《The Last Demon : Against The World》Capture the Flag

Deylors eyes darted across the platform as he saw two black flags.
Soon several stone buildings formed from the stage.
And with a blaring horn.
The game began.
Deylor swiftly left as Azalia accompanied him. He hid behind buildings as he saw 2 people guarding the enemy flag.
Andrew charged from the left as he skated with his ice.
Cloth and Adriana hid behind buildings as they anxiously eyed the flag.
The unending silence tore Deylors anxiousness to a peak as he cautiously looked around once more. Azalia and Deylor were within 50 meters of the flag when they halted their movements.
Deylor stared at Azalia as he beckoned her to follow the plan.
Azalia quickly shuffled forward as she closed her eyes.
A huge vulture with dark green eyes shot up to the sky. The features were similar to the Tier 5 that Deylor fought earlier.
The vulture descended swiftly towards the enemy flag.
The sound of an explosion sounded as a massive rock glacier could be seen.
The rocks slowly sunk into the ground before the buildings restored themselves.
Deylor furrowed his eyebrows as he thought of a plan.
Andrew stopped moving as a figure came into his view.
The figure had dark-blue hair and grey eyes. His posture gave off a look of unwavering superiority as he looked down on Andrew.
Andrew quickly prepared to send out a wave of Ice as his opponent copied his actions.
Andrew wore a confused look on his face before he waved his finger.
The sound of ice spreading resounded on the stage as bright-blue ice reached the building before the figure.
And with one similar movement.
The sound of ice spreading at a much larger scale resounded.
Except a huge glacier could be seen this time.
The figure spoke coldly.
"This is the difference betwee-."
Several ice daggers landed around him.
A frozen Andrew looked at the figure in frustration. His plan failing.
The figure quickly regained his demaneor before he strolled towards Andrew.
The end was near.
Bang.
A foot sent Cloth flying back as blood released from his mouth.
The perpetrator brushed the dust off his shoulders as he looked at his companion.
A boy with green hair summoned a horde of insects their buzzes loud as the feeling of vibration filled ears.
The boy pointed his finger at a red-haired girl.
The girl ran, the bugs followed.
Adriana tried her hardest to redirect the bugs but they were simply too numerous.Every part pulled away gave time for two to return. The bugs spewed electricity as Adriana was burnt and left on the ground, cold.

The two attackers rushed to the flag.
The speedster grabbed the flag with an arm and lifted the fla-.
A huge gravitational pressure broke down as the flag remained in its place.
Cloth appeared, his face bloody.
He stretched his neck.
The speedster instantly went for the attack again but as he did.
A sound ripping spread throughout the alleys.
As the speedsters body moved forward and his ability moved backwards muscles tore.
And screams sounded.
The insect ability user summoned his bugs but alas.
A huge gravitational force broke out as the bugs landed on the floor.
Blood stained the ground as the bugs were squashed.
The green-haired boy ran but it was too late.
He was just a normal human as his body flattened under the gravitational pressure.
Cloth wiped his hands together before he sat down on the floor tired.
A red blur appeared next to the flag. He remembered Azalias words.
"Andrew sent the danger signal, I'm heading over."
A boy with short jet-black hair hardened his body as he threw a punch out.
Deylor who was currently postured horizontally muttered but a word before his legs launched the boy towards the nearby building via the face.
"Slow."
Deylor grabbed the flag.
Deylor made a run for it.
He moved his leg.
He moved his leg.
His leg was stuck by a large sticky patch of Earth.
Brown was all Deylor saw before his body was launched back by an earth glacier.
A flock of crows filled the alleys as Deylor, his body bloodied ran for it once again. Azalias last helping hand.
A scene repeated.
Another earth glacier pierced the map.
Another stream of blood ran from Deylors body.
Deylor gritted his teeth as he met eyes with a brown haired girl through the crows.
A shadow descended onto Deylor as a huge spike of earth fell from the sky.
Deylor blurred as he stood meters in front of the brown-haired girl.
A glacier hit a figure.
Or rather, an after-image.
Deylor appeared behind the girl as his right leg landed an upper kick. Deylor swiftly pushed her down as he began pummeling her.
Manners were not going to land him on the big screen.
Deylor hit and hit but blood didn't spell.
The girl smiled.
Deylor wore confusion on his face.
Deylor punched again.
Squelch.
Mud appeared in his vision as Deylor looked at the Girl. His hand stuck in her stomach as mud pulled his arm down.

