Back at the royal palace, Kayle barely escaped thanks to his unique skill but not without making fun of the elves and making them think their empress was dead…

'Yuki-sama is really strong, I can't imagine someone can actually come close to beating him… This new grandmaster of the free guild is quite something' Thought Kayle with a cold look in his eyes as a certain thrill was ignited in his heart that died a long time ago… The thrill to hunt!

Meanwhile, back at the cave, Yuki took out a set of clothes from his space ring, and Elmesia couldn't help but notice that it resembled the clothes of the elves' royalty but she thought it was just a coincidence, not to mention that her mind was filled with all kinds of thoughts as she said to Yuki "You better not think that I will thank you for saving me, Hmph!"

'This girl is quite the tsundere huh?' thought Yuki while staring at the slight blush on Elmesia's haughty look before he shook his head and said "Teleport us back to the royal palace, the situation might still be dangerous"

Realizing the implication of Yuki's words and seeing that he was willing to help them out, Elmesia nodded at him with a serious look before she instantly teleported them back to the royal palace.

There they found a scene full of destruction, clearly a wild fight had just happened but the royal guards and the strong nobles among the elves didn't seem to be hurt and at most some of them sustained minor injuries but there were no casualties!

Seeing this Elmesia let out a sigh of relief, but the elves were even more startled by her appearance and almost attacked her thinking that Kayle was back…

"Your highness, you are alive! I can't believe it we thought…" Erald exclaimed with a happy look on his face, and the sentiment was shared by the rest of the elves as they approached her to check on her and she calmly said "Yuki saved me at the last second from the attack and he used his own body and magic to protect me otherwise I would have been dead by now…"

Erald turned to Yuki and bowed with a sincere look on his face "Thank you for saving her highness, we will never forget your heroic deed"

'Good!' Thought Yuki with a creepy look on his face when he heard the world heroic and soon after the other nobles showered him with praises which made Elmesia jealous especially when some female nobles started shooting Yuki some suggestive glances so she quickly changed the subject "What happened to black death?"

Erald shook his head in disappointment before he said "He escaped your highness, I'm sorry…"

"It's not your fault Erald, you guys did your best" Spoke Elmesia, this time with the aura of a ruler which made the guilt in the hearts of these elves disappear and another archduke suddenly spoke

"Your highness, we need to be prepared, once the news of you still being alive gets out, we might get attacked again by black death"

Elmesia nodded at him with a serious look while hiding her worries, after all, she knew very well about the man named black death, he was a notorious assassin and a black mage that would never rest until he gets rid of his targets, and he never fails his missions! So, him attacking again was just a matter of time…

At this point, Elmesia couldn't help but turn to Yuki and asked him curiously, as well as suspiciously "How come you are here?"

The other elves finally overcame their shock and noticed Yuki's familiar clothing and one of the archdukes even noticed his emblem on Yuki's jacket and asked with a frown "Where did you get your clothes?"

Finding himself surrounded by all of these old geezers, Yuki started to realize that it wasn't a good idea to steal while he was here, but he still put forth an innocent smile and said "I always liked the elves' way of dressing so I asked someone from my town to design me a set just like the best of nobles, and he came up with this one"

That archduke that was suspicious suddenly felt flattered and laughed jovially "I see, I see, that's good to know" Although Erald and Elmesia simply stared at him like an idiot as Yuki continued with his story seeing that he won't get questioned anymore for this one.

"I actually came here in hope of asking you to join our alliance, but then I saw the weird ongoing fighting and ended up stopping any stealin- strolling I was doing…"

'You were definitely stealing' thought Elmesia while gritting her teeth before she asked "Who are the members of this alliance?" and the nobles instantly got serious!

"Well, this alliance currently includes 5 demon lords, Me, Rimuru, Leon, Ramiris, and Milim as well as the nation of Dwargon… we are also undergoing negotiation to add the holy empire of Ruberious to the mix"

The elves felt a bomb exploding in their heads, and they almost couldn't believe what they heard, this was a terrifying alliance, and Erald quickly asked what was on everyone's mind "Are you serious? The holy empire is planning to acknowledge a nation of monsters and even form an alliance with the demon lords?"

