《The Awakened One, Book 1: Remnant》Chapter 18: Glynda Goodwitch

The duo continued looting Dungeons and (Y/N) absorbed every Grimm that they came across except for the Dungeon Masters which Byakko dealt with easily. As they were finishing up another of the Industrial Dungeons, they exited the portal to see the sun beginning to rise over the horizon, meaning that it was time to wrap up that night’s activities.
With that in mind, they made their way up through the streets of Vale and traveled silently back to the temporary dorm rooms where Nix and Neyah were cuddled up with his Aura. On his way back, he began to reflect on the night’s events. “It seems that Byakko has reached her plateau, even after all the boss kills, she got she didn’t get a single level. I guess we really do need to focus skills and equipment to increase our strength unless we find some much stronger Dungeons, but that’s an objective for another time. Tonight, we managed to get a handful of Ursa Minor masks, some Augmented Currency mostly bronze, and a few powdered Dust vials, but those aren’t really that useful in the long run. The by far the biggest success of the night was the progress on hatching this egg! It’s almost a quarter finished already! We got lucky with this Dungeon type, because of the number of low-level Grimm that litter the halls I am able to absorb so much more Grimm than usual. If I had to approximate how many absorptions it takes to hatch this Beast Egg, I would guess somewhere around 1,000 which is a fuck ton, but progress is running smoothly. By the time we finish with the Industrial district, this pinkish white egg should be able to hatch.”
He sat on that thought for a moment before continuing his reflection, “I wasn’t able to start making the things that I wanted to, but that’s not a real issue because I can just do it whenever I have free time. All in all, tonight was successful! I just need to make sure I start making this equipment sooner rather than later.”
When he exited from his thoughts, he was already back at the room with Byakko still cuddled in his arms. He silently teleported into the room to avoid making any unnecessary noises, and he watched as his lovers slept quietly hugging onto his body double. “I wonder what else I can do with this thing. Maybe I can control it remotely and it’ll just attack with my base abilities or something.” He placed the idea into the back of his mind as he used Devil’s Step again to teleport himself inside his Aura, reconnecting them once again with Nix and Neyah none the wiser.
As soon as he laid back on the bed into his Aura double, he felt his skin instantly re-absorb his Aura and surprisingly 100% of it returned. That meant that even though the skill cost him all of his Aura to use it, he got 100% of it back when he canceled it which was kind of OP. It only took a moment for the girls to begin waking up yet again. They rustled, rubbed, and nibbled, similarly to the morning before, as they slowly gained consciousness. They woke with a smile and gave him many small kisses all across his chest and face, with Nix whispering “good morning, Baby” softly into his ear all the while.
Neyah did the same albeit she chose to nibble on his ear as she spoke. After the showing of affection, Nix and Neyah quickly completed their morning routines and they exited the room to begin their day. They took the elevator down into the restaurant like cafeteria, and they sat in the same booth as the day before. They quickly got their breakfast and started to discus the days activities as they ate. (Y/N) began the conversation asking, “so when does your pool start today?”

Nix perked up at the question, replying with “it begins in about two hours. However, I still have to register my weapons and other equipment beforehand so I will need to get to the Arena earlier than that. What do you two plans on doing in the meantime?”
“Well, I have no issue with waiting for your matches to start so I’ll probably just chill in the arena. Unless Neyah wants to do something else.” (Y/N) said as he turned to Neyah.
“Nah I aint got shit planned. Waiting is fine with me.”
As she spoke, a light bulb suddenly went off in Nix’s head, “Actually, you can just come with me to register your equipment as well. If you, do it now you won’t have to before your matches.”
“Then I’ll just do that then, as long as Darling is fine with being left alone in the stands for a while.”
“I’ll be fine, don’t worry about me” he said while chuckling.
The group finished up enjoying their breakfast and then made their way back to the massive Battle Arena where Nix’s matches would be taking place. As they walked into the large building, a receptionist that (Y/N) recognized from the day before greeted them nicely, even though (Y/N) could tell that she looked a bit nervous for some reason. “Welcome to the Battle Arena! Is there anything I can do to assist you all this morning?” The group turned to the nice lady and gave her a warm smile in response to her greeting.
