Eris is a loser. Like most of her make she's a teenage runaway with no other options. Unlike her company, she isn't fodder for the meatgrinder. She's beautiful, brilliant, and a talented magician; she's also vain, callous, selfish, and proud. This is her story, as she grows into adulthood, masters her abilities, and learns to care about more than just herself. Manaseared is an episodic fantasy adventure serial. It's also a pastiche of early D&D and RPGs in general, and an attempt to explore at what it might really mean to be a first level adventurer.
