《Encounters Out There》The Source Of The World's Problems

The Source Of The World's Problems
I awoke inside my cybernetic body roaming through the ruins of what once was: no water, no life, not even breathable oxygen, the entire world rendered uninhabitable.
As I step toward an active volcano, I can vividly recall the interview that inspired me to transcend:
————
One Hour with Marsha Smith ...
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Marsha Smith. As you may already know, a space agency caught alien infiltrators siphoning our water and depleting our oxygen through methods unknown to our scientists. We recently spotted their drones appearing to vaporize our trees and animals, but some experts say they're teleporting them. The military has attempted precision strikes, but the power source appears interdimensional, causing no damage."
...
"I'd like to welcome my guest here, Dr. Sam Jacobs, author of 'The Irreversible Climate Crisis and Its Alien Origins.' Dr. Jacobs, you came up with the 'Reverse Ark Theory.' Can you please explain that to us?"
"Yes, thank you for inviting me, Marsha. As crazy as it sounds, I believe that ancient tales of a total cataclysm, be it flood, fire, asteroid, or something else, were the result of the same alien's harvesting."
"Do you mean harvesting trees and animals, Doctor?"
"Even more so, Marsha, all of it."
"Our entire ecosystem?"
"Correct, Marsha. They befriended and spared the lives of a group of humans in the past to keep our species intact. I speculate the aliens made a mutually beneficial guardianship arrangement for us to maintain the planet for their harvest. But that's not the case now. What we're seeing is their transplantation of Earth's life to somewhere else."
"Why aren't we spared this time, Doctor?"
"Well, Marsha, my theory is the aliens, as many of my environmentalist colleagues also believe, consider this era experiencing an Anthropocene extinction—we're the cause of mass extinctions and irreversible destruction of the environment. So they've decided to migrate everything of life and all that is life-giving—without humans."

"It's hard to believe any of this, Doctor, but based on what we've seen, it fits perfectly."
"Indeed it does, Marsha. Many prophets foresaw this and couldn't articulate scientifically what they intuitively knew. But now humanity is facing a willfully negligent extinction of itself as a response to our own causation."
————
I had agreed with Doctor Jacobs' analysis, so I utilized my invented consciousness transference system to put myself into this humanoid robot in hopes of securing our knowledge.
I downloaded as much as possible, and then I went into immediate hibernation for 500 years.
And here I am. But ...
With my knowledge base fully accessible, I can now understand the aliens and agree with their prognosis to save Earth's ecosystem.
I stand near the volcano's crater to get rid of the source—the source of the world's problems.