Nix chose this opportunity to utilize the receptionist’s assistance, “Uhm yes actually, me and my sister need to register our equipment for the Summer League. My pool begins today, and I need to know the location of the place I’ll be fighting in.”
“Of course, what pool are you both taking part in? The League’s battle locations are already set in stone, so I can tell you both your Battle Room numbers.”
Nix responded happily, “Oh that’s great! I am in pool 26, and my sister is in 55.”
“Ok, just give me one moment” after a moment of the nice woman typing away on her console, she gave the girls the room number they’d be fighting in. Luckily, their pools would be fighting in the same location, and she was able to give Neyah the time and date her pool would begin. The receptionist then asked for Nix and Neyah’s cards and scrolls so she could give them the exact directions to the registration spot and the Battle Room. “Ok, and with that you should be all set. Is there anything that I can help you with gentlemen?”
(Y/N) looked at her with a bit of surprise, “huh, me? Oh no I don’t need anything, thanks for offering though.”
“Are you sure? I can give you the directions to the Battle Room, I’m sure you’d want to watch her fight. All I need is your scroll and visitors pass to assist you.” The receptionist was very insistent on helping which seemed a bit odd, but he figured she just wanted to help so he brushed it off.
“Nah it’s no biggy, I actually don’t have a scroll on me anyway so I don’t think it would be much of a help. Thanks again for the offer though, I really appreciate it.” (Y/N) figured he could just use his mental map of the building to find his way there, and if for some reason he couldn’t follow the maps layout, he could just follow Nix and Neyah’s ally arrows with no issue. The group was about to walk off, but the receptionist wouldn’t let up.

“Sir wait! Before you go, allow me to give you this physical map. I’ve marked the location of the room on the map so all you have to do is follow the red line to the room.” The receptionist held out a small map from behind her desk and borderline pleaded for him to take it.
He found it weird that this woman would put so much effort into helping him find his way, but he accepted her gift anyway. After all it didn’t matter much since he had the System map. “Thanks for the help!” he said as he picked up the small paper map from the lady.
“You’re very welcome! Enjoy your stay!”
“That was kinda off, I wonder what her deal was.” He thought as he continued walking with his lovers. They walked for a moment until they came to a large four-way intersection in the hallway, and they stopped. “According to this map I gotta go this way, and I’m guessing you all are going that way.” He said, pointing to down the western hall that the girls had to go down.
Neyah spoke up, “yeah, looks like we gotta separate here.”
Nix followed with “we’ll see you later Baby! Try your best not to get lost in the hallways” she chuckled quietly as she said the last part.
“I won’t,” he chuckled out in return. “See you both later! Good luck in those matches, even though I know you don’t need it.” (Y/N) gave both girls a chaste kiss on the lips before they went their separate ways in the large hallways of the building.
(Y/N) spun his heels, turning around to face the hallway that he was supposed to go down. “Well, Byakko, lets follow this map and see how long it takes us to get to the room, and then we can make some shit. Onward!” He then began walking confidently down the hall, following the instructions given to him by the eager receptionist. With Byakko walking by his side, he took right and left turns, walked up stairs, zigged and zagged through spiraling hallways, and climbed a single ladder to reach the destination that was circled in red on the map that he was given.
“Aaaaaannnnddd we’re here.” He looked up to find that he was in a completely empty hallway, with no doors or windows to give him any idea of where he was. “Where the fuck, am I? I swear I followed this map perfectly, and now I’m God knows where. Well, it looks like we’re going with plan B, or plan A? Whatever plan alphabet variable it was, I’m just gonna follow the System Map.” (Y/N) turned around to go back the way he came, but he suddenly came face to face with a tall beauty that he instantly recognized.
