'They can draw energy from their surroundings and use it for anything. Sounds interesting.' Axel thought before realizing something. 'Interesting and overpowered. If they use that rune to cultivate, their cultivation speed will skyrocket. I need to do something to prevent it.'

Axel made the core of his world appear before his eyes, and after thinking for a few seconds, the cultivation add-on began to shine.
