... somehow I have lost my previously edited cuts of the last few chapters of the books... so I am going to have to spend the next few days to 're'edit them. and when I get them all done I will release them in bulk... this has not been my week.

In addition, I thought I would give you all a little preview of something from the next book.

David stepped through the teleportation gate before it flickered and died due to the loss of the rest of its charge. He found the buildings around him burning. In front of him is the bodies of a hundred of the dragonkin warriors in charge of this trading outpost. He could clearly tell they were swiftly executed.

Outside the wooden gates, David found an army of dragonkin in front of him. These were not the Silverwind clan people. But clearly, they were there for one of them. The one to defy them. The one that escaped them.

As David scanned the force of over ten thousand in front of him, his attention soon went to the five figures behind the army. Four full-blooded dragons and the one they call the ancient one. The one that David has a vendetta with.

" {Armory of the lost world: Phoenix Cry}."

David stopped and took a deep breath as his soulbound M-134 materialized in his hands once more. He had thought his days of killing things were behind him, except the occasional animal, but today is a day of blood.

As the barrels began to spin and the screech of the phoenix was heard across the entire battlefield, David's mind drifted to an earlier time. A happier time.

He remembered a day he was escorted to the inner nursery of the dragonkin. Where Azanii watched over three little lizards, except these lizards looked a lot like her, except instead of the crimson red or metallic silvers of her clan's usual colors. Two of them shared the color that matched David's blue eyes and the third was a dull gold.

" Azanii, Abbigail, Evelin I am so sorry I was not here to protect you. Today, today I am not the dreadnaught, nor the leader of the free wardens. Today, I am a grieving father with a really big gun."