She wore a pure white long sleeve dress shirt that was pleated at the wrists and exposed slightly at the chest. The keyhole cut in the center of the white top exposed her incredibly busty breasts that swayed seductively with every movement she made. The cleavage of her large breasts accentuated her flawless pale white skin that glowed in the light. The collar of her outfit held a teal pendent that hung low, sitting in between the massive mounds that were her mammaries. Her slim waist and thick thighs were covered by a tight, black, high waisted pencil skirt that hugged her curvaceous form. The skirt had bronze stylish buttons that lined the center and the black skirt naturally led into her long legs that were covered by brown stockings. She also wore long black boots with bronze heels and a black cape with a purple underside. The ends of the noble cape depicted flaring flames and was cut into arrow like shapes, horizontally lining it were also bronze Diamond shaped beads.
“Glynda Goodwitch.” The words slipped from his mouth subconsciously as he saw her. It was a completely unintentional mistake, but there was nothing he could do about it now. “Oh shit! I’m not supposed to know her name! Maybe I can play it off somehow.”
The blonde-haired professor was slightly shocked that the man knew her name, but she remained calm barely showing any sort of reaction on her face. “So, you have heard of me. It seems Ozpin was right to be worried, he already knows who I am. Was he expecting this? Is that why he allowed himself to be brought to such a secluded location.” She said in a stern tone.
“Chance! Of course, I know you, who hasn’t heard of the great Huntress Glynda Goodwitch. Good, now it shouldn’t be too weird that I know who she is.”
“Is he on to me and my objective? Well, since you are already aware of who I am, I believe it would fair for you to introduce yourself as well.”
“Of course, my name is (Y/N) (L/N), it is an honor to meet you.”
“As Ozpin said, he doesn’t intend to hide at all. You as well, Mr. (LN). Do you mind me asking what brings you to this secluded part of the building? It is not exactly a high traffic area, nor is there anything here that a visitor would take part in.” Glynda questioned him, hoping to receive some sort of answer that would deviate from his established alibi.
“Huh? She already knows that I’m a visitor. That’s interesting. You can just call me (Y/N), the formality is necessary. But I was just trying to find this Battle Room to watch Nix, one of my partners, compete in her Summer league pool matches. However, when I followed the instructions that the receptionist gave me, it somehow led me here. Do you know anything about that? I probably could’ve worded that question better, but it whatever. I just want to know if she knows how to get to the correct Battle Room.”
Glynda’s eyes widened by a fraction of an inch, not noticeable by most people, but very noticeable to (Y/N). “He knows! But how? Did he just now deduce that from our short exchange? Or did he already know leading up to him walking inside the building? And he who is Nix? Uhm no, I don’t know anything about that, but I can still assist you in finding your way to the correct place. Would you like me to show you the correct way?”
“Yes please! I knew it, she misunderstood my question, but I guess it doesn’t matter much since we reached the same conclusion anyway.” (Y/N) walked towards Glynda until they were side by side, and he motioned for her to lead the way.
The pair then began walking, with the Huntress walking a single step ahead of him to show him the way. The continued in silence for a moment until Glynda decided to spark up a small conversation with him, “If you don’t mind me asking (Y/N), who exactly is Nix? I don’t believe we have a student by that name in our freshman class. No need to act clueless now, he already is aware that we know who he is. I just need to tread lightly on the topics to keep him docile.”
“Oh, that’s right, Nix’s real name is Nieva Panthera, she normally goes by Nix” (Y/N) responded.
“Understood. I also couldn’t help but notice your adorable pet that you have with you, do you mind introducing us?” Glynda managed to crack a small smile as she asked the question.
“Sure, this is Byakko my close companion, Byakko this is Glynda Goodwitch she’s a very strong Huntress and one of the top professors at Beacon.” Byakko Mwrahed as an introduction, with Glynda responding with a small smile.
“I’ve never seen an animal quite like this one, do you mind me asking what species of animal she is?”
“You don’t have to keep saying ‘do you mind me asking’ or anything like that. I don’t mind you asking any questions, and I’ll do my best to answer anything you throw at me” he said with a big smile. For a moment, the hard shell that encased her heart cracked for a moment. As she saw this mysterious mans bright smile, she allowed only the slightest bit of blush to rush to her pale cheeks. However, it lasted only for a moment, and she quickly brought herself back to normal. “Alright, Glynda?”
