《CARNAGE CARNIVORE - A dragon devouring faeries...-》The first Army

King Phileus and his people were the closest thing to human beings, except that they had wings, for even though they were hobgoblins, they were still fairies .
Blue fairies from the north arrived in a hurry near the walls . Some of them were dying and seriously injured .
The king had the refugees received . It was rare but it happened . Usually it was an accident or a natural event like an earthquake, flood or landslide . They had a medical wing in their castle and the injured were rushed there .
A healer looked at the wounds and took pliers and pulled something out of the bloody holes . The pain was unbelievable and only the booze or fermented juice could lessen the pain a little by getting the unfortunate victim drunk .
Goblin healer: "In all my life, I have never seen such wounds!"
As soon as he touched the tip of the bullet he had just extracted, he felt his magic collapse and his skin burn .
Iron! A cursed object for magical creatures . A weapon as well! insane for the time and very advanced technologically . The king was called by his healer and then by his alchemist . He then went down the maze that led him to the medical wing below the reception areas and the throne room . The principal held out her arm . Her face was pale and the healer looked at the king from behind his patient and shook his head .
Principal: "I am lost? Yes ... I will find Tyrant ... "
Feelings arose and the king took her hand .
"You are not alone in this ordeal . I will find you at the next dew . . " The principal smiled .
"I have been blind ... Times are changing ... Waspi changed and became a monster . It made no sense ... She was lost but what if she had told the truth??"
The king listened to the explanations and the fairy breathed her last and turned into stardust .
Phileas: "Goodbye little fairy ... "
"A monster in my kingdom ... Carnage??? a destroyed forest and a killer fairy and another devoured ... . . The old world? "

He turned to the great alchemist .
"See you after the ceremony of passage ... "
The surviving and injured fairies went to the castle courtyard and a huge pyre was lit . But it was crystals they were burning and like a laser beam, the light rose to the heavens .
"May you Orphea, called the Principal join Tyrant .” The Principal's name was taboo and could only be spoken after they had ascended .
Other fairies were not well ... those who still had a bullet in their bodies . The iron was undermining their organs that had not been torn apart by the impact and the bleeding channel . The healer showed the point to the king .
"It looks like a dart or some kind of magical iron thorn . The magic felt like a thunderclap . But the victims saw that the killer fairy had an iron object and it wasn't eating her hand and she was getting magic from it . "
Phileas: "Then it's a monster!" and if they were telling the truth they are many . She was talking about an army before she killed her comrades . “
One of the counselors remarked : "She killed when they tried to grab her . She must have become a monster by the monster or because she was banished?"
No one could answer . There was a huge hall with stands and one by one the wise fairies, mostly old bearded men and some old women . There were many kinds . Red ones, yellow ones, blue ones and goblins and especially hobgoblins . They all had a more or less human figure but they didn't have fangs and teeth but a friendly and cheerful air like the garden gnomes . It was like a meeting of winged garden gnomes but almost human in size .
The council met and it was decided that the transfer would be exceptional . The chamberlain tapped his stick on the floor to stop all the chatter and gradually the voices fell silent to let the sovereign speak .

"Sages and Elders, this is not the time for rejoicing. On this day, we have lost a precious fairy. She was called back by Tyrant, but it is not the fault of our creator ... Orphea was murdered! And probably Zaya who would have had a horrible, gruesome, horrific death. A being from the depths of time, from before the Creation ... in the name of CARNAGE would have sown death and desolation on our world . Before her crime, the killer would have made a description of a huge being, as big as the sacred tree . Supported by an army of iron golems! Which is impossible given the nature of the magic ...
He would live in the heart of the DOOM mountain, the mountain of the last judgment . He would live lying in the fire and would have spread to the city of the undines . He captured the little Zaya and after having soiled and mutilated her, he devoured her in front of the killer fairy, thus destroying her reason and making her a monster .
The village of the gnomes of the setting sun was also destroyed . And the entire population devoured! eaten! "
At these words, everyone screamed! "This is insane!"
"This is monstrous!"
"How is it possible!"
"But it's not true"
"There are creatures, monsters??? No ... please!"
"Are they coming here?"
The king shook his arms and the chamberlain shouted for everyone to calm down . A counselor approached the king and whispered in his ear ... and he sat up shaking his head, crying at such an atrocity ...
Phileas: "Survivors say they saw Waspi set fire to the village and some saw her drink the blood of her victims . She left with the golems and the monster, taking the fleshy envelopes of her little victims .”
Some people, despite the fact that it was taboo, had tears in their eyes, but so did the king, so he said nothing .
He "loved" Orphea ... There was a great silence ... Some people asked what the monster looked like ...
Phileas told that according to the witnesses it was a mountain of stones or scales with teeth, spikes, horns and huge claws and that everything was made to slice, tear and kill ... A green monster .
A giant bramble!
A counselor spoke, next to the king ... “We have to confirm by ourselves everything that has been reported to us . That is why we will strengthen our system of maintaining order and tradition into a defense force . Our best guards will be armed and we will create an army and a defense force with the mages . As a first step, the city walls will be raised . Higher than the sacred trees . Towers and dungeons will be built in each village and city to protect them from fire . But first, we need to make an expedition to the Volcano to see what is really going on . And if there is such a creature, to know its objectives and intentions . And eliminate it too if we knew its weak point .”
Everyone shouted "Hurray! Long live Phileas! Hurrah Phileas!"
The king smiled and raised both his hands, palm towards the jubilant crowd; his elbows horizontal .
Meanwhile, I was inspecting my network of lava pipes .
"So, Cabal, how are we doing?"
Cabal: "The firebelt is advancing . We are pumping lava under pressure . the magma chambers are filling up! "
I climbed back up from my inspection and scaled down to enter the man-sized rooms . I saw Wasp disassemble and reassemble her gun with her eyes closed as the robot had explained . She turned, angrily, to me .
"Come on, Waspi ... we're going to see a show ... "
After following me down the hallways we arrived in a small room with a large screen on the wall and a series of tiered seats . A projection room ...