Yuki shrugged at him before he replied calmly " Well, if you really think about it, the existence of our nation will greatly help in controlling the monsters in the great Jura forest and will lessen the danger of monsters attacking the surrounding kingdoms which is a great good for the world, this will also create many trading channels and resources which can only benefit the world, not to mention… This is a good way to keep the ever-expanding eastern empire in check don't you think?"

The high-ranking nobles narrowed their eyes and some of them nodded in agreement while others were still a little bit skeptical, and seeing this, Yuki suddenly remembered something and decided to drop another bomb on them "Oh that's right, we also have the storm dragon Veldora as a member of our nation, so in terms of fighting power, we rank pretty much at the top"

Seeing the smirk on Yuki's face, Elmesia can easily tell that he was telling the truth so she turned to the nobles and asked " those who want an alliance with tempest, raise your hand"

Without hesitation, the twelve leaders of the other royal families all raised their hands in agreement which made Elmesia let out a sigh before she turned to the smug Yuki and said in annoyance "We will visit tempest to negotiate further"

Yuki smiled back at her and said "Sure, you are welcome at any time" then Yuki threw a special magic crystal at her similar to the one Milim gave him and said "Use this crystal if you are ever in danger and we will send support right away, we are allies after all"

Yuki had a genuine smile on his face and he truly meant what he just said and it made the nobles nod in approval and Elmesia blushed slightly before she snorted to hide her embarrassment as she accepted the crystal without staring at it.

Then Yuki calmy whistled to the sky and Dariun came flying down to pick him up before they both set off back to tempest…

Meanwhile, after Yuki left, Erald approached Elmesia and asked "Your highness, you should keep that crystal in case black death ever attacks you again"

Elmesia nodded at him and turned her attention to the crystal and her blush instantly disappeared and was replaced with an annoyed look as she muttered "That bastard!" Before she stormed off away from the rest of the nobles leaving them speechless…

One of them couldn't help but ask Erald after seeing him frozen in place "What's going on archduke Erald"

Erald replied with a speechless look on his face "That crystal… I gifted it to her highness a long time ago… That guy is truly a scary thief…"

Hearing this, everyone suddenly dispersed and rushed back to their homes to confirm that nothing was stolen, but it was too late as many expensive things went missing, and it was clearly the doing of their hero… This earned Yuki the nickname the heroic thief…

On another side of the world to the southeast of the great Jura forest was the puppet nation jistav, this nation originally belonged to Kagali, however after he was defeated by Leon, Clayman took his place as a demon lord and inherited this nation in his place and made sure to make it just as his master desired…

However, right now it was surrounded by a huge army of high orcs that were led by three giant orcs and goblins that were following the command of the Kijin commander Benimaru.

The Kijin were currently quite strong, in fact, they reached the low disaster level in terms of strength so they quickly took care of Clayman's followers and swiftly took control of this nation and they didn't encounter anyone from the moderate harlequin alliance...

As this was going on, Luminous had just gone back to her empire only to receive a report from the pope Louis Valentine that the seven clerics betrayed their empire after her identity as a demon lord was suddenly revealed and that they led their forces along with many forces gathered by the western countries and some powerhouses from the free guild to attack the new country tempest again!

"This is definitely the doing of that bastard Granbell, it seems like he finally decided to make his move, and he's going all out…" Muttered Luminous but Louis didn't notice any worry on her face and he couldn't help but ask "Your highness, what should we do?"

Luminous smirked strangely at this before she said "We will just watch, this is going to be a good show" Then she calmly disappeared…

As the new storm was approaching tempest, Yuki had just landed and suddenly turned his head to the west and felt something attracting him, although he didn't know what it was, but he wanted it for some reason…

"What's this feeling? What's this desire I'm feeling?" Wondered Yuki as he put his hand over his heart before he shook his head and made his way back to his home while ordering Diablo to spread the news… The news that he saved the empress of the elves and he was their hero…

"It seems like I will soon leave this world…" Muttered Yuki as an image of a few demons and angels came to his mind and brought a smile to his face 'I wonder how those idiots are doing' with this thought in mind, he entered his home in this world and saw his friends waiting for him…
