Milim showed a puzzled look on her face, for one she was surprised that Yuki can easily see through her acting, and then there was her punch which was her using all of her physical power, yet it didn't seem to have any effect against Yuki's impenetrable defense…

"Unfortunately for you, she's not acting. Kill him Milim, don't hold back!" Spoke Clayman and seeing that the idiot was still thinking that she was under his control, she was about to continue attacking Yuki but he suddenly approached her and whispered into her ears "If you attack me again, there will be no more food for you in the future"

Milim's raised hand froze mid-air when she heard this and she couldn't help but shoot Yuki a look that said are you serious, and the latter nodded before he took away the necklace that she was wearing and said "So this is what you think you are manipulating her with huh?"

"Idiot, you think you can touch that stone without repercussions?" Spoke Clayman with a grin before he activated his Unique skill: Manipulator which allows him to mind control others and the mind control stone greatly enhances this effect.

However, unfortunately for him, this doesn't work on people that have ultimate skills, and Yuki was one of them as he stared at Clayman like an idiot before he absorbed the mind control stone with his path of evolution ability and approached the idiot calmly

"Were you trying to do something just now?" Asked Yuki while yawning… Meanwhile, Guy's eyes narrowed slightly when he saw Yuki absorb the mind control stone and resist Clayman and he thought 'This brat actually has an ultimate skill… I can also feel that slime having one, although it's hard to analyze the two of them for some reason, especially this Yuki guy… I can't see through him'

While Guy was contemplating silently and kept getting blocked by the system from analyzing Yuki fully, the others in the room watched eagerly as Yuki approached Clayman and the latter's followers immediately attacked him. There were three magical beasts along with a humanoid ant-like person in a black robe and they all attacked Yuki at the same time as Clayman yelled "You are going to die"

Yuki didn't even bother listening to what Clayman said as he was reading two notifications that appeared in front of him

'Hmm, this is the first time I'm offered to evolve an ability of mine into a different direction like this one, I wonder what the effects will be' Yuki was truly curious to find out so he started eyeing Clayman eerily and said "I don't like wasting time, so die"

Then, he instantly disappeared from the vision of everyone present before he appeared behind Clayman. This poor guy didn't even see when Yuki retrieved his sword as he got chopped up into 3 pieces from the effect of Dark strike…

"Well, that was easy…" Muttered Yuki while everyone else stared at him in shock at this show of power… Meanwhile, Clayman's subordinates tried to help him but they were quickly dealt with by Frey and a lion-headed person who then removed that lion head to show that he was actually Carrion in disguise

"Impossible, why are you still alive?" Spoke Clayman who was still alive despite his severed body which surprise Yuki 'Mmm? Being a Deathman is quite something' He thought and was about to finish him off but he suddenly received a message from Rimuru telepathically

'Yuki don't kill him yet, Raphael deduced that he will probably awaken and that would help free the souls he swallowed to gain his demon seed'

Yuki froze slightly before an idea came to his mind as he got reminded of his two spirits 'What if…'

With a plan in mind, he calmly replied to Rimuru 'I got a plan' before he yelled inside his head "Hey Morgana, aren't you supposed to be a dark spirit? Can you help me absorb his demon lord seed?"

"Master, that's quite a dirty thing to ask a young maiden like me to do" Replied Morgana with an annoying smirk on her face, and Yuki couldn't help but curse 'Why can't I have innocent followers, these fuckers just had to get their personality and knowledge from me, and they got the worst part' Oh if only Yuki knew that this was probably the best part of him, but his ego would never allow him to see that...

After calming himself down, Yuki asked Morgana again and she replied positively that she can transfer the dark seed to him but Dantalion had a better idea "Master, you will require so many souls to awaken this seed in the future and I don't think you would want this kind of slaughter… I have a better idea for you"

Yuki was intrigued and asked "What's it?"

Dantalion shot Morgana a smug look which greatly annoyed her before he said "I think you should use it to upgrade your balanced magic core, this see will help you greatly in nurturing your magic core which will be of use to you even in a world without magic"

Yuki contemplated his options silently 'This balanced magic core has always been useful to me in many ways, I guess it's worth strengthening it, and I might end up in another world in the future that's true' thought Yuki before he agreed with Dantalion's suggestion and Morgana soon moved into action and made a vortex appear on his hand which he used to absorb the demon lord seed in Clayman's body.

