'This is the fifth day since I arrived at the knight order.'
'Initially, I thought it would be a test where I would shed sweat and tears. It wasn't.'
'The tests given by the knight in charge tripled. It seems that, in the first 4 days, the tests that were most likely to give the warrior class were carried out, with Stella being the only one who achieved it.'
'In the afternoon, we went back to training with our opponent. Unexpectedly, Yair did not bring an assistant, although he did bring steel underpants… They also had an empty slot, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.'
'***'
'The next day.'
'Now I'm worried. In the first test of the day, 2 nobles and 8 commoners got the warrior class. In the second one, a nobleman and 7 commoners. In the third, 5 nobles and 21 commoners.'
'A total of 8 nobles and 36 commoners obtained the [Warrior] class.'
'In the afternoon, I took it out on Yair. So, my worries lightened a bit.'
'"Pss Pss"'
'"Hmm?"'
'As I was going to my room, someone beckoned me to come over. The closer I got to the person, the further away he or she went. He or she seemed to be guiding me towards a secluded place. Since the map marked the person in blue, I didn't worry. If it was an enemy, it would be marked in red after all.'
'"Emir, how have you been?"'
'Unexpectedly, it's Stella. It is true that we spoke on the first day of the knight test, but I don't think it was enough for her to take me to a dark place, and try to take advantage of me… There is no other way, I will have to undress.'
'"I know the knights have been mean to you, which is why I got some help delivering this to you"'
'Hey? Aren't you trying to take advantage of me? What a pity.'
'I looked where she pointed and then… Tears fell from my eyes.'
'A 3m high barrel filled with hot water, small pots on the side, and also some soaps. The flies following me trembled in fear.'
'I see… after taking a bath, she will take advantage of me… There is no other way, I will have to take a bath.'

'Without a second thought, I took off my high-class clothes which no longer look high-class and headed to the makeshift bathroom.'
'"W-What are you doing?!! Don't get naked in front of me!"'
'Emir: "…"'
'6 days ago, would I have done this? No, absolutely no.'
'The knight test is really effective, only fools come for the warrior class.'
'"Don't worry, I'll burn the clothes later"'
'"I did not mean that!"'
'Ignoring her cries, I took a pot and filled it with water. After getting wet, I cleaned myself with the soap and then, another pot to rinse myself.'
'Well, it's time to get into the barrel-tub.'
'"Hey! What are you doing? That water is for everyone!" Originally, Stella planned to leave, but when she saw my action she immediately came back.'
'"Tsk Tsk Tsk" I clicked my tongue at the same time that I shook my index finger.'
'"There is a very important flaw in your plan. When Yair started bothering me, none of the commoners gave me a hand. Okay, at least they could have talked to me when no one was around, so the bullying wouldn't spread to them... But they didn't. Do you really expect me to share it with them now that I've found a treasure?!"
'"You! You're selfish!!"'
'Hmph, from the beginning I knew I couldn't be with a woman like her, so I might as well keep my honor as a man until the end.'
'Without hesitation, I entered the barrel.'
'"Haa. This feels great. Haa"'
'"Selfish! It is true that Yair has bothered you, but you have been able to defend yourself. The others constantly suffer humiliation. They treat them like slaves and also, every second that passes they shout 'commoner' in their faces! They have never been called by their name!"'
'You're right about that, only when they handed us the keys to the room did they call us by name. After that, I've only heard 'commoner' here and there.'
'"There's a reason for that, since you were the first to get the [Warrior] class, you must be smart enough to figure it out right?"'
'Stella: "!!!"'
'Stella was taken aback by my words, then, almost instantly, found the answer.'
'"Since there is too much discrimination in the order, they treat them badly from the beginning so they will withdraw if they can't take it."'
'Yes. Currently they have nothing to lose, so they won't hesitate to take their things and leave, but what will happen when they get some achievements? They will just stay there enduring the mistreatment because they don't want to lose their hard-earned achievements'

