《Creating a world can't be that difficult, right?》Chapter 29

In no time, behind the Tyrannosaurus appeared a silver Triceratops, and a red Pterodactyl began to fly over them.
When the three of them were totally inside the tunnel, the two groups began to advance towards each other with the clear intention of fighting.
Before clashing, both the three-numbered yellow and the four-numbered green robots suddenly took out of nowhere a pair of laser guns each and began to shoot toward the dinosaurs.
Laser beams flew towards the beasts, but the tyrannosaur reacted by dashing forward, and while its mantis arms began to glow with a dark shine, it blocked the beams with them, making the attacks disappear.
When the tyrannosaur blocked the attacks, the pterodactyl flew over it, and while nearing the machines, it opened its mouth to shoot a red laser ray.
As if mirroring the other side's movements, the one-numbered red robot suddenly materialized a red sword in his hands, which he used to block the beam of the pterodactyl.
Then, the triceratops began to charge toward the two-numbered blue robot, but the machine suddenly made appear a blue shield in front of him. The dinosaur didn't react to its enemy's movements, and it continued charging until it crashed into the blue shield and got stuck.
But as if everything was part of its plan, the beast suddenly let out a cry, and electricity began to flow out of its horns, electrocuting the blue robot, visibly damaging it, and making him release his shield.
While all of this was happening, the tyrannosaur continued blocking the two machines' shots while the red enemy was blocking the Pterodactyl attacks. But as the blue robot was temporarily stunned, the triceratops used that opportunity to release a lightning bolt toward the green machine, which failed to dodge it and got stunned too.

Seeing that the robot was vulnerable, the tyrannosaur dashed towards the machine and bit him in the neck while stabbing him in the torso with one of its blades. After being damaged that much, the green robot began to release smoke and sparks each time it tried to release itself from the tyrannosaur's grasp.
The three-numbered robot tried to help his ally by shooting the dinosaur, but the dinosaur paid him no attention even if wounds were appearing all over its body.
As his companion was suffering, the red machine decided to throw his sword toward the tyrannosaur, managing to hurt its leg even if it tried to dodge the attack. By doing this, the green robot managed to break free from the beast's grasp.
Suddenly, the four machines began to retreat toward their entrance at high speed. Seeing this, the dinosaurs tried to follow them while shooting, but when the robots were about to leave the tunnel, four voices were suddenly heard.
"Megarobot, activate!" said the four voices at the same time.
At that moment, the voices said that the robots began to shine with great intensity.
The blue robot fused his shield with its torso, creating armor for him while his head hid inside his neck.
Both the yellow and green machines split into two pieces each, and while the green pieces fused with the blue robot's arms, the yellow pieces fused with his legs. Also, their guns fused themselves to create two canons that fit on the blue's shoulders.
The red machine dismantled itself almost completely, and while his head and some other pieces fused with the blue robot's head to create a knight's helmet, the rest of the red robot spread over the body, creating more armor pieces on the limbs.
Like this, a giant robot was formed by fusing the four other machines. Suddenly, the sword of the red unit appeared again in the giant robot's hands, but this time it was much bigger and it had the colors of the other three on its blade.

Without wasting even a second, the robot made a 180-degree turn and began to dash toward the dinosaurs. The canons on his shoulders started firing at the pterodactyl, forcing it to evade continuously and making it difficult for it to attack effectively.
As they had the numerical advantage, both the tyrannosaur and the triceratops tried to attack the robot at the same time, one on the right and one on the left.
Without stopping, even for a second, the robot stabbed with his sword toward the tyrannosaur, which clashed with him with its claws, which began to glow with a dark shine.
At the same time, the triceratops tried to ram toward the robot from the left side, but the machine reacted by stopping it by kicking it. When they crashed, electricity was released from the dinosaur's horns, but a blue energy shield suddenly covered the robot's limb, protecting him completely from any damage.
Suddenly, the canons of the robot changed the target and began to shoot at the tyrannosaur's head, which tried to dodge, but by doing that it released its grasp on the robot's sword, so he used that opportunity to quickly stab the beast in the torso, and this time it didn't manage to protect itself.
The robot's sword went through the dinosaur, which died in less than five seconds, during which the canons began to shoot again toward the pterodactyl, so it couldn't do anything.
As the dinosaurs loosed one of their members, the balance of the battle was completely broken. Without the tyrannosaur to put pressure on the robot and the pterodactyl neutralized by the cannons, the triceratops was beaten in a few seconds by the robot, before the last one of the beasts was finally shot down by the shoulder canons.
Like this, the robots emerged victorious from the fight against the dinosaurs.

My Newest, and at the same time, Oldest novel. This is a Rewrite of my very first novel that I begun when I was just starting out. It follows the story of Mark Floyd, a broken man who once tried to do what he thought was right... only to be stabbed in the back and thrown away. Now, pulled into a conflict that spans time and space, Mark has a choice to make; Stand up once more, even if it means facing an unknowable future, or let the Embers of his heart die and sink back into darkness. ----------------------------------- “For gold is tried in the fire, and acceptable men in the furnace of adversity”. Once part of a Special Ops team in the US Army, Mark Floyd thought he had seen the worst that Humanity had to offer. That was until his final mission, one that would leave him a broken and shattered man, betrayed by the Country he served, and abandoned by society as a whole. His dreams filled with nightmares of the ones he failed to protect, mind and memories clouded by booze and more, Mark finds himself stumbling through life without purpose or desire. Life isn't done with Mark yet, however. For as long as even a single ember remains in a persons heart, here is still yet hope for the flames of Passion and Hope to be Rekindled. When the dying embers of Mark's heart catches the eyes of a Being far beyond his understanding, Mark finds himself thrown into a situation not even his years of training could prepare him for. Will this new chance be Mark's hope at both Redemption and Recompense? Or will it simply be the final nail in the coffin for a man already dead to the World? [This is a rework of my very first story. The general story will remain the same, however a few details have been tweaked, the chapters have be Edited better and some chapters have been broken down into smaller chunks for better flow and consistency. The biggest change will be to the System itself; It will be a lot less "Game-like", meaning no stats, levels or similar aspect, though skills will still be present in the form of "Programs". Instead, It'll focus more on the Sigil's nature as super-computers and how they change the world around them. This should make for a much more "natural" and less info-dumpy system.
