An alien ambassador rode in the back of a chauffeured car. A woman screamed outside while a thief ran away with her purse. The ambassador pulled out an electronic device and vaporized the thief.
The driver watched with his mouth agape.
"As we promised earlier ..." The ambassador smiled. "Your world will no longer have crime."
