Veins popped in Yuki's forehead but he held himself back from punching his head since he knew it wouldn't affect the sneaky spirit. However, he did note her taunting and would make sure to pay her back in the future otherwise he wouldn't be the petty person he is! And if he was a smart person, he would have gotten what she was truly hinting at that the base was not that far away since she can actually locate it despite the lack of magic...

"Okay, searching like an idiot won't work so it's time to act a bit smarter" muttered Yuki before he directly jumped in the air and rose as high as possible almost getting back to space he before stopped and used absolute focus and lucid mind to enhance his eyesight as much as possible.

Then, he scanned the surface of the moon at a terrifying speed thanks to his already strong senses, and not long after, he laid eyes on a weird spot… It appeared to be a place with many buildings…

'That place is about 100 km away' Thought Yuki before he controlled his body to fall back on the moon and rushed on foot at a terrifying speed toward his target! It took nearly an hour to reach it.

However, he wasn't disappointed when he did as he saw the logo of the company that imprisoned Ryushi on earth so he knew he was in the right place.

'Hopefully, this is the place' Thought Yuki as he approached the base… He didn't sense any humans in the base so he guessed that they probably used robots to do their experiments from a distance showing just how advanced this company was.

'To prevent the destruction of the moon, I just need to kill that mouse… I guess it wouldn't hurt to do some tests since I'm here' thought Yuki with a grin before he waved his hand and said "Turret summoning!"

Just as he did, a Giant crossbow emerged from the ground in front of him, and he instinctively knew that he can control the direction it was aiming at with his mind alone!

"This is amazing, I wonder how strong it is… it says in the description that it can deal 50% of my damage, I wonder how is that calculated?" Wondered Yuki, and as if to answer his question, a notification instantly appeared in front of him

'I wonder how the system calculated my maw damage' thought Yuki before he shook his head and aimed at the base with glee clear in his eyes "Let's start with a normal arrow!"

That giant arrow traveled at a terrifying speed, but Yuki was quite disappointed since it didn't appear to have made any damage other than the hole in the building he fired It at.

'Well, this is quite disappointing…' Thought Yuki as he approached the hole to inspect how deep it was. However, his disappointment soon shifted into astonishment as he found out that there were many holes left in the path of that arrow.

In fact, he couldn't find where they ended as it simply disappeared into the distance after leaving the last building…

Excitement was all Yuki could feel as a single thought passed through his mind 'These crossbows don't have a time limit, so they can stay indefinitely after I summon them! I can create a terrifying base with them!"

However, different from the previous arrows, these ones exploded on contact and they created giant seas of flames that covered the whole base and Yuki kept throwing them like a maniac relentlessly.

Thankfully, he was in space so there was no oxygen and the flame died down quickly so he tried the ice and poison arrows next leaving the base as a hazardous area…

"This is good, this skill is great, and it's only level 1… I can't wait to see what will happen once I level it up" Muttered Yuki with excitement and he finally stopped ignoring the notification that appeared in front of him after he reduced the base into scorched and frozen poisonous rubble…

In one of the many MgRonald branches, Maou was finishing his evening shift while trying to forget the weird sight of his neighbor appearing in front of him. However, it seemed like fate itself was working against him as his other neighbor appeared in front of him in the same skin-tight diving suit and he had a wide smirk on his face…

'What's this bastard doing?' Wondered Maou as he felt the weird dangerous energy surrounding Yuki's body similar to what he detected on Yurei so he instantly made him invisible using his magic so that no one sees him before he used his magic to cleanse his body and teleported him back to the Rosa Villa without saying anything…

Yuki almost couldn't react to the quick change in the scenery, however, the wide smirk on his face said it all "It's good to use people against their wishe- oh Yurei, you are also here?"

Yurei awkwardly smiled at Yuki and said "Are you done with your mission?"

"I'm sure you already know… haven't you received anything from the system" asked Yuki with a weird smile on his face which made Yurei start shifting nervously in his place while playing with his eyes as he said "Yes, it rewarded me for participating in this task"

"Oh, good for you buddy, good for you..." Said Yuki with a wide smile while patting Yurei on the back enthusiastically, although the latter felt nothing but terror from this gesture… 'Something doesn't feel right…' Thought Yurei.

But Yuki simply moved past him and didn't explain to him what was going on making him feel even more nervous…

As Yuki turned his back on him, he couldn't help but shake his head 'It's unfortunate that I can't use turret summoning here since the room is too small, but I will soon be able to do it when I get a proper house, and I won't need to fear getting stabbed in my sleep anymore… But first… I need to repay them for the torture they put me through…'

A weird eerie smile covered Yuki's face as he sent a message to Shizue to have dinner with Emilia since he was planning a special feast for Yurei and his cheap neighbors…

Later that night, the suspicious Yurei grew even more suspicious as he saw Yuki inviting to dinner the two people he usually would never agree to even lend air to… not to mention this…

'Something isn't right… did he poison the food?' Wondered Yurei and as the four of them sat around the table, he noticed the clear doubts on Maou's and Ashiya's faces…

"I invited you here today to offer a truce, I don't think we should harm each other whenever an occasion presents itself and I invited you all today to squash any grudges we might have between us" spoke Yuki with almost a holly aura covering his face.

Ashiya shot Maou a look that said 'Did he really turn a new leaf?' but the latter immediately replied with a look that said 'You better not fall for this anymore'

But then Yuki said "Dinner is almost ready" before he went and opened the lid of the pot that was cooking all this time and a heavenly smell emerged from it that made the mouths water of the cheap duo that would rather live on bread and water to save money…

Maou seeing that Ashiya was tempted and started to lose control tried to pinch his hand 'No Ashiya, don't fall for it'

But Ashiya was already gone as he already stood up and said shamelessly "Ah Yuki, let me help you out"

'This bastard, he probably wants to serve himself a bigger portion of my special curry… how greedy, but don't think for a moment that this will end well for you' thought Yuki coldly

Maou who was betrayed once more observed as Ashiya served him a smaller portion than his own and he couldn't help but curse him in his head… 'This bastard never changes' then he turned his attention to the actual curry and rice that he was served and immediately used his magical eyes to observe the two of them but he surprisingly, he didn't find anything suspicious about them

'What's going on? There's nothing poisonous about any of the ingredients in the rice or the curry…'

Maou was truly confused, and he couldn't help but doubt himself as he stared at the genuine smile on Yuki's face…

'Maybe he truly wants us to reconcile our differences' thought Maou as a genuine smile appeared on his face and he started eating happily while enjoying his talk with Yuki and Yurei also joined in after seeing that everything was fine… but was that really the case?