'Many will have already come to that answer. Maybe Stella didn't think about it because, for her, this test was very funny after all… She was the one who always laughed when Yair bothered me!'
'Although, thinking about it more, it seemed that I was the one bothering Yair…'
'It must be my imagination.'
'"There are high officials in the order who come from humble origins and, all of them, suddenly made a name for themselves overnight... But they actually put together achievements, without attracting attention and, then, publicized them once they had enough. That way the nobles couldn't touch them!" Stella said excitedly.'
'If they had drawn attention earlier, the nobles would notice them and nip them in the bud before they grew too large.'
'"Then helping them is wrong…"'
'"That's right, that's why I sacrificed myself and entered the barrel"'
'"Liar! You just didn't want to share water!"'
'I do not deny it.'
'"Haa... The way things are with the Drial Cenit kingdom, they'll be able to get a lot of achievements unnoticed. I'll help them in the worst-case scenario."'
'"Did something happen related to the Drial Cenit kingdom?"'
'"Didn't you know? Currently, there is friction between the Castemira kingdom and the Drial Cenit kingdom. The center of the discussion is the Lucia River. It passes through both kingdoms and both want to make it theirs, that is why they have increased the taxes on the products of the kingdom. On the contrary, some products have gone up a lot in price and others have gone down too much"'
'That's all? Haha, you scared me. If it is because of the Lucia river then war is impossible. It is a river with a great flow, but not enough to go to war.'
'But this information is valuable, if I find out which products have gone down a lot in price, then I'll save a lot of money.'
'"Well, then I say goodbye"'
'"Goodnight"'
'Seeing her back, I controlled my user interface and opened the map. I marked the blue dot in front of me and named it [Stella Damore]. As the marker moved away so did it with her.'
'Once she was gone, I looked up at the starry sky and sighed.'
'Unexpectedly, I had a wide-open conversation with a beautiful woman while I was bathing naked... Since when did I become so fierce?'
'***'
'Seventh and last day of the knight test.'
'I carried out the knight's three instructions to the letter. Although a certain person who should be neutered by now bothered me, I still did them from start to finish without fail.'
'"Thank you to all the participants for having given this knight test. Being a knight is not only the class but a thought. I hope that those who did not manage to obtain the warrior class will be willing to attend next term to give the try again. With this... I end the knight test "'
'I gave my all to make this a success and then…'
'Why did Yair get the [Warrior] class and I didn't?'
'"Hahaha Come commoner! Knight Yair will show you the difference between a [None] class and a [Warrior]!"'
'"Good for me!"'
'I raised the club.'
'Didn't you hear me? Do you really think your sheathed sword will suffice?'
'"Talk with your sword"'
'"You will see…"'
'Emir: "…"'
'The aura he shows right now is very different from the usual Yair. His eyes radiate a thick thirst for blood, and he has greater confidence in his sword, as a true warrior who has survived countless battles.'
'He just took a single step and the ground sank under his footstep the next second he jumped in my direction.'
'Has he gotten faster?'
'With that fleeting thought, I blocked his sword horizontally. An action I have done for 7 days in a row, whose action and consequence I know by heart.'
'Or at least… It was.'
'Emir: "!!!"'
'The force behind his sword was such that I took a step back before I even balanced.'
'What's going on here?'
'Seeing this, Yair smiled, then he made a movement that I had never seen before. He raised his sword. Anyone would think he was planning to perform a vertical line attack but the next moment the sword, mysteriously, moved a few centimeters attacking diagonally.'
'In just a fraction of a second, he changed his attack!'
'Can a class change make such drastic changes to a person?'

Trickster’s Song [A LitRPG Portal Fantasy]
After a drunken college ritual goes very wrong (or very right), Robin wakes up, naked, in a world of dark priests, angry kobolds, and Lost Gods. The priest wants to crush his will. The kobolds want to catch and eat him. The Lost God, well, it's not yet clear exactly what he wants. None of them care what Robin wants. Robin would like to explore this new world without all the messy complications, thanks. He finally has a bit of real magic at his fingertips, but the monsters on every side won't let him relax long enough to enjoy it! The only tools he has to survive are his wits, the strange messages that keep flashing before his eyes, and a newly-discovered talent for illusions. It’s nothing game-breaking…or is it? *** *** *** This fiction features a bi male protagonist (think Kinsey 5 level). Robin will progress through various levels of power at a steady pace. Progression will be at a moderate pace. The rise to power is far from meteoric. Trickster's Song will update on Mondays and Thursdays each week. Expect Updates to usually post between 16.30 and 17.00 GMT (London Time) If you would like to help increase the posting rate to 3, 4, or even 5 times per week for everyone, or if you'd like to read ahead on your own, check out our Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/tomobedlam

