they're obtained through skill points, or through doing something enough for the frame work to recognize it.

Skill points are obtained through various ways.

'Second, what are blood contracts and how do i obtain them?'

Blood contracts,

blood contracts are blessings to the sentient races of the continent of icarus to control monsters.

To obtain them as the name says it is a contract to make a contract you need to have the monster's approval. How one gains it's approval is not considered when making a contract.

'Third, what are blood contract perks'

Blood contract perks,

are perks from every evolution you're monster has ever had while in a blood contract. They're complety based on the monster.

'Fourth, how am I going to be reborn?'

There are three ways.

- Summoned to ___.

- Randomly appear somewhere on the continent .

- Be born as ___.

'Fifth, are there others?'

Not with the same privliges, but there will from time to time be someone that reancarnates. They would be reborn by randomly choosing between one of you're choices + taking over an already existing person's body.

There was an unbeliveable amount of skills. At the top there was a note from the frame work *all recorded skills ever recognized by the framework at the beginning of an evolution path. That is compatible with you.*.'Can I narrow it down?

then i want to narrow it down to a skill that obtains information

There where hundreds of skills cool one's like "Abadon's all seeing eye" or weird one's like "Virginity sensor" and "Erogenous zone appraisal" I choose a normal one with a lot of potantial called "inspect", because the cool one's all costed more than 1 skill point. I also saw some very bad skills that cost essence

I slowly got sleepy 'Oh that's what's happening.' then i blacked out

when I woke up every thing was black and I felt sore everwhere. I heard sparatic heavy breathing and a constant beat. I tried to question the framework 'realy frame work why not just poof me in?' But there was no response, when i realized I paniced but then i thought 'it said i could talk to it whenever the sun is down.' Then I heard some voices that seemed to be talking a foreign language

There was a serious looking male said while i was held by a what I thought was a maid and i my arm was twitching furiously. male: #Finally i have an heir, I will call him "Able" as a male heir of the drake house, like a drake he will be capable of flight. he even has an innate skill!#

i wanted to know things as to make my plans more detailed so i used "inspect lvl1" and a screen popped up

these two people that I assume to be my perants i heard two words I innately understood "inspected" and "infomation" it must be from the inspect skill. Foor now i'll try to start learning the language through those two words.