Although this wasn't enough for the angry Morgana and she decided to absorb Clayman's spiritual energy as well to appease her anger from Dantalion's taunting while Clayman kept screaming which sent a chill down the viewer's spine…

However, Yuki's path of evolution ability didn't allow Morgana to absorb the part of Clayman's soul that contained his unique skill, and that one went to Yuki and he received multiple notifications

[Congratulations host, your ability heart of steel has evolved into Master of self]

[You have absorbed a demon lord seed into your body, balanced magic core can't absorb it]

[Please get a hero seed for the strengthening of the balanced magic core to start]

'Fuck me, I guess I should've expected this… I just hope that this will be worth it in the end…' Thought Yuki before he turned his attention to the new ability he got to elevate his mood

[Master of self :

Passive: +70% Resistance to crowd control attacks including, fear, stun, sleep, hypnosis, and mind control.

Active: Allows the user to take control of any of his servants and beings connected to him from a distance]

'Not bad, this ability is quite good…' thought Yuki with a smile before he turned his attention to his surroundings and noticed that everyone was staring at him with weird looks…

"Is there something on my face?" He asked curiously, to which Rimuru couldn't help but smack his forehead 'You just killed and absorbed a demon lord so casually and you still wonder why everyone is staring at you warily? You should've seen the greedy look on your face just now…'

However, before Rimuru could say anything, Carrion suddenly approached Yuki and said "Thank you for saving my subordinate, I was also told that Milim was being re…reasonable in her actions all because of you"

Yuki noticed that Carrion was rubbing his stomach when he said reasonable and he instantly understood 'Poor guy probably was hit in the stomach just like she hit me earlier… but at least she didn't destroy the whole capital of his nation like in the original so she was indeed reasonable

Ignoring his thoughts, Yuki put on a warm smile and said to Carrion "Don't worry about it, in fact, I would love to talk to you later about making an alliance with us, what do you think Rimuru?"

Rimuru shot Yuki a weird look before he smiled and said "That sounds great".

Just as his voice died down, they were approached by Frey who also smiled and said "Can we also join in your alliance?"

Yuki glanced at Milim before he smiled at Frey and said "Of course, a friend of my friend is also my friend"

Frey smiled back at him and was about to speak but they were suddenly interrupted when Roy valentine moved at a fast speed to attack Yuki only to end up being blocked by Kayle who smiled at him wickedly

"What do you think you are doing little vampire?" Kayle asked, and a voice soon echoed from behind Roy "Don't fight that man Roy, you're not his opponent" This was of course Luminous speaking as she approached their group with a cold look in her eyes and said "Allow a proper demon lord to welcome you today"

Then a terrifying aura gushed from her body… This was a vampire ancestor, one of the highest forms of evolution for vampires and she was someone far beyond rookies like Clayman and Carrion…

"Rimuru, you go deal with her" spoke Yuki calmly and the latter quickly understood his intentions… 'He wants me to prove myself as well huh?' thought Rimuru before he smiled confidently and stepped in front of Luminous "I will be your opponent"

"Hmm? You?" Asked Luminous calmly and Guy instantly activated a barrier to surround them since he knew this fight was going to be far more destructive than the previous one.

"Don't underestimate me" Said Rimuru before he rushed at her and they quickly engaged in a terrifying hand-to-hand combat that resulted in Rimuru getting smashed with one of Luminous's punches and almost broke Guy's barrier when he crashed into it

'This woman's physical strength is terrifying' He thought before he stopped underestimating her and started fighting seriously…

The fight went on for a while before they eventually reached a stalemate as she couldn't harm Rimuru who started to copy her magic and even some of her skills thanks to Raphael and Gluttony that can absorb any attacks while his unlimited regeneration allowed him to heal from any damage she managed to deal him and he also landed some attacks of his own although this fight showed how he was lacking in terms of fighting experience but his strength was undeniably high and once mastered, he would become a terrifying monster…

"Okay, you two should stop" Spoke Yuki before he stepped between them, however Luminous didn't stop and actually rushed at Yuki even faster and landed a devastating punch on his face that made his head turn 180°

"You hard-headed bitch" Muttered Yuki before he immediately hugged Luminous and to the shock of everyone, He head-butted her with all his strength making a weird sound echo into the room… As for Luminous, she started seeing stars from this deadly attack…
