《Alexander Creed: Re-Life》Chapter 185: The Anti-Creed Alliance

The comic book industry that was plagued with the messy lawsuit publicities had somehow settled in on itself and shiftingly boiled with a different fervor.
The messy publications just happen to have been overshadowed by a new comic book hubbub or even disgustingly scorned as something deplorable.
Of course, it wasn't because Creed Comics won out against the incessant and annoying cases. Even the lawsuit filers still hasn't won either.
In fact, the legal process hasn't truly begun yet and it was just the annoying media publications that made it seem like a heated court battle already.
In any case, a heated court battle did happen and the comic book industry boiled from the ramifications of it.
Ace Attorney was released under the currently scandalous Creed brand and followed the same glory as its Creed story predecessors.
It is sought-after with its appealing and refreshing concept with high-quality art and storytelling to go with it. This was mostly the basic formula that comic titles under Creed Comics had but Ace Attorney had that and more.
Of course, every other Creed Comic title had the "more factor" to each of them. It is what makes them distinct and garnered quite a growing following after all.
The sales were steadily higher than usual as 'Ace Attorney' is also the title that may have pushed the print limit to a whopping 400,000 copies.
In any case, that is a celebratory milestone for Creed but it wasn't the most impressive about the entire Ace Attorney ordeal.
Ace Attorney's debut and effect were quite impactful as it had practically given a brighter but enlightening light to the scary problem that is currently prevalent in the comic book industry... the Creed lawsuits plagiarism, infringement, and all that.
It stood out as its legal and law premise coincidingly mirrors the prevalent comic book industry of recent weeks.
Of course, it didn't just stop as a parallel and mirror but also something that shifted the tides to everything.

Creed Comics was not in the hapless corner anymore as the spotlight was now on the aggressive companies and groups of people that are accusing them of everything that they could be accused of.
------
DC Comics, Marvel, IPC Media, Charlton, Archie, Mirage, Hasbro, and a handpicked foursome of film screenwriters were now seen as the antagonists and bearing the pressures that came with it.
They were now in the position that Creed Comics had previously been on and they were still reeling from it.
They say that comic books are somewhat influential but isn't this too much! Alexander Creed had become way too bugged that just by publishing a new comic title, all the momentum they've built up against him was gone.
It was crazy how the Creed-destroying momentum was the one destroyed instead. Maybe it was better put in a way where Creed Comics stole that momentum and returned it to the sender.
When they heard about Creed Comics publishing an attorney-titled comic book, they considered it to be just a futile attempt of a loser trying to profit from a crisis he is about to be crushed by.
It turns out that the loser was no loser at all. Creed Comics were counting profits as the days pass while they were ones in the center of the entire crisis.
Who would've thought that 4 solid issues of a comic book had reversed the supposed flow of things? Maybe it was only Alexander Creed himself and it made Ace Attorney and such a creator all the more terrifying and frighteningly strategic!
For the considerable masterminds of the entire ordeal, it was quite embarrassing to be afflicted by the very thing they have masterminded.
Anyways, the embarrassment can be set aside as a low priority as they have much greater problems to deal with.
For a collective front who wanted to use the lawsuits and antagonistic strategy to take down Creed Comics, they know full well what the end result of it was... and it was not any good.

Although it still wasn't clear yet as Ace Attorney is still in its first week, there were clear reports from market correspondents that everything was not looking good.
Their companies and reputations are now at stake and they had to do something about it or else.
------
Of course, they weren't idlers and were quick to try employing whatever they can to shift the perception of people once again.
It was too bad that they weren't Alexander Creed. They can't just strategically come up with a comic book that would fit their current predicament from nowhere.
Well, the lot of them can... they were mostly comprised of comic book publishers after all. However, publishing a comic book about a plagiarism case that points them in a good light is just asking to increase their trouble.
They had claimed that Creed Comics is a copycat yet they would be the ones thinking of publishing a copycat comic book.
The scent of hypocrisy and duplicity can be sniffed out by the justice-driven comic book market from a mile away.
No matter the case, the united front was left with very limited options.
DC was beaten for the nth time. They have been the most experienced in dealing with Creed Comics but they also realize that their experience seems to be all about their defeats.
Marvel was stuck. They were clearly not within Creed Comics' retaliation or attention radar but they just had to stick their noses in something they shouldn't have. Why did the main antagonist have to be Marvella Surprise?
Somewhat echoing Marvel's plight, Charlton, IPC Media, and Archie felt like they've joined a bandwagon that they shouldn't have. The Big Two's vendetta with Creed was an opportunity but their small publications were now considering whether Creed Comics should be the "Bigger One".
Although Hasbro's prospects in the child-catered toy market wouldn't be inflicted much, it would still be a growing problem if the status quo remains as is.
Mirage Studios' two-man operators were just indignant through and through while the foursome of screenwriters was now pondering their Hollywood prospects from newly-negative attention.
----
Eventually, they realized something.
Although they were a "united front", their respective actions and movements were very much isolated and individualistic to their respective companies and causes. They just coordinated some bits and pieces through telephones and mails.
Since their "united front" was not very much effective in dealing with the big crisis that was reverse-ly loomed over them, why not be an even "united-er front"?!
Before, they each had their respective meetings and plannings that were limited to their respective representations and just cooperated with other groups in simpler terms.
Now, they had to loosen their limitations and make it inclusive to all their Creed-vendetta-d parties. They were all locked in at the Creed-targeting cause already and they just had to see it through together.
Since they found it hard to deal with the crisis on their respective lonesome, perhaps their "united-er" coalition could work out.
They were set to pool their minds and resources, so that the trouble that they technically started would be solved and hopefully turn back to the right Creed-targeting trajectory that it should have taken.
There was no need to credit the proposer of the idea as they just wanted to get over with it. In any case, it was a momentous decision for many of them and they did take some effort to name it.
For some of the members who owned the X-men and the Avengers, the Justice League, and the G.I. Joes, a designation was quite the eventuality.
With all their thoughts and goals aligned, the Anti-Creed Alliance was inadvertently formed!

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
