《INTO THE ARCHAILECT》CHAPTER 35

The yellow zones were a myriad of colors as dungeons were invaded by acolytes and advocates along with hundreds of initiates from everywhere. The monsters in the dungeons had no chance of surviving the onslaught as an assortment of attacks blazed into the different forms of the dungeons, the advocates who were the sect leaders of the clan titan blade engaged the dungeon bosses while the acolytes that were around laid down the suppression attacks while the initiates used their strength in numbers to whittle down the numbers of the monsters.
What was playing out was a sort of cheat against the archailect in its method of fighting monsters, at least for a tier one world. The yellow zones were made up of monsters from level 50 upwards, all the way to 100. With an advocate of the caliber like the sect leaders who were now in the level 80, a boss of the dungeon was nothing but fodder to test their skills with, even if they had to be careful. The arrangement for each dungeon breach was broken into a team of one advocate, twenty to thirty acolytes, and over a hundred initiates.
So far Moyo had watched his sect leaders reach the peak of advocate before informing them to seize killing dungeon bosses and only fatally injure them while letting the acolytes descend on them like a colony of ants. The method had worked wonders, with four or more teams at once working overclock, the number of initiates that entered the realm of acolyte grew from hundreds to thousands, and a hundred or so acolytes finally broke into the realm of an advocate, among them were Perun, who was known as the ice berserker as he was the first to jump into the dungeon behind the advocates, not after Moyo had stared him down with his willpower and the maniac grinned wildly.
More acolytes had arrived with their teams of initiates and fledglings who were seeing massive growths as they sucked the yellow zones dry of any dungeon that appeared, but it felt to Moyo like the more dungeons they cleared, the more the rate of dungeon spawning, like the archailect, had an infinite number of monsters to throw at them. Soon enough the advocates of clan titan blade seized their participation around mid-day as the different advocates who had resorted to creating their sects began to launch their attacks into the dungeons, morale was high even when an advocate lost his life to a level 90 wyrm and Annika had to step in to subdue the dungeon boss before the acolytes belonging to the now defunct sect of the deceased advocate took revenge on the boss.
By the evening, over 50 advocates stood before Moyo, newly minted in their level 75 and above, a few truly entering level 80. Among them was the archbishop of the stronghold Lumino, a banner carrying the name order Lumino showing a yellow orb, and around it in Latin the words “lux Vincit Omnia” were written around the orb, meaning “light overcomes all”. Moyo realized he could be staring at the beginning of a new religion on their planet, seeing as he saw little to no signs of the predominant religion before, and by the looks of things, the order Lumino seemed to be getting an influx of people, judging by the white robes and yellow girdle on the waists of those who stood behind the archbishop.
Order sects with hastily stitched banners from the army that stood before Moyo, to the far left, stronghold sun valley which was now a town as they had gathered enough rare dungeon cores to upgrade stood with a newly minted advocate in their front. William blazed as his golden eyes glowed, along with a sword that shone gold that he had looted from a dungeon boss, behind him stood the soldiers of town sun valley, who held a flag of a sun underneath a mountain, a symbol of their fealty to clan titan blade.

