《The Last Demon : Against The World》Fenrir

The situation was all-too familiar.
But this time, they were stronger, more experienced and prepared.
But alas, so was the Fenrir.
All Jack saw as he looked up was a huge wolf silhouette and that was all he saw as it tackled him and began clawing his face.
Jack quickly used his right hand to pull out his katana. He released a heavy burst of bright-blue energy however all it did was push the beasts head away. With a face full of scratches Jack raised his sword once more however the Fenrir quickly disarmed him as it hit his sword away. The fenrir raised its right arm. And as it prepared to slash, it's right arm flew through the air cut by a wave of blue following a katana.
Jack grinned.
Just as the fenrir lifted it's other paw a heavy impact hit its stomach and sent it flying. A red aura silhouette stood menacingly as it raised it's hand. The fenrir winced.
Jack and Deylor flanked the fenrir both going left and right. Jack raised his sword as he released powerful blows the Fenrir blocked them with its fist before loading up a ball of flames within its mouth.
Jack quickly flew away on his sword before the blazing flames could scorch him.
A red silhouette leaped above the fenrir as it gathered energy in it's dagger.
It prepared to strike.
Slam.
The red silhouette was slapped to the side in an instance as its body trailed through the dust for 20 meters.
The last thing the silhouette saw was a flash of light.
"A dual element Fenrir. Our luck is terrible today Jack." Deylor complained.
"Just focus on the fight." Jack spoke frustrated dodging a beam of flames that followed his trail.
Jack zoomed towards the Fenrir releasing the rest of his energy towards the beast. The beast blocked with both its arms and got sent flying back. It tried to stabilize it's landing but as it looked up all it saw was a dense-red foot aimed for it.

The beast smirked.
It's right paw sparked with lightning as it prepared to strike.
The paw moved in an instance but so did the target.
Deylor smirked as he dodged a barrage of lightning slashes by using his demonic energy to burst with explosive speed in a direction in an instance.
Deylor was struggling immensely. He could only dodge by looking at the direction of the beasts paw before it moved.
As Deylor landed on the ground and begun to lunge at the beast, the beast reacted in Kind.
It's paw moving in correlation to Deylors body.
Time slowed.
Blood spilt.
A bloody paw hit the ground.
A wave of blue followed as Jack's katana returned to his hand. Over-exhausting energy caused him to cough up blood but it was necessary.
With an opening present, Deylor quickly became a blur as his dense energy former a sharp point and pierced through the middle of the fenrir. Right through the heart.
Pant.
Deylor and Jack lay on the dirt panting side by side.
Their bodies ached and stung as they looked at the massive wolf corpse they would now have to carry back.
"That's gonna be fun." Deylor spoke tired.
"You bet it will." Jack spoke as he groaned.
"No way, that group slayed 3 massive tortoises?"
"Look over there, that group slayed 3 magical wolves!"
"Look even further over there, that group slayed a horned sheep with dual attributes and 2 massive tortoises."
Thud.
The chatter disapparated as a huge wolf-like corpse with snow-white skin touched the ground.
"I believe this will do." Deylor spoke in arrogance but how could anyone refute after seeing a fenrir?
"Impossible, it must of already died."
"Yeah maybe it was half dead."
"Yeah no way did he ki-".

People felt a hand grip their neck tightly as Deylor erupted with Demonic energy. His energy created a small pillar as it spread among the students.
As silence ensued everyone heard Deylors next words.
"Say something?"
Deylor smirked.
"That's what I thought."
Jack spoke hesitantly.
"That was pretty out of character."
Deylor paused before replying. "I'm fine if people call me dumb,a bully or a numbskull."
Deylor looked at his wounds.
"But I can't stand listening to people slander what we spilled blood and sweat for. Things we put our lives on the line for."
Deylor met Jack's eyes "It' s just unbearable."
As Deylor walked away and Jack followed the students slowly regained their chatter.
Even after Deylor walked out of hearing range his name was not mentioned.
The physical teacher loudly announced even though he knew and everyone else knew who had won.
"Deylor and Jack!"
"This was a real close--one folks. Work hard and you can win next time!"
As Deylor and Jack picked up their two medium-grade dimensional rings chatter erupted.
"Close? We slayed 3 goldfishes and our team-mate is in an ambulance..."
"Work hard, Dave worked so hard he got a six pack!"
"Screw this."
As the students complaint spread throughout the hills the sea of students and teachers left for the accomodation.
For the last time.
