The sky hangs dark overhead, we can see in a room similar to your own, an ordinary looking teenage boy sitting on his bed.
Suddenly his mom shouts through the door, asking him to go get a few items from the local grocery store. The boy has to reluctantly stop what he is doing and head down to the grocery store.
...
On a well-lit street we can see the boy walking dazedly, bags in hand, back home. When the sound of tyres screeching drowns out the world and then…
BANG!
Is the last thing our MC hears, as he passes away on the spot.

In a dark space with no end in sight we can see a white, spherical object floating in the deep black void.
From afar something that looks like a meteorite the size of a tennis-ball comes flying in at an extremely high-speed hitting the spherical object.
During the period of time when they collide, both the meteorite and the spherical object start to merge into one.
As a result a new grey coloured ball is formed and is catapulted towards a nearby planet and shot right into a grand looking house.
From there the rest is history, I guess.

What the Actual f**k just happened.
I died Holy crap! I am genuinely dead, and now I am reborn.
This is some novel beginning type of thing, damn, well now what should I do. I can't speak or anything, I am guessing that right now I am a fetus.
Though it's so weird, I don't feel any sort of attachment to my previous life.
And now I am about to get a new family according to the norm, usually a world of Swords and Magic means that it's a feudal society, right? Well whatever, let's hope I get born into a good family.
And what's up with this Supreme System thing, it sounds like it should belong in a wuxia novel or something. What's up with the conditions too, hey, now that I think about it, in some novels the mc usually doesn't even know he has a System until years later. So I guess this is also fine.
But what's visiting the library going to do?

Hm, come to think of it I remember all the things that happened in my previous life so that means I still have my Hyperthymesia ability.
I remember all of the knowledge I gained in the modern world relating to engineering and Medicine. Heyyy, now I'm happy I got into these two subjects by capitalizing on my amazing memory and in so doing learned the entire basics, as well as a few advanced things relating to these fields. Since in that world it was just so easy and beneficial to my future.
If this world is as I think it is and not very advanced, I can use my knowledge and gain huge advantages in this world. Maybe I could even start a big business that covers the entire planet.

Anyhow, how old am I? Cause from my medical knowledge I know a baby starts to be able to move for the first time when it's around 4 months old.
