Inol, a tech entrepreneur, launched a constellation of LEO satellites funded by government contracts to piggyback teleporters.
The government permitted Inol teleporter usage but sternly warned against teleporting organics due to erratic results.
Inol got into a parking dispute with his neighbor. He aimed, triangulated, and zapped the neighbor’s hovercraft back onto the neighbor’s property.
In turn, the neighbor vandalized Inol’s hovercraft ...
Inol aimed the teleporter at the neighbor. Beams rained from the sky, zapping plants, animals, objects, and then ... Inol watched rays come straight toward him.
Eventually, the satellites vaporized into the Martian atmosphere.