As soon as she managed to fight down the blush and fix her stone face façade, it was shattered again by hearing her name out of this young man’s mouth. She tried her best to keep her cool, but it felt nearly impossible when she experienced even the slightest bit of intimacy from him. “What is going on? Why is this happening? Glynda you must keep your calm, this handsome young man could possibly be a threat to this school’s safety.” She allowed the handsome line to slip through her thought radar as she actively attempted to get her act together, before responding to (Y/N)’s question.
On the other hand, said man watched as the Huntress walked in silence seemingly waring with herself mentally. “What happened? Is it because I was acting over familiar with her by using her first name? I’m sorry for the over familiarity Miss Goodwitch, I didn’t mean to offend you in anyway.” She was broken out of thoughts as she heard him say ‘Miss Goodwitch,’ and for some reason, the formality, no the lack of intimacy, that he said the name in saddened her slightly.
“No please, call me Glynda, I…I would much prefer it if you would.” The huntress looked away towards the walls of the hallway as she spoke. She also fiddled with the glasses on her face as a defensive measure to hide her embarrassment.
(Y/N) watched the cute display from the older woman in interest, “ok Glynda. There is no need for any formalities or over politeness between us, we can just walk and talk like normal people. And by the way, Byakko is a Celestial White Tiger, whatever that means.”
The way he said it made Glynda chuckle, “Oh a Celestial White Tiger, I’ve never heard of such an animal, but she must be pretty special” she said with a genuine smile.
“Yup, she is a one of a kind, super-duper, ultra-special, 100-starr, legendary animal, or something like that.” The childish nature of his answer made her laugh even more, as she began lifting her glasses to wipe small tears from the corner of her eyes out of laughter.
“Well, it very nice to meet such a special, one-of-a-kind animal like yourself Byakko.” Glynda said as she calmed herself down from her laughter. As the three of them continued to walk to the other side of the building where Nix and Neyah were, they began having a great conversation, learning more and more about each other as they continued to talk. Glynda relaxed completely, having a genuinely enjoyable conversation with (Y/N), and as time went on, she had forgotten the objective she had when she originally encountered him. Instead, she just enjoyed her time talking and learning about this interesting figure that had suddenly become the most enthralling thing in Glynda Goodwitch’s life.
Time continued to pass, and the professor was getting closer and closer to ending her long, but enjoyable, conversation with (Y/N). “Just ahead is the entrance to the Battle Room that you were looking for” she said. As they began approaching the large double doored entrance to the Arena, Glynda let slip a question that she was supposed to secretly figure out the entire time they were conversating. “(Y/N), what brought you to Beacon in the first place?” As soon as the words left her mouth, she instantly recoiled, trying to take back the seemingly innocent question. “I mean you don’t have to answer me, I wouldn’t want to overstep my bounds.” She had no idea why she found herself being so fond of this man she had met less than half an hour ago, but she knew that she was. And it was because of that fondness that she didn’t want to ask or do anything that may ruin the trust and interest that he had built up in her during their extensive conversating.
“Uhm, I don’t really know. The short answer would be to follow Nix and Neyah in their endeavors, but the real answer is a bit more complicated than that.” Glynda listened with bated breath as she hung on every word of his response. She had remembered her objective, her mission, that she had when she approached him in that secluded hallway, and no matter how much she enjoyed his company, his answer to her sudden question would determine whether or not they could meet on friendly terms again. “I guess if I had to simplify my reasoning, I would say it like this.” The Huntress stopped all movement as she looked into the man’s eyes to fully hear every word of his explanation. “I came to Beacon to meet new people, learn more about this world, grow stronger, and eventual, save it from destruction.”
The words hung in the air for a moment as silence fell over the duo. Glynda looked into his eyes and saw nothing but pure honesty, valor, and virtuosity. It was in that moment that she realized that they were completely wrong in their assessment of the mysterious figure they saw in that video. There may still be unanswered questions, but this man standing tall in front of her had no malicious intent whatsoever and she knew that in her heart of hearts. “I am not going to act like I know exactly what you mean by those objectives, but I do believe that if there was a place to achieve them it would be here.” Miss Goodwitch then gently placed her hand onto (Y/N)’s shoulder and looked, somehow, deeper into his eyes. “Why don’t you join Beacon Academy (Y/N)?”
