Everyone in the goblin village stared curiously at the injured huge eagle, this was usually a predator that they should be careful of less they find themselves torn apart by its talons, but now it was taken down so easily by the human in front of them which made them fearful of his power…

After some convincing by Yuki and feeling sorry for the poor eagle, Rimuru ended up swallowing the eagle and healing him with the potion he made from a rare herb he collected inside of Veldora's cave before he spat it out fully healed…

However, it remained unconscious which prompted the kind-hearted Yuki to give it a few kicks and it quickly sprung up to its feet…

"Human, how dare you attack me. I will eat you!" Yelled the eagle, before it jumped at Yuki with its steel beak and tried to make a hole in the leg he just kicked it with.

"Careful" Yelled Rimuru, however, Yuki simply watched as the beak hit him in the leg, and right after, the poor eagle started wincing in pain "Impossible, how could my great beak fail to penetrate the flesh of a human?"

"Are you proposing to me or what? Sorry but I'm not into birds" replied Yuki before he squatted slightly to get to eye level with it and said "Anyways, let's get straight to the point… Would you like to be fried and eaten or get a name and work loyally for me?"

The people gave Yuki some weird looks while the eagle in question felt a chill that only went away when the truly kind-hearted Sacha approached it after seeing the pained look on its face and asked "Are you hurt?"

The scene suddenly brightened up, different from the darkness that Yuki was emitting apparently as everyone stared at Sacha lovingly including the eagle who blushed slightly and said "I-I'm fine!"

"Poor little guy, don't worry, Yuki-sama won't really eat you" Said Sacha while patting the eagle's head gently, however the eagle could see Yuki behind her with drool falling from his mouth while staring at it and he couldn't help but think 'No, I'm almost 100% sure he wants to eat me and he's barely holding himself back'

Rimuru as well noticed this and he shot Yuki a weird look before he remembered that he can't taste anything in this form and felt slightly sad…

"I-I would love to be named by you Yuki-sama" Said the eagle with a forced smile bringing a smile to Sacha's face as she turned to Yuki and said "Yuki-sama quickly name him!"

Yuki seemed surprised a little before he said "Well hold on a little Sacha-chan, we can't be sure that he truly means it… Are you sure little eagle, you can change your mind at any time"

'Now I'm sure he wants to eat me' Thought the eagle fearfully before he quickly nodded and said "I'm sure, please name me"

"Tch, whatever" said Yuki with a disappointed look 'I really wanted to try how an eagle tastes… maybe if he annoys me in the future I will cook him…' With this thought in mind, Yuki said with a smile "Fine then, your name shall be Dariun"

Just as Yuki said this, he felt a huge amount of his mana rushing from his magic core and into the body of the eagle creating a little storm before it stopped…

"Thank you Yuki-sama" Said the eagle gratefully, his body was slowly transforming, and once this transformation ends, he would evolve… Just like how the goblins and the dire wolves were waiting for their bodies to adjust before they would transform into hobgoblins and stronger dire wolves…

'Now that I think about it… can I use my path of evolution to evolve my body into a higher form than a mere human? And can I also use it on other beings?' Yuki was truly intrigued by this question and immediately put it to the test.

'Path of evolution, what's the requirement to evolve my body from that of a normal human?'

The next day, Yuki and Rimuru woke up and found all the goblins and wolves had evolved, and Dariun as well, transforming into a huge eagle of almost 3 meters high with golden fur and beak making it very pleasant to the eye, and Sacha found him so cute and kept playing with him…

"There goes my breakfast" Said Yuki and Kayle quickly replied with a frown "Don't worry Yuki-sama, I will prepare something to eat for you immediately" Before he went out…

Rimuru was amazed by how different the goblins became, especially Rigurd who turned into a hulk of a man with terrifying muscles completely different from his half-dead elderly appearance…

"Yuki-san, it seems like we really need a few craftsmen, we can't let the goblins stay like this half-naked…" Said Rimuru after overcoming his surprise and Yuki simply nodded at him and said "let's go to Dwargon later, I'm also interested in what kind of treasures I might find there"

"It's decided then!" Said Rimuru before he went and gave some orders to Ranga, the huge horned wolf to protect the village and instructed Rigurd on how to handle the goblins and dire wolves gathered by the squads sent out before he prepared for their journey.

