Piscodia was a small, idyllic village at the boundary of the unknown.

Its citizens knew no hunger or night, their farms were full of juicy fruits and vegetables. The air was cool and fresh, and sickness or injuries would heal at an instant due to magical strands of golden dust that filled the air.

Elders spent their entire day in front of homes, watching their grandchildren who merrily played their games.

What If I told you, it would take just one day for that dream to turn into a nightmare?

That's what happened at Piscodia.

It was the boundary of the unknown, after all. Nobody could predict what strange phenomena occur here.

One day, the sun set. Piscodian people didn't know of dusk or night. They were scared.

Everybody took their kids and hid in their homes, those who didn't do it in time would witness horrific scenery.

At first, a loud rattling stampede could be heard from afar. Adults looked from behind their barred windows, noticing a large cloud of dust.

Then they came, the horses, as black as the darkest night, with their ugly yellow eyes that had no irises or pupils.

There was a group of kids who played hide and seek, their parents were still on farms and nobody noticed that they were in danger, until one appeared next to the well.

One of the horses stopped in front of a kid, who was frozen in fear. The horse spread its mouth wide and engulfed the boy's torso, then swallowed him whole.

Seeing this, the men rushed out of homes with pitchforks and tried to attack the monster, but other horses spitted out a spiderweb at them. The men could not move and soon their entire bodies were paralyzed from a purple poison that dripped down the webs.

The horse came closer and devoured one of the men whole. The beast's belly grown bigger and one could see how its victim still struggles inside it, but could not make it out.

"Please, give me my husband back!" - A woman ran outside, lamenting.

The horse looked at her and breathed heavily.

It wasn't hungry, but its brothers still were...