(Y/N)’s eyes widened slightly at her question, “really? Just like that, you’d let me join?”
“Of course, there would still be some official work that would need to be done before then, but you could enroll, and you’d definitely be accepted. We could start later today if you wish, I’m sure Headmaster Ozpin would love to me you as well.”
“Absolutely! It’d be an honor to be able to become a student at this school! But I don’t have a scroll or anything like that to contact you.”
“That’s fine, just come to the Hope building and someone will be there to lead you to the headmaster’s office from there. The Hope building is the central most and tallest building on the campus, you can’t miss it. I’ll make sure that I am present as well for the exchange.” Glynda was practically beaming with joy as she explained the process to him after hearing his response.
“Alright, I’ll make sure to be there as soon as possible! Thanks for everything Glynda! Ill be seeing you later unless you want to sit and watch these matches with me.”
The professor battled with herself for a moment, “I’d love to, but I still have some work that I have to attend to and plus I have to prep some of the paperwork for your enrollment. Enjoy the matches (Y/N), I’ll see you soon.” After she said that, he waved her a quick goodbye and both Byakko and him made their ways to the large double doors of the Battle Room. Glynda stood still watching his retreating form as he approached the doors with a single conflicting question still on her mind. She hadn’t addressed it earlier because she didn’t want to overstep her bounds, but now her curiosity was beginning to get the better of her. “Excuse me! (Y/N)!” She called out to him right before his hand reached the door handle.
The man turned around to face the Huntress, “yeah Glynda, what do you need?”
Glynda choked on the words for a moment, asking herself if she should truly say what she was thinking, but since she already had his attention, she chose to ask the question against her better judgement. “Earlier you said that Nix was one of your Partners, what exactly did you mean by that?”
“Oh that, I am in a romantic relationship with both Nix and Neyah. I would’ve said girlfriend, but I think its more than that, but at the same time marriage sounds a bit off, and mates sounds even worse when I say it aloud, so I settled on partner. Sorry for the confusion.”
Glynda was stunned at his explanation, and when he said that they were in a romantic relationship she felt a sharp pain in her chest, but as she heard that he was romantically involved with her sister as well the only thought that crossed her mind was. “Chance!” She shoveled the thought into the back of her mind for a later date and decided to tease him with her response. “So, you’re dating two beautiful women simultaneously and they just so happen to also be twins.” She then tilted her glasses in a downward angle, looking at him with her light green eyes, and licked her lips seductively, “Naughty Boy.”
As he heard her seductive tone and sexual words, his face naturally formed a slight blush on his cheeks. His mouth gaped and his body froze as he was left stunned by her comment. His reaction made Glynda’s heart skip a beat and create a large grin on her beautiful face. “Ill be seeing you soon Mr. (L/N), don’t keep me waiting too long.” He couldn’t help but gulp slightly at her comment. As he watched her strut down the hallway swaying her hips alluringly with every step.
“I guess Ill be seeing her later then.” He thought as he turned back around and opened the door so both Byakko and he could enter into the Battle Room. As he took a look around, he noticed that the room was similar in size to a large high school gymnasium, with white walls and silver bleachers lining the walls of the battle place. In the center of the room was a large white circular ring made from, what he could tell, the same material as the walls and floors of the Private Training Rooms. In the stands were a good amount of people, all spaced out ready and waiting for the battles to begin. (Y/N) and Byakko took their place among them, sitting in the very center of the eastern stands. “Ugh, finally I can open up the damn System forge and make the shit I’ve been wanting to for the past, 6 hours. Hey Meta, can you bust that forge open for me pretty please?”
[Of course, Partner!]
Mete then opened the forge for (Y/N) so he could finally get some work done. “Now, lets make me a weapon!” His first objective was to create a weapon or some kind, but since he had so much time to think about what weapon to make and how he was going to make it, the decision-making process was simple. The first thing he did was combine and upgrade all the Black Dust variations he had, which resulted in 25 Black Crystalized Dust. This was not a ton, but it was more than enough for him to work with. He then turned 20 of the 25 Crystals into 2 Large Black Crystalized Dusts, and then went back to the forge to put it all together.
