The young Commandant Inquisitor slowly turned, a grin breaking out on his face. “Is he alone?”
“No, sir; he’s travelling with two others. One is the Holy Lady Hierophant Emilie Sherasinou of Ardour Temple, but the other…”
“Doesn’t matter,” the commandant finished for him. “Bring all three of them in. I have been looking forward to this.”
“All three of them, sir? But… should we really be laying hands on someone like Her Holiness—”
“I wouldn’t care if she was one of the Decakon themselves,” the Commandant Inquisitor hissed. “Bring them all in.”
“Y-yes sir… right away.”
