Yuki and Shizue suddenly felt a connection extending between them and connecting them through an ethereal ling before the latter suddenly asked "Can I follow you from now on? I want to repay this favor for as long as I still have to live" said Shizue with her eyes still red from all her crying…

Yuki stared at her silently before he nodded and said "I would love having you around, It would balance the fact of having a ghost around me all the time"

Shizue suddenly realized why she felt that something was missing around Yuki all this time and she couldn't help but ask "That's right, where's Yurei-kun?"

Yuki smiled at her and said "I sent him back home to defend our fort from a certain three devils"

Shizue widened her mouth slightly and said "You mean you have three clones back home?"

Yuki's confident smile twisted slightly as he said with an awkward face "Shizue, I thought you were nicer than this" And she giggled at him almost mesmerizing Yuki with her smile… Especially when he just witnessed the sadness that she was hiding deep inside of her.

'I guess my life is getting more and more crowded… but I don't mind it' thought Yuki while staring into the distance and an image of an old man appeared in front of him smiling at him 'I wonder where you are right now grandpa…'

"By the way Yuki-san, aren't you an otherworlder? How did you send Yurei-kun back home?" Asked Shizue curiously and Yuki calmly explained to her "I have a way to go back to earth, although I can only transport those connected to me through fate… I'm sure you felt the connection that was established between us, it's the same thing I have with Yurei so I should be able to send you back to earth at any time I want…"

"Really?" Asked Shizue with an unbelievable look on her face and Yuki smiled at her gently and said "Don't worry, once I finish some business here, we will go back to earth together, it's a lot different than what you remember, there are no wars anymore"

"I can't wait to see it" Said Shizue with a new light in her eyes as Yuki simply smiled at her after seeing that his purpose of igniting a new purpose in her life had succeeded before he checked her status secretly

'The only way to save her is by either asking for her help during quests and hopefully she gains attribute points which she could allocate into her vitality to slowly boost her body and solve this problem or… We solve it through the path of evolution'

Yuki instantly used the path of evolution on Shizue after concluding his thoughts, and the results were pretty surprising

'It seems like I will have to get her training with me from now on' thought Yuki, he didn't spend this past month waiting for Shizue in vain. "Mmm, okay then, I trust you" said Shizue with a smile which made Yuki lament 'I wish everybody trusted me like this, stealing would be so easy then…' Thought Yuki wickedly before he took Shizue to Rimuru and introduced them properly, he also asked him for a favor to show Shizue how the earth transformed since the time she was summoned which made her cry again in happiness…

The next few days went by peacefully and Kaval's party spent some time in the settlement before they left to report their findings to Blumund's free guild…

"See you soon Shizue-san, I will visit you again as soon as possible" Said Eren who have gotten very close to Shizue after the time she spent with her during their travel to the great Jura forest.

"mm, I will wait for you" Replied Shizue with a smile before they hugged each other. Meanwhile Kaval, their party leader couldn't help but mutter under his breath "I can't believe she left us for that guy-"

*Swoosh*

Just as he said that, a knife flew past his head and lodged deeply into a tree as Yuki's voice echoed from the distance "Oops, my hand slipped"

Kaval's face turned blue and his heart almost leaped out of his chest as he grabbed Eren and Gido and started running away while Shizue kept waving at them with a warm smile on her face…

'Yuki-san is really scary' thought Rimuru who saw what happened… 'Good thing I built my house on the opposite side of the village away from Yuki'

Meanwhile, Yuki was currently sitting alone and checking the progress of his chain quest…

'Currently, the progress of my second task which requires building friendly relations is at 2/10 with humans meaning that Gazel didn't consider me as a friend which is something to be expected, but at least I'm making progress with the monster side as it already reached 4/10, and it will quickly increase after the ogres arrive to the village since most of them are important characters of the world' thought Yuki but a system notification suddenly appeared in front of him that said

[Heh, I wonder why you find it easier to make friends with monsters]

Yuki's face instantly turned into a frown after reading this before he swiped the notification with his middle finger as retaliation and turned his attention toward other things… Although he didn't notice that he gave so many goblins the finger which made them glare at him!

Then he turned his attention to the progress bar of his fame and found that it stabilized at 74% which made him a little bit worried… 'The most likely reason for it stopping is that my reputation didn't reach the eastern empire yet, I should give it a visit soon to finish this quest' thought Yuki before he suddenly remembered something…

'It's time to get this out of the way, even the system acknowledges Rimuru as my friend' After thinking this, Yuki immediately put one skill point into dimensional link which made it gain another slot, and he was planning on using it on Rimuru so he could leave this world at any time he wants and still be able to return to it!

Rimuru was happily giving orders to the goblins in his slime form, he didn't have a human form yet since Yuki saved Shizue in this timeline, although that wouldn't be a problem for long since there are plenty of idiots who would willingly throw away their lives and he could absorb them at that point…

However, Rimuru's happiness soon vanished as Yuki creepily appeared behind him and said "Rimuru, I need you for something"

"No thanks" said Rimuru while already running for his life but Yuki instantly caught him as he kept yelling "Rigurd, Ranga, save meeeee pleaseeee"

"Sorry my lord, we can't do anything" replied the goblin lord and the dire wolf as they left Rimuru to face his fate…

"Don't worry, this won't hurt at all" Said Yuki with a weird smile as his green eyes lit up with an eerie light…

'Oh no, I don't want to lose my virginity this way, noooo' yelled Rimuru inside of his head while struggling constantly to free himself but it was to no avail as Yuki's grip was simply unbreakable, and If he knew what this stupid slime was thinking, he would have really made it lose its virginity... with a few knives.

After teasing the slime for a bit, Yuki explained his purpose which made Rimuru finally let out a sigh of relief and they established the dimensional link successfully which made them go through a similar scene where they each saw their true selves which made Yuki enter a somber mood for a while before he returned back to normal…

The next day, Yuki was training rigorously with Shizue so that they can achieve the requirement of his path of evolution ability when suddenly, a group of knights riding on armored horses approached their settlement at top speed before they stopped in front of the gate and one of them yelled at the top of his voice

"Criminal Yuki Chibana, we are the knight order of the kingdom of Doran! Return the treasure you stole from us immediately. Otherwise, we will raze this whole settlement to the ground"

"YEAAAAAAAAAA!" Roared the other knights after him…

Meanwhile, inside the village, the residents were startled while Shizue couldn't help but stare at Yuki worriedly "they are probably here for the clarity stone"

But Yuki simply stared at her in puzzlement and asked "What clarity stone?"

'Oh right, he's never going to admit to it' Thought Shizue before she smiled helplessly at Yuki, This situation was definitely going to escalate very quickly...