Han of stronghold Raju tightly held his new advocate level strength to his body, Moyo had seen the man evolve from a two-sword style user to a man who conjured flames from his body and sword, something about following the path of the red jade dragon. Behind him stood men in red and black native Chinese clothing despite their mixed colors, acolytes and initiates in all with swords at their hips. Perun, the newly minted advocate on the path of winter’s rage held his banner by himself in his meaty hands, showing a large roaring bear beneath a mountain, he too had sworn fealty to clan titan blade.
On and on from independent warriors who held to alliances to any sects allied with clan titan blade to entire sects stood before Moyo and his sect leaders, his entire sect behind him as they stood rigid, their presence like a solid wall despite staring down an army twice their size. The clan didn’t feel threatened, why should they?, each acolyte of the sects belonging to clan titan blade could take on three or more acolytes by themselves, the advocates had fought crisis monsters of the yellow zone and had gone toe to toe with Moyo himself, they were a power unto themselves.
Moyo withdrew his katana, invoking his mantle as the inscriptions on his body blazed to life and his eyes glowed purple, behind him, barely perceptible to anyone below the rank of an advocate appeared a giant, with dragon scales for armor and a sword that hummed, Moyo’s mantle appeared physically. With the full authority and willpower of the titan infused as one, the entire army felt it and trembled. The acolytes had no idea what the strange pressure that hovered over them was, the initiates glanced around in barely withheld awe and the advocates stood rigid, realizing the mountain they had to climb, a mountain that seemed to grow stronger and taller no matter how many times they tried their best.
“We are the frontlines” Moyo started, his voice grabbing the attention of everyone around him as they stood at the gates of Bastion in the red zone, the monsters of the zone knowing better than to peek out, lest they get annihilated from the number of attacks that would arrive at their doorsteps,
“We are the wall, the very ideal that represents humanity. Soon they would arrive, thinking they would meet a bunch of initiates and fledglings, I say let them come” he whispered as Annika banged her spear in the ground with a thud, the rest of sect storm bringers following, soon the entire clan titan blade continued the beat,
“Let us show them what it means to be human, when they bare their teeth, we break their bones, when they roar at us, we crush their windpipes, when they bring their weapons to bear, we crush them all” he continued as his voice grew louder,
“they took from us! our families! loved ones! they tore our civilization to the ground! but here we are, stronger with the very weapons they turned against us!. Let us send a message to the archailect! tomorrow we prove humanity will not take this insult lying down, will you join me in defending what is ours?!” he roared,
“Titan blade!” the chants roared through the air,
The advocates blazing to full glory with their newly minted powers, sects, and warriors in all roaring and stomping their feet in anticipation of the incoming battle, humanity was prepared.

In stronghold Brahma, Ira, the acolyte on the path of the spear of kali, removed her flesh mask, a disgusting construct that changed her identity as well as hid her level. She shook free of it as her newly minted advocate core blazed to life, her generals kneeling in front of her as she gathered the rare dungeon cores she had gathered and upgraded Brahma to a kingdom, glowing green light suffusing the entire stronghold as it upgraded,

“Hail lady Ira!” the generals said, all of them newly minted acolytes,
“Gather our forces, lock down Brahma, we wait for the incursion” she ordered,
The generals bowed lower before standing and leaving. Ira stood up, stretching as the destruction mana flowed through her body, smiling as she took off her entire clothes, standing stark naked in the room, she brought up her communication array, kneeling in subservience as she used a blade to stab her hand, it took considerable energy to do so. Her violet-tinged blood flowed as she willed it to, drawing strange symbols that glowed on the ground, the communication construct fizzled,
Error, advocate Ira is attempting to contact…...b…. b…...
immediately it went blank, smoke pouring out of it as the construct was destroyed, and from the smoke appeared a figure. A feminine shape with six hands and three heads, red orbs for eyes, and a mouth that looked to be made of sharp canine teeth,
“Servant,” the woman said in a sensual voice that drove both terror and excitement through the body of Ira, her nether regions responding sensually,
“Mistress, it is as you foresaw, the titan blade has prepared the world for an invasion, tomorrow the citizens of the archailect and sects shall descend” Ira whispered as she shivered, feeling the smoke caress her body and violate her by entering into her by ever hole conceivable in her body,
“Indeed, and you have played your role well my servant when the forces of the archailect descend tomorrow, an advocate belonging to the school or sect as you know it of the crimson rose will arrive. You know what to do with this” the smoky figure said as it gave her a dark crystal,
“of course, my lady v- “was all Ira could say as the entity slammed her into the walls of her throne room, crushing the newly made throne of gems and jade,
“Fool!, do you want to call down the brigade on our heads? you very nearly doomed your world!” the entity screeched as a bloody Ira crawled back to her knees,
“Forgive me exalted one!” she whimpered,
“Do not fail me, Ira...” the entity said before vanishing in the smoke,
Already her advocate ranked resilience was already healing her up, Ira glanced at the crystal in her hand, unable to sense anything from it except pure darkness. She tied it around her neck, a smile on her face,
“Tomorrow titan blade” she whispered as the blood dried up and faded away to show her smooth skin,