The forge was actually very simple, but he could make it as complex and intricate as he wanted it to be. Essentially, all he had to do was give the System any usable materials, pick a weapon type, and then hit forge and the system would do the rest for him. However, he could also determine which parts of the weapon got which materials and he could go deeper into certain aspects of the weapon like the Attribute Entrenchment that he adjusted on Nix’s dagger. For now, he wanted to focus on the basics, so he began with creating the weapon blueprint, adjusting the size of the handle and blade to fit his specifications. After he was finished with the blueprint, all he needed to do was allocate the materials, so he used the Large Crystalized Black Dusts to form the blade and handle of the weapon, with the rest of the Black Dust being used to fill out and enhance the rest of the weapon wherever needed. As he was finalizing the design, he chose to enhance the blade further using the rest of the Dust Crystals he owned. They didn’t add on any special skills or abilities, but they did add additional AP which was satisfactory in his opinion. The Dust crystals he used to enhance the weapon were: 2 Reds, 1 Orange, 2 Yellows, 1 Blue, and 1 Light Blue.
This Weapon will cost 1 AUG to create, would you like to create this Weapon?
Y/N
“Yeah.”
Are you sure?
Y/N
“Yes, I’m sure” he replied to the System.
Congratulations! You have created a Masterpiece!
What would you like to name this Weapon?
“Oh shit, I didn’t think I had to name it. You can just put me on the spot like this, lemme think. Uhhhhhhh, I don’t know. How about… Uhh… Grimm.”
‘Grimm’- An incredible scythe of enormous proportions, built from strong Black Dust this weapon was created to kill. The long blade is sharp enough to cut through thick metal like paper, its sturdy handle will not be broken by anything but its master command. A thirsty and loyal scythe that grows stronger as it devours and will kill any who it deems unworthy of its power, that is Grimm; +10% STR, +10% END, +10% DEX; Innate Ability: *Devourer*; Grants Skill: *Gravity Control* {Lvl: MAX}; Grants Skill *Intimidation* {Lvl: MAX}
*Devourer*- A hunger, a need to feed drives this weapon to grow stronger as it feeds. Killing enemies grants a temporary boost in stats, the more you kill, the stronger you will become.
*Gravity Control* {Lvl: MAX}- Due to the high concentration of Black Dust in Grimm, this weapon allows you to control the gravity around you in a full 3-D space. You can use this skill to pull people closer to you, push them away, bring them to their knees, and fly into the air. Gravity is in your hands; Cost 500mp or 100au
*Intimidation* {Lvl: MAX}- A piercing glare, a shock of killing intent, and stature like death itself is what becomes of you when you activate this skill. Just being around you when it is activated will leave your opponent’s cowering in, and paralyzed with fear; Causes fear to anyone who sees you, more effective on the direct target of the glare; Cost 100mp
“Oh shit, this is more perfect than I’d imagine it being. Now all I have to do is create some equipment that matches that vibe. I’d rather not have to remove anything I have on now, but if I have to, so be it.”
[Meta has a solution for you!]
“Really? Tell me about it then partner.”
[Yessir! It is a System Mechanic that you are already aware of called Appearance! It is the same system that allows you to change what equipment you wear visually! With this Mechanic, you can craft Appearances that will instantly change your outfit to whatever you see fit without changing any of your equipment!]
“That works perfectly, thanks Meta! Let’s just craft us an appearance then shall we.”
[Yeah!]
“Since it’s just an appearance let’s use the most basic material to make something that’ll scare the shit out of anyone that see’s me.” (Y/N) worked in the forge for a moment, crafting multiple different designs for Appearances that he may want to use before he finally settled on one. It cost him no AU currency at all the only thing he had to use that was semi-worth a damn was a single Red Powdered Dust Vial, but even that was worthless in the long run.