Deylors instincts screamed as his head turned left.
A glacier of earth pierced the map.
Deylor crashed into a building.
Blood dripped from his mouth.
The girl walked up to him before the earth around them moved.
Deylor closed his eyes.
The grey haired boy placed his hand on Andrews face as he prepared to freeze him with is superior dark-ice.
Andrew fought back with all his might as he summoned his bright-blue ice in a desperate attempt to turn the tables but alas.
It was for nought.
The grey haired boy slowly froze Andrew as Andrew spat on his face.
The grey haired boys nostrils flared.
He, an inheritor of the dark-ice ability received such disrespect?
The grey-haired boy swiftly pummeled Andrew left and right.
As he punched him Andrew laughed obnoxiously.
A crack appeared on 'Andrew.'
Andrew pointed right.
The grey boys eyes looked right.
"Idiot."
A bright-blue ice hammer smashed into the grey boys side from the left.
Blood spilt on the floor as the Hammer continued hammering the grey boy.
The dark ice continued being destroyed by the Hammer in an unending cycle.
Until finally.
Smash.
The bright-blue hammer descended onto the gray-haired boys face.
Smashing his nose in like a nail.
A scream of agony and pain sounded as blood and dark ice covered the surroundings.
Andrew included.
The grey hair boy ran up to Andrew his eyes bloodlusted. He froze Andrews feet.
Andrew smiled confidently.
50 Ice blades surrounded the grey hair boy.
His mind in utter chaos.
How did the blonde-boy summon Ice blades without movement and how were they so numerous?
But that moment of utter-chaos brought him an eyes glance as he saw a girl with short black hair hiding behind a building.
"Nice bluff."
The grey hair boy spread his domain of ice as the short-hair girl froze.
Game over.
The ice blades vanished as the girl flew out the arena via the mysterious force.
Andrew looked back and forth.
This wasn't looking too good.
Deylor opened his eyes. Red energy erupted from him.
He pointed it forwards.
The sound of earth crumbling was heard as the earth glacier crumbled to the ground.
As the girls hands remained in the same position Deylor raised his hand as his aura sharpened once again.
He prepared to stab.
Deylor felt a change in the earth.
"Got you."
Deylor blurred before he arrived next to a heap of Earth.
The Earth tried to move before.
Pierce.
The girl flew away in frustration via the mysterious force.
Deylor smiled as he swiftly made his getaway.
The sound of ice shattering resounded as another of Andrews mini glaciers met yet another of the grey haired boys huge glaciers.
Andrew could only divert the grey haired boy glaciers by summoning ice shards from the sides.
The grey haired boy endlessly talked as he continued lobbing out vast amounts of dark-ice.
"You just can't beat me. I exceed you in quality and quantity when it comes to our powers."
Another glacier formed as Andrew skated to the left.
Andrew gritted his teeth as he erected 3 ice walls.
The sound of cracking sounded quietly.
"Even if I can't beat you with ice. I can beat you with myself."
The grey haired boy scoffed.
"What's that meant to mean."
Andrew's ice walls shattered as his lower body froze. As his energy exhausted, he closed his eyes.
The grey-haired boy with his hand on Andrews neck slowly froze him.
Andrew opened his eyes.
"This."
3 Ice blades formed from behind the grey-hair boy.
An dark-ice wall arose.
The grey-haired returned his view to Andrew just to see his hands frozen.
Andrew gleamed widely.
He had won.
A horn sounded as the game ended.
Andrew fell to the dirt ground as he closed his eyes.
Blood seeped from his mouth from his overuse.
The team of 5 reunited as they returned to watch the other matches.
Deylor looked at a participant on a screen with ash-blonde hair and bright-blue eyes.
He faced off against the last member of the opposing team who utilized his individual body enhancement to boost individual body parts.
The opponent was quickly caught up within a storm of swords as his ability limited his defense.
Every time he made an attack a sword swooped into block it.
His body was slowly cut and hit around until a killing blow was recorded.
Jack had control of the battle from start to finish.
Deylor closed his eyes.
If they fought.
He wasn't confident in his winning abilities.
And that was a first after all his time with Jack.
Deylor sighed as he thought of the inevitable future.
His inevitable future.
The seal loosens.

NEWDIE STEADSLAW Part I
NEWDIE STEADSLAW is a randomized array of Chekhov's red herrings, non sequitors ex machina, run-on sentences, and em dashes—so many em dashes. It's like if the Bible and Shakespeare had a baby that they surrendered to foster care, then it got adopted by Alice in Wonderland and Dr. Seuss—the books, not the people—and then the baby fell down the stairs. In this metaphor, the stairs wrote the story. Part I is the tale of the adventures of Traycup and Roby as they try to hold down a job inside the hollow Earth—a place made possible thanks to the secret science of embargoed relativity—and they get distracted by dancing foxes, a giant's record collection, and something with a train, I think. It's a work of fiction—although to call it work seems insulting to, y'know, actual work—but the fiction label is apt, so, y'know, that's a win. Half the words are made up, and the other half are embarrassed to be seen with them. Part I is complete.