Just outside the window of the throne room in stronghold Brahma, silver and brown spider stood motionless, perfectly blending into the walls of the castle that served as the palace of the new kingdom. It had witnessed all that transpired, with a deft jump it sailed through the air, landing on the back of an old man who hobbled away, his face wrinkled. As soon as the man got to a secluded corner among the teeming streets of Brahma that displayed an assortment of spices and food, mist flowed around his body as the spider landed on his hand.
Revealing the old man to be a hand of the sect of Anansi, the man in a mask crushed the spider to dust, watching as its residue floated away towards the direction of Bastion itself, and with another swirl of mist, the old man was back, holding an empty bowl as he begged for alms.
(*)
Mrs. Martha watched the video of the spider that had reformed on her hand, frowning as she saw what had played out. She was a woman who loved to know what all the pieces on the chessboard were doing, especially if it seemed to pertain to Bastion itself. Ira had once been a knight on her chessboard, but it seemed like she was in fact a pawn, a means to an end for an entity not even of this world, an entity was it seemed was playing the game as a whole and not as one of the pieces on the board.
Whatever plans the entity had planned, it was in direct violation of the dragon brigade, and from its tone, it seemed somewhat terrified of them, everyone was in actuality, but this sounded far worse. Turning as she began walking back towards the stronghold trellis, with its red brick walls and mosaic on its surface, the lands that were in the yellow zone and belonged to the sect of hands of Anansi were primarily made up of farmers and craftsmen, little to no presence of any armed groups were allowed, it was a peaceful sector. She stepped into her communications room as a series of strings weaved from raw aether ran along the room in a web-like manner.
Settling on the ground, she closed her eyes and delved deep into the concept that belonged to her path, most advocates considered her the weak link in clan titan blade, the sect leader who doesn’t fight, mostly baffled at how she became an advocate. She smiled at the thought as she opened her eyes and an image of a spider floated behind her, the concept of Anansi blaring to life,
“reveal” she muttered,
Immediately her eyes became filled with different possible futures, Mrs. Martha, sect leader of the hand of Anansi had unlocked the authority and concept of Anansi, the concept of sight. It was her trump card she kept hidden, her acolytes and sect members are sworn to secrecy, not even Moyo or the other sect leaders knew of the power, and for good reason.
Dragging her thoughts away from that path, she delved deeper into the possibilities. She could only see a few hours or at most a day into the future and all the possibilities she saw left her with dread, there was nothing to see. Everything was dark and blank like their very existence had been wiped out. Sweating as she broke out of the trance, she snapped her hand, the first hand appearing at her side,
“Take this message to each of the sect leaders, individually and when they’re alone” she ordered,
The first hand nodded and disappeared in a mist, bringing out her communication construct that provided more privacy rather than calling through her HUD, she contacted Moyo. The image of the tian appeared as he meditated, he opened his purple eyes that still sent shivers down her skin at her,
“Problem?” he asked,
“Indeed, we need to talk” she replied,