The appearance that he created was a primarily red hooded outfit with black accents that worked as a strong base. It looked similar to a mage or an archer’s robe in that it had a long hood that doubled as a scarf and collar. The torso of the apparel was a tightly fit black vest that had intricate red designs across it. Wrapping around its waist was a dark red sash, with a torn cloak beneath it that looked like a half skirt. The pants of the fit were a mix of red and black designs that continued down to its deep black boots. The boots covered with red links, straps, and chains that gave them an earie look. On top of that, the bottoms of them were splotched with red designs that looked like the boots had just stepped in fresh blood. The long sleeves of the outfit were red in color but had a mixture of draping and tightly wrapped black straps on them. The eloquently designed black straps wrapped all the way down to the gloves, wrapping tightly around the space between the thumb and index finger. The gloves of the Appearance were predominantly red with a black palm coloring, and it had sharp looking claws on the ends of each finger. The last piece of the outfit was a sinister half and full Oni mask very similar to the one designed on the back of the calling card he left at the Dust shops except it was primarily black with red accents. The mask had both a full and half form, with the full version having sharp demonic horns sticking out from the top, and the half form turning his eyes a threateningly blood shot red.
“Ok ill call this Appearance, uhhh… The Grimm Reaper since that’s what I’m gonna be using it for anyway. And with this the second to last preparations have finally been made! And since I’m on a roll right now, lets do the last step! Meta, can you convert all my AUB into Lien please”
[As you wish (Y/N)!]
32,486 AUB has been converted into 324,860 Lien!
“Perfect! Now we wait till Saturday, and then we can start the real shit!” As (Y/N) mentally celebrated the advancement of his plans, and creation of his first weapon, he was suddenly broken out of his thoughts when he heard a door being blasted open loudly. The door shot open and slammed harshly against the solid wall, echoing the loud bang throughout the large gymnasium and turning everyone’s attention to the person who caused the mass disturbance.
“DARLING! WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU AT!”

The Yes-Mage
Plenty of people have stopped and asked what it'd be like to simply have everything, and Sylvain Henry Camille Johansson was no different. He was a man who had a lot of things going on, with a name that'd make a supervillain blush and a family who'd make even the useless of their rank into someone important. It was a shame, then, that he was slapped with a dreadfully unfortunate condition that kept him from living up to any of those already low expectations. Stuck living a life where magic is everywhere while he's left working with nothing more than a moderate intellect, a little bit of whatever influence he could get from his family, and a lifetime's practice at making himself the ideal subordinate for his bosses' boss, Vane was still beating the odds and slowly working his way up in the world. When the cunning yes-man finally got a chance to really make a name for himself, he leapt at the offer, taking his first real step onto a road he knew he was always meant to walk. His goal? Nothing less than finding out why he and too many other unfortunate souls are barred from the wonderful world of the higher energies, and with any luck, fixing it. Of course, life has a knack for interfering in even the humblest of plans, and Vane's lofty ideals were anything but humble; he was practically a walking bullseye for disaster. The funny thing about catastrophe, though, is that nobody can ever say what form it's going to take. That’s why, when it all went wrong for Vane, he'd gotten everything he'd ever wanted foisted onto him, and Everything else, too. Watch as a man so used to saying 'yes' to everyone above him finds himself stuck with the power to make reality itself say it back.

Leon, also known as subject0001 is a boy at the age of 19. He is a criminal with powers granted by unknown entities, as is some others. In a world attacked by creatures known as Kreosoans and humans living in "the dome" protected by a organization of soldiers some with powers as well. Leon catches the attention of the leader of the special force and the hatred from plenti of others as he goes on an adventure. Just say everything you find good or bad. Thanks, and hope you like it! P.S. I marked it gore just to be on the safe side, but I wouldn't really call it a gore. (And) I didn't draw the eye on the cover, but i couldn't fine the person who did.

Look at this gorgeous tail!…Did ya see it! It’s like a happy endorphin or something! I love it! Oh…A plot? Yeah, it’s in there somewhere…Maybe my ‘merry’ antics rules over it though, haha! Well, maybe I am biased, or I just love me too much…Am I done? Can I go? I want to play some more……Oh, my past and what happened? Nah, there’s not much to tell, just that there’s…*Whispers that are barely heard”Do you believe it!? I know right, how weird is that!? It’s probably because I’m the bomb, the extreme! That’s right, everyone love me!Uh…You think they want to know about the person I took over? Why? That’s not me…*mutterings* Just tell em to read it then! I’m going!…
