《Creating a world can't be that difficult, right?》Chapter 31

For the next few days, Axel spends most of his time investigating and studying worldbuilding and how an energy add-on could affect its world.
He simply needed to wait until his world's core was filled with energy, and then he would be able to advance toward rank 1, and finally, on the morning of the third day, he heard Heaven's voice when he woke up.
"Master, the core is finally ready. We can breakthrough toward rank 1 whenever you want." Heaven's voice said.
"Perfect, just give me a few minutes and I will commence with it." Axel mentally replied.
Lazily, Axel got up from bed and grabbed his phone. As usual, he began to check if any messages had arrived on his phone while he was sleeping as he walked slowly toward the bathroom.
When he got there, he pulled down his pants and sat on the bath, and after continuing looking at his phone for a few minutes, he put it down and pressed his temples with his fingers while he closed his eyes.
In no time, the image of an ocean appeared in front of him, but this time he didn't waste time admiring it. He quickly changed the image in front of him so the core of the world would appear, and with that, the half-meter high sphere was in front of him.
The core locked almost like always, the main differences being that now it had three runes on its previously black spaces and that right now it was shining like never. It was like the sun of a summer day had appeared in front of him. It was so shiny that from time to time some flares of energy would come out of the core, probably because it had reached its maximum capacity and it couldn't absorb even a single drop of energy.

"Ok, now that the core is finally full, I just need to follow the tutorials that I have read and everything should be easy."
Axel thought while gently placing his hand on the core.
By doing this, he felt just how smooth the surface of the core was and couldn't help but think how difficult it would be to create a crystal sphere so big and so perfect in the real world.
He didn't only notice the surface, but also the energy inside the core. He felt how the energy was flowing inside the core, and how it was being distributed toward his whole world and, at the same time, being collected from it too.
"Well, let's get started." Axel thought
As if obeying his command, the energy inside the core began to flow out of it and rotate around its surface. As more energy began to do this, some of it began to fuse with the crystal, making it grow in size little by little.
While this happened, the world remained frozen, as if time itself had stopped.
This process continued for what felt like more than an hour, and when the energy finally calmed down, what remained was the core, which had doubled its size.
For a few seconds, the core, which had lost all its shine, stopped sending energy toward the world, and only after that time did it begin to do it again.
The first flow of energy was very weak, almost imperceptible, but as more time passed, the stream of energy became bigger and bigger until it surpassed its previous power.
On the surface of the core, a new blank space to install runes had appeared, and between the central rune that controlled the main functions of the world, energy began to gather little by little.

"Now, the world shall expand. Its surface and underworld would grow in size while the water levels would reduce. With this, the old islands will become mountains of a new united landmass. Besides, a new landmass of even greater size will appear in the middle of the new ocean. " Axel narrated.
After that, the energy that was gathering inside the main rune began to fuse with it, creating a few new lines on it. When this process was over, the world's time resumed as if nothing had happened.
"Well, I guess that I'm officially a Rank 1 World Builder. Axel thought. "Heaven, let me know when the changes to the land are over. "
"As you wish, Master." She replied.
After that, Axel broke his concentration and returned to his bathroom, where he picked up his phone again.
"Now, I just need to wait a bit for my world to end its growth stage and settle everything related to fighting other worlds. After that, I will create my new add-on, and that is where the fun begins. " Axel thought while smiling.
After that, he cleaned himself, pulled up his pants, and left the bathroom.

Note: Tyrone's Background is based in an unfair justice system so there may be instances of racism apparent in chapters. Nothing major but you are warned.

Cultivating Earth [Hiatus]
[This fiction is on indefinite hiatus. I'm currently acting as a 24-hour caregiver for my step-father who had a massive heart attack. Sorry everyone!] Zhao Gang, after hundreds of thousands of years cultivating, has finally reached the penultimate threshold. He is ready to ascend to the level of True Immortal. He has developed a revolutionary new formation which will allow him to ascend while on even the lowest planes. To avoid drawing attention, he has to choose a plane that is relatively desolate, however. He chooses Earth. Fast forward three thousand years. Zhao Gang discovers what his work has wrought - a cultivation-free culture that has delved the deep mysteries of creation - he can't help but think how this tiny little planet devoid of natural energy could affect the course of all creation. There's only one problem. For that to happen, he has to succeed in cultivating Earth. Notes: Chinese names should be ignored in the social context - they don't mean anything. Sorry for slaughtering such a beautiful tradition. This novel starts off slower than most. If the slow-roll isn't your thing, you might want to give this a pass. If it's not for you, I understand. Also, releases may be broken up into smaller chunks. The goal is 5k words, but definitely more than 4k. If you see a short release, be aware that more is probably coming. I'll be honest and say that I'm struggling with each new scene, if only because I want to balance the scope of vision with good pacing. I hope the work I put into it is worthwhile.