Outside the milky way galaxy, spatial ships belonging to different sects and clans of the ten rulers who had initial rights over the galaxy waited, their engines humming with the miniature stars that powered them, and banners were floating atop them. Space twisted as Atreus stepped out of the rip, arms folded to stand before them all, eyes roaming all over the assembled forces, from the ten spatial ships came ten advocates in all, floating forwards the overseer of the galaxy.
As they approached, Atreus took his time to look over them all, a smile trying to form on his lips but years of training had schooled his features into a blank mask. With a tight burst of intent, he scanned the ships for any weapons, items, of beings higher than the rank of advocate while the advocates in his front bowed at the waist to him,
“I’m sure you all know the rules, as long as you all maintain your presence on that tier one world, without introducing technology above the advocate rank for a year starting from now, there will be no repercussions,” Atreus said, his eyes landing on a bald man in a red attire that glowed with the power of fire, the advocate of the crimson rose winced under the glare of the master brigade overseer.
With a wave, Atreus opened a spatial hole into the galaxy proper,
“You may begin,” he said,
The advocates flared their powers as their ships blasted forward while doing their best to avoid touching the brigade commander, as they went through Atreus opened a rip and stepped through, appearing back in the hub. Q the A. I running the hub welcomed him back, Atreus sat on his cushion, crossing his legs as a large screen appeared in his front showing the ships hovering above the planet as a clock counted down the minutes, smiling fully now he crooned,
“let’s see what the boy can do,” he said gleefully,
(*)
Moyo stared up at the sky, his core shrouded to the level of an advocate, along with his level, sitting at a meager 75, his gaze was turned up to the sky as a large timer counted down the minutes to the opening of his world to the greater archailect. All over Asa the strongholds and sects stood in silence, at the newly upgraded city of titans’ storm, thunder raged in the skies as Annika hid among the clouds waiting in silence, below her stood an army of acolytes and initiates.
(*)
Idris sat on the silver crystal walls of the titans’ citadel, glancing at the sky above with resolution, Josh stood with the acolytes of the acolyte sentinel army and initiates in silence.
(*)
The city of trellis, newly upgraded was a ghost city, no signs of life were obvious to the naked eyes, but all around the city bits and pieces of buildings shimmered like a mirage….
(*)
The city of Solaris blazed like the sun, its sect of dawn archers also staring up to the sky, their sect leader sitting on their banner above their capital, her eyes blazing with barely withheld fury.
(*)
The city of titans’ forge saw giant machines come to life, golems made of mithril and iron stood in silence, atop the machines sat acolytes of the hammer of Ogun, Boyle, the sect leader stood on a floating platform, at his side stood a silent Maya as they watched on.
(*)
The various independent sects and ascenders stood at one stronghold or another, all over the planet people scrambled in anticipation of what was to come.
(*)
A loud gong reverberated around the planet as the notification became visible
Global notice:
Congratulations!, planet C-102 has been fully integrated into the archailect!
Zones are now stabilized Monsters of different levels except levels 150 and above can now spawn in uninhabited locations Inter-planet transportation for advocates and below are now possible Aether has been increased on planet C-102
Good luck!
The skies above opened up as giant ships entered the planet, ten in total. From those ships came ten advocate rank perceptions that blazed to life, then the ships opened up and acolytes along with initiates of the different sects and clans poured out like rain. Over at Bastion, Moyo raised on hand to the sky, gathering his shrouded advocate rank power and blasting it to the sky, immediately ten perceptions landed on him at once, like insects crawling on his skin, and he shook them off as he felt them lock unto him were approaching at an astonishing speed.
He spoke into his communication construct,
“now” he muttered,
All over Asa, acolytes released their powers, flooding the continent with so much acolyte-level strength that the incoming advocates paused in shock, Moyo grinned,
“Step 2,” he said into the constructs,
(*)
The advocate of the crimson rose, Taal, paused in the air as he heard a voice whispering to him. Shaking off the power that irritated him, he glanced around, his perception scanning the area. He noticed a figure shimmer to life in his front, a blue-skinned woman with a spear that gave off the impression of destruction, also she was an acolyte. Taal had grown up under the tutelage of the crimson sun family, the clan from which the master of their sect had originated, labelled a genius he had been chosen to lead the expedition into the new galaxy as a sign of coming of age.
Floating above the woman, the brown-skinned humanoid advocate who had fire licking his fingers glared down at the woman,
“Speak acolyte, how is such a rank possible on a tier one world? are you a product of the earlier attempt?” Taal asked,
The woman knelt as she produced a crystal,
“Honored advocate, I am but a beneficiary of your divine interference, I bring grave news and a solution,” the woman said,
Taal always had one weakness, his ego, and it was being massively exploited by this inferior creature, it was not like the creature knew any better. He descended and although he was loathed to do it, he used one finger to raise her head, staring at her with eyes that reflected satisfaction but was disdain,
“Speak faithful servant, and see yourself be rewarded, who are you?” he asked,
“Ira, honored advocate,” the woman said with a smile

Protagonist: The Whims of Gods
Book one now also on Amazon! After quitting her job as a therapist and grabbing some work at a dog shelter, Tess's life became pretty slow. A tad boring, even.
