“On it!” Umi pulled out the wolf fur out of the bag and laid them down, I gently place Miko on the fur, she had lost a lot of blood already, that Healing Seed should help her

“Huh?” I looked around, who said that? It wasn’t that dark voice I was used to hearing, it sounded like, like The Creator

“Nothing, we need to stop the bleeding, grab me some of the Chamomile Flowers” I needed to stop her muscles from spasming or the blood was going to pour out quicker

“This is the last of the Chamomile Flowers, we only have one shot at this” I made the Chamomile Flower Medicine and mixed in the Blood Seed I made to help Serena

“Miko drink this” I held her head up and gently poured the medicine down, she was still unconscious, her pulse was weak and her breathing was almost gone.

“Sir Udon, its not working” The medicine wasn’t helping she was still spasming, damn it! What do I do!

We’ve just been eating meat skewers from them, we’re not that tired” She sounds like a little kid that doesn’t want to go to bed

“Still, get some sleep, I’ll watch over Miko” I might have been exhausted myself, but those three have done more than enough, they need their rest

“Master Udon, please put your head up, you’re still emotional because of the Hero Adjustment” Miko woke back up, was she right? I checked the Hero Adjustment, nope, that ended days ago. Is this how I truly feel than?

“It’s not the Hero Adjustment, I’ll protect you Miko from now on, I’ll try and trust you” Miko fell back asleep again, a cemented smile on her face as she slept peacefully

“I’ll get my revenge, that overgrown squid will get his karma, even if I have to die to get it” I swore my vengeance on that piece of shit, I had another goal, another person to bring karma to.
