This time William didn't reply instead he had started to feel the mana in his wrists and slowly but steadily started guiding it to his right palm while holding a wooden sword

William heard Emma and calmed himself down and made the mana burst forth onto the wall like blockade and piercing through at that point!!

The mana was having a lot of intensity because of William's forceful suppression of it and when he made it burst forth he pierced through the blockade and also separated the hilt of the wooden sword from the rest of the sword

Willie decided to slowly guide his mana through to his palm again and this time he made the mana leave and guided it to enter into the new wooden sword he held, he slowly filled the wooden sword with his mana giving it a bluish glow to it he held it swung it at a wall in his room

"Woah this is crazy I managed to do such a supernatural thing by myself that to with a wooden sword!!"

After a few minutes, William finally calmed down and cleaned himself up because tomorrow is the day that William's brother goes of to the empire academy this is the most prestigious academy in the human continent as it is run by all three empires together with the holy church and this is where the most prestigious gather like the first son of the grand duke or my brother James and people start attending this school at the age of 12

"I don't know much about this church or whatever but from my previous knowledge they can get quite annoying cause they can do anything in the name of a god or some crap like that"

Anyway today William decided to challenge his brother so is heading towards the training grounds right now

In the training grounds William can James standing on the stage with a wooden staff and his parents, Ries and the guards, and Alfred we're there on the side of the stage watching

William went to a rack took a wooden sword and headed up on the stage

"I thought you cultivate in the mage path why are you using a sword?" James said with some ridicule

Although William was talking all that crap he himself doesn't know what James is gonna do with a stick or what his abilities are the only reason William was talking all that is because he saw that James is still at light black rank and he wanted to teat his now ability against him

Ried came on stage and announced the fight will begin when he leaves the stage in the count of three

Ries quickly exited the stage

Like usual William was planning on going close range but William looked at the ever-increasing glow coming from James's staff and quickly dodged unfortunately he was a bit slow and he felt his feet go cold when he looked down he realized his feet were frozen

William quickly looked towards his parent but realized they were looking at him as if this battle was a foregone conclusion in their minds

William used his leg strength to break the ice luckily thus was not that strong probably equating to James's ability

William calmed himself down and noticed that James's staff was once again glowing William quickly started sprinting away from his initial position

William rushed towards James but he was already done casting his spell as expected....nothing happened William jumped off the ground the second he saw that James was done so Kane's missed his spell William then rushed towards James and slashed at James's neck stopping right before it went into his neck

James looked bewildered at this moment as he didn't fully accept the fact that he lost not only James but everyone there was shocked they never expected James to lose

"Ha you lost now what are you gonna do Mr Elder brother are you still gonna teach me a lesson haha how cute how did that turn out for you, huh oh right you lost Hahaha"

[William never thought you were such a sharp-tongued person]

William looked around and took in the shocked faces and then hurriedly left before anyone could say something because he doesn't know what reaction he will get after they calm down especially after he mocked James for loosing
