《Unwanted Company》Foreword

Thank you for looking into Unwanted Company.
This story is a draft 1 level story, as well as something of an experiment.
Draft 1 means I don’t exactly know where the story is going. There is no outline for it. It also means the story will be on the rougher side of things. Both in pacing and grammar. In a draft one, my goal is to put the story down more than to ‘get it right’.
It’s an experiment on more than one front.
This is the first litRPG story that I intend to keep a litRPG story (bottom Rung was supposed to be litRPG) I have something of a system for it, but it might remain on the ‘lite’ side of things to keep me from getting bogged down in the math. I am aiming to write this story for you, the reader (mainly on Royal Road, but it’s also posted on my Patreon) so I’m hoping to incorporate things you want to see/happen. I don’t promise everything will make it in, since my writing style doesn’t lend itself to everything (I will not do comedy, sorry) but I will consider every suggestion that fits the context of the story.
The story will be written live, on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/thetigerwrites) every Tuesday starting at 12:30 pm EST, and it will be posted to my Patreon and Royal Road the next day, in the early afternoon (I’m aiming for 1 pm EST) the one chapter a week schedule is to ensure anyone who has something to say will have the time to do so.

Dead Tired
A young man stumbles into a deep, lost cavern, he seeks power and prestige, the ability to become someone, anyone, worthy of praise. When he finds an ancient crypt festooned in jewels and precious things he thinks himself the luckiest man alive. And then the lich in that crypt wakes up and kills him. That’s me. I’m the lich. Honestly, I just want to go back to sleep, and there’s no one, no ‘god emperor,’ sect, or uptight martial artist that’s going to stop me.