Dreamer/Leveler
Zachary Trenner is a freshman at Burlington High School. Despite his mundane appearance and advanced course curriculum, something strange is happening to him. Every time he goes to sleep he switches worlds. Portals are popping up everywhere, allowing access between Earth and the world of Vera. Now he must spend every waking and sleeping moment getting stronger to fight off the [Instance Dungeons] opening on both Vera, and Earth. Prepare for an RPG fiction full of magic, action, a touch of romance, and the author's own dry humor. When the modern technology of Earth meets the medieval magic of Vera, which culture will invade the other world first? When the army rangers of the United States collide with the members of the Hunter's Guild, who will win? Updates on Wednesdays/Thursdays Cover is my own creation. Tips to reading: This is my first book, so cliches and tropes are used as the base and then expanded upon. My intention is to make it a casual read but deep if you decide to look closer. I'm not a people person, so my focus and purpose for writing this is to explore the world building and magic system, not necessarily the characters. There won't be a villian until the postgame ;) Author's philosophy: I took an professional personality inventory (through a community college back in 2018) and was categorized as a "double-checker." I'm never satisfied with the work that I complete, and never want to share it with anyone. But this book is a challenge to myself! As a rule of thumb, I will only add to the story. I can't remove elements I've already included (unless absolutely, absolutely necessary). PS, I'm a native English speaker.

Apocalypse Simulator
Axed. Moratulis: a vrmmo game that promised a life just like modern times but with the promise of fantasy adventures and magic. Except after getting into the game they found out what it actually is: a simulator of the future. The objective is simple: take out the demon king, logout, and do it again. Problem is that the game feels like it's on hardcore mode. But here's the thing: if you survive to the end, you can take to the real world all of your in-game possessions. This means your looks, money, power, and items. Keyword there: survive. And so the MC is a guy that made it to the final battle. He has seen so much shit and does not have the best view of humanity at this point. And then his teammates betray him. Cliche, right? At least he messed them up real good. But he came back a month before the game began. This is his tale. Sooo what is the point of this story? Well I kinda just wanted to write a story about scumbags and them dying in horrible ways because yes I have a twisted sense of humor like that.

Apostasy - The Lost History of Goge Vandire (A Warhammer 40,000 fan fiction)
DISCLAIMER: The characters in this story are inspired by the background of the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property that belongs to Games Workshop Ltd. This is fan fiction, and no challenge to their ownership rights is intended. Goge Vandire is a name written in to the annals of Imperial history in blood. Often literally. No single mortal has commanded authority on the scale at which he exercised it at his height. His name is as synonymous with unspeakable evil as that of the Warmaster, Horus himself. And yet he was just a man. Where did such a man come from? What drove him to the steps he took to secure power to himself and, once he had it, how did he come to misuse it so grievously? I have scoured the records - many of them once thought lost or placed under the unbreakable seal of the Inquisition - to uncover his forgotten story, piecing together his childhood, his apprenticeship, his rise to power and his descent into madness and death. It is not the story you might expect...

Anathema
The Prince used to dance — until he discovered the strings moving his legs. The Rebel used to hope — until reality slammed a door in her face. The Spy used to live for nothing but money — until he found himself a family. And the Slave craved freedom more than air — until a small hand reached to her for help. Eskela has known conflict for centuries. War had been engrained into the very soil of every one of the eight kingdoms, and blood has been smeared over history to paint a lie. When young prince Aldric, heir to the Aguki throne, learns his position is nothing but a farce, his world crumbles down around him. As he tries desperately to find power in a world determined to rob him of it, his cousin Rhiann plots to find freedom through more extreme and destructive means. Conflict does not reside in Cinthra alone, though. Erden, newly hired spymaster for the crown prince of Promnir, is tasked with keeping an eye on the kingdom’s council. The job that was supposed to just be about money quickly spirals into a fierce loyalty, one that leads him to the front lines in order to desperately prevent another war from beginning. Azala, a slave bought by the royal family of Azmosir, finds her loyalty is not nearly as solidified as that of Erden’s. But while the prince she serves plots to steal that which does not belong to him and the queen she respects holds on to a lingering desire for revenge, Azala realizes that she must choose whom to save: herself or Azmosir's defenseless and young princess.