Kayle and Sacha were to stay to help organize the village with their knowledge and the ones going were decided to be Yuki, Rimuru, and the goblin named Gobta since he had some experience in Dwargon.

"Yuki-sama, are you sure its safe to ride on this steel beaked eagle" asked the goblin Gobta nervously, prompting Dariun to glare at him with its sharp eyes and say "I'm a golden eagle now, don't be mistaken, dumb goblin"

The pressure from Dariun made Gobta shiver slightly in fear before Yuki said "Don't worry, I can't fly as well if this can ease your worry"

'Although I won't die even if I fall down, unlike you' thought Yuki inwardly, but Gobta seemed to feel slightly more relieved however he was still a little bit nervous so Yuki just picked him up and threw him to Dariun's back where he clung tightly to his feathers..

"Well then, we are off, see you guys soon" Said Rimuru as Yuki picked him up and jumped on top of Dariun and they quickly shot off into the distance at a terrifying speed as Gobta's screams kept echoing throughout the journey like the little bitch he is…

Yuki used this time and tested his path of evolution again on Dariun and this time he received the relevant knowledge to help it evolve which delighted him greatly since he now can increase the strength of his followers as well!

Their journey to Dwargon was uneventful, but it still took them a whole day because Gobta couldn't handle the high-speed travel… and once the huge mountain it was built into came into their view, Yuki instructed Dariun to get down so that they can continue their journey on foot…

"Dariun, I will call you when we are leaving, don't cause trouble or I will pluck all your feather and make some pillows out of them" Said Yuki with a warm smile making Dariun shiver slightly as it promised to behave and left quickly

'Don't worry, your feathers were so comfortable I'm already determined to make a pillow out of them' thought Yuki while staring at Dariun vanishing into the distance...

"Now then, let's go see what this armed nation of Dwargon has in store for me- ahum us" said Yuki as they quickly approached the gate built inside the mountain face.

There were two gates in total, the left one was for normal people to use, while the right one was for nobles.

'Now then, should I follow the plot or do it idiot style?' Thought Yuki silently as he observed the long chain of people waiting for their turn to enter and his decision was quickly "Guys, let's split up here so that we can increase our efficiency"

'This way they can find that dwarf I can't even remember the name of and recruit him while I go and have some fun... and maybe steal some stuff' thought Yuki with a weird smile and instantly walked towards the right gate meant for nobles only

"Wait Yuki-san I think it's better to stick together… He's already gone" Rimuru let out a sigh as he waited for their turn to come with the nervous and slightly sick Gobta…

"Is Yuki-sama a noble?" Asked Gobta curiously to which Rimuru shook his body "No, I'm not sure how he's planning to enter through that gate…"

"You should be worried about yourselves monsters" said someone suddenly from behind them.

'Trouble is already here huh?' thought Rimuru as he turned at the people who were eyeing him and Gobta with mocking looks on their faces…

Meanwhile, Yuki calmly approached the right gate but he was stopped by a guard "This gate is only meant for nobles, please wait in line with the rest of the people"

"Hah another idiot thinking he can skip the line"

"Tch, once in a while people like him try their luck but they always get themselves humiliated"

People started mocking Yuki without even seeing how things were going to develop, and Yuki memorized all their faces on the off chance he sees them again… what a good use of his drawing talent…

"Little dwarf, I'm the boyfriend of the empress of elves Elmesia El something something, quickly open this gate for me before I lose my patience" Said Yuki with a haughty look before he retrieved Elmesia's royal emblem which he stole from her during their fight and the guard immediately recognized it and saluted Yuki quickly before he opened the gate for him despite him not believing the boyfriend part "Please enter sir, may I ask your name?"

"Oh, I'm Yuki" he replied with a smile before entering Dwargon to the shock of the people watching

"The boyfriend of Elmesia-sama herself? How's this possible?" was the thought on everyone's mind as the guard quickly went to inform his superiors who in turn went to inform Gazel Dwargo, the king of Dwargon…

'This should help me increase my reputation a little bit more… Elmesia should be honored for being called my girlfriend' thought Yuki, his narcissism unmatched as he walked inside of Dwargon… his aim none other than the bar Rimuru visited that was filled with beautiful elves…
