If anything this is this world version of a Nerf or Patch balancing the scales so not everything is absolute in this world there shouldn't be a someone or at least a human that exceeds what his body can handle for reasons if you were to metaphorically turn all Reiki’s stats into water then his body would be a puddle and all of his stats are an ocean having too much may be a good thing but not in this case it could easily kill him for just going over just one measly stat point.
