《CARNAGE CARNIVORE - A dragon devouring faeries...-》Offer

Yuri remained perplexed.
The link between his satellite and the unknown one was established and they could see that the earth had reformed, that life had returned and all traces of the cataclysm were erased.
Landing coordinates were sent and photos of the reception structures for the colonists had an explosive effect.
Futuristic concrete structures with a breathtaking view of the west coast,
Structured roads and weather protection provided by the mountain range to the north protecting the region from the cold.
A repaired subway system and luxurious housing for all settler families...
All the comfort dreamed for a human but also for the billionaires.
The temptation was strong. To settle in a comfortable nest to see the future or else a rough pioneer life where everything has to be rebuilt.
The British and American sections were waking up, the decisions would be made later.
Yuri didn't care because he had developed a special weapon: the Dominator, a device capable of imposing his will on any human being that he intended to use when the time came.
He thought for a moment, reactivating the old Russian bases and reviving his country... interesting, except that nothing responded. Nothing but ruins, rust and crumbling concrete awaited him.
The Chinese were the same. plus the aggressive wildlife and new inhabitants... not really an option.
For England, the discomfort of an island... and the same problem.
Russians in America... The comfort and everyone gathered around a Dominator...
Yes, that's the solution, he thought.
Meanwhile, Kate was sleeping peacefully in her underground room with Pixel and her dwarf friends.
To the dwarves, Kate was a truly gentle and kind creature and a true friendship had developed.
To them, too, Kate was like an ambassador who could soften the eventual anger of her husband.
One day, the king of the dwarfs called me and I was given a special box.

I opened it and saw black velvet protecting two golden rings.
"Lord Carnage, as your gracious wife, Lady Kate, has explained to us, it is traditional for you to wear wedding rings and we have taken the initiative to forge new ones for you."
I was all smiles and picked up one of the wedding rings and looked at the beautiful chasing and silversmithing. They were simple but elegant and I thanked the king.
"You have given me a precious gift that I appreciate, your majesty."
And I put on my ring.
Then I went to Kate's rooms and handed her the box.
It was quickly appreciated.
Finally, I had my Kate back as she once was and she no longer asked me to be human again. She had forgotten, her draconic nature slowly taking over.
She had jewels embedded between her scales and after swallowing a few gems and nuggets, she was happily surprised to see them reappear in the form of her colorful, iridescent scales.
It was as if the gems and stones were part of her skin!
After that, there was no question of becoming human again!
She had the strength of a dragon, its magic and resistance.
When she saw that a sword bent against her scales and that she could shrink and change size at will, her new body had many other advantages.
Plus, she would be young forever. No wrinkles, no colds or flu... no more painful periods... That was cool in itself...
To finish convincing her, I cast a spell to make her look human again for a few hours. But she felt so weak and vulnerable that she immediately reverted to her dragon form. As a human, she was frightened, coughing and freezing to death. She immediately stopped the experiment but she saw me in a different light now.

She loved me and was really happy that she was able to return to her original form, even if it was only for a moment.
She was used to her dragoness body and didn't miss her former weak and mortal body. Even in front of the dwarves, she felt so vulnerable and fragile. It was traumatic.
We then spent long, intimate moments with the blessing of our goddess.
Kate began to discover her little by little and fear gave way to admiration and devotion.
But she was not yet ready for the orgy of violence that was about to happen.
Meanwhile, at the elven royal court, King Phileas was meeting with his generals.
One of them arrived last. It was Alter-Magus.
The high elves had put on their best clothes, showing the typical ornaments of their clans.
On the table was a map with an effigy of a wooden dragon to the northwest and an area covered in gray, showing a burned and devastated region and some areas of grassland and various constructions, such as a village and crosses signifying an unknown defense.
To the west, a tower with a comet, showing the probable place of the launch of the carrier rocket.
And also a model representing Mount Doom, the volcano with unknown areas.
Further east, still north, in the volcanic region, a mountain with several dwarfs showing the number and quality of the garrisons, the defended entrance to their underground fortress and the possible paths and known exit points at different points of the mountain.
Then a model of the southern fortress with a constriction and an abnormally high number of garrisons.
One of the generals, having placed his helmet on a ball provided next to his seat, revealed his long white hair and long pointed ears and abnormally long eyebrows, like feathers of some birds, showing his noble lineage.
He put his hand on his chest, asking to speak and the king made a sign with his eyes, immediately perceived by the assembly and the general could speak.
While indicating the characters on the map, he explained:
Malfius: "Yes, analyzing the forces involved, the dragon occupies this area of influence and our spies have noticed a back and forth between the dwarves and the monster.
Some witnesses have pointed out to us that there would be another one. Probably his female. She would often reside in the underground fortress. If our information is correct."
Behind the king's back, a rejuvenated, resurrected figure of a fairy attended the meeting.
She too was slaughtered by Carnage and his accomplices.

But when an object of great and malevolent power promises to make good on all the promises the mages broke to him Mar is thrust into the world of magic. Mar will find that fate had something more than a life confined to the library planned for him after all. Authors Notes: I consider this to be a comming-of-age Sword and Sorcery story based mostly on the style of classic western fantasies. So if that's your thing then I encourage you to take a peek. Something I want to mention though is that the main character starts of pretty wimpy, and that might not be your thing. That being said, if you stick with him he's got a long way to grow. Also, while this version of the story is meant to be fully readable, more dicerning readers may want to wait until I move out of rough draft phase. There may be some inconsistancies with character and plot while I am still in the rough draft phase. I'm sorry for this, but this is my first web novel and from what I've read the best way to get a good novel out is to write write write, and then edit ruthlessly after you're finished with the book, so that's the plan I'm going to follow. Again, this is a rough draft. Everything you are reading is subject to change, including the name, title, and cover photo. This may no longer be the case once I've decided I know where this fiction is going and I have a reasonable understanding of the characters and their behavior. You're reading what comes off my keyboard as it's made, with very limited editing. There will be mistakes in the text. I do a quick spell check to take out the worst of the errors, but there will be some I miss. You can point them out in the comments if they are particularly confusing or glaring and I will try to fix them, however I am not overly concerned about minor errors as this is not the final draft by any means.
