Wilton takes the deer hide down. He pours water from the barrel on it, rubs it down, cleaning it. Once it's washed he then rubs the charcoal infused powder into it. He hangs it back up so it can dry for the whole of the new day.
Lonzak takes his ax and chops down an oak tree. He strips the branches off, throwing those in a pile. He replants two of the branches. The orc uses the ax to carve simple symbols into the trunk of the tree with a grid. He then begins to chop up the tree into usable sections, and then into planks.
Wilton takes a stump, some branches, a flint blade, and two leather cords. He sets up a chopping block that moves the flint blade as you pull on the leather cords. The halfling fetches the two horses and ties them to the chopping block.
Wilton then builds a funnel, a hopper that feeds the chopping block. He stuffs some logs into the hopper. As the logs are sawn apart by the movement of the horses, the planks will fall to the sides, and the logs will roll down.
The halfling pops the millstone into his inventory. He goes back outside and places the millstone down. He shreds two more leads off his boar leather. The boar’s hide is so cut apart now he could make one more lead or a belt out of it and call it good.
He tinkers with the millstone until the leads will work for it. He can use horse power for grinding and chopping!
He uses his last strip of leather for a lead. Wilton heads out to the plains and finds another horse. He lures it back with a leek, slips the lead on it, and travels with it back to the burrow. He ties it off to the millstone.
Wilton shoves the two acorns into the millstone. The two acorns begin to get slowly grinded as the horse walks around the millstone.

The things borrowed from the games are as followed: Hope's Peak Academy, and the structure of 16ish hyper-skilled teenagers trapped in an enclosed space and being subjected to a motive, a murder, an investigation, a trial, and an execution of the presumed killer. There are no spoilers, tie ins, or previous knowledge required of the series to read this story!
