《10k Years Silent Cultivation》Purple Bag

Gary was running through the fortress arms filled with manuals, and bottles. He'd managed to run up to the top of the tower, and simply smash his way through all resistance. He knew that at this point likely no one could effectively fight him. There were only a handful of ascendant masters within a clan, and transcendent specialists were thought to be myth. No one could match his speed. Although, It was possible that they would send an ascendant master after him, but he would burn that bridge when he got to it. His enhanced speed got him all the way back to the hill that he'd first arrived at. At this point his stamina was wearing thin. He had dropped some manuals behind him, but it didn't matter. He couldn't find the secret manual he'd been looking for, but the hyena clan secret manuals would probably still be useful to have.
He placed everything in his bag, and started off for the edge of the island. He made sure to stick to the woods, and the back roads. The island was filled with activities. Patrols, flying or otherwise, seemed to be searching everywhere for him. He wasn't sure how important the secret manuals were, but the shame they would feel at having been robbed in broad daylight would have an effect on their reputation. This was something they couldn't allow. He was fortunate that he kept his dark clothes, as the orange and black clan uniform would have been too conspicuous. He'd left his new clothes at the fortress.
He'd been walking through the brush one fine morning when a pair of swords nearly cut his head off. He'd managed to dodge it before being hit in the back with a giant spoon. Gary stood himself up, and saw that he was surrounded, on one side were 5 wolverine clan bounty hunters, and on the other 3 giant spoon clan mercenaries. The wolverine clan was a powerful martial clan that specialized in tracking, killing high value targets, a job they once shared in common with the dragonfly clan. The giant spoon clan was one that had found a giant spoon factory during the collapse, and became obsessed with the things.

This situation was hopeless. He knew that the bounty hunters were at least first rate, but he could physically feel the air shift around the two ascendant monsters. One from the wolverine clan, and one from the giant spoon clan. He did the only thing that made any sense to him. He activated his talisman, and ran. He accelerated to a speed that would kill him if he ran into anything. He would have to try his best not to do that. He didn't have much stamina, and he had run out of food a few days prior. He didn't know how long he could keep running for.
He threw himself into a stream hoping that it would carry him, and his scent somewhere else. Fortunately for the cultivation manuals, the bag was waterproof. Gary swam as best he could to avoid hitting any rocks. He managed to avoid taking any major injuries. His body was so sturdy now that he didn't have much reason to worry if he did hit a rock. At the end of his ride through the water a man with a giant purple bag was waiting for him.
"Hey, how are ya? I can see you're in need of little help. I can get you out of this mess for a price." the man stated.
Gary took the man up on his offer. The only payment he wanted was a manual that could help control the weather. Gary was lucky that that had been one of the ones he hadn't dropped. The man was a member of the purple bag clan. A clan of smugglers who all flew around in giant purple bags. The bags seemed to be enchanted as no one could see them traveling about even if they were meters away.
Gary was dropped off on a small uninhabited island. He thanked the man, and took out his flying quartz, and made his way back to the dragonfly clan.

"Divine mercy! You really outdid yourself. This was far more than we were expecting" declared the clan master
"Yea, a lot happened." replied Gary
"Sadly the matter of your reward must wait. As you are currently our only travelling disciple this mission falls to you, and I feel more confident now seeing your results." stated the clan master
"What mission?" asked Gary
"An assassination request. The clan master of the 1957 chevy bel air clan surprised us with his presence, and requested that we assassinate a disciple of the sticker book clan." replied the clan master.
"I'm sorry, run that by me again. The clan master of what, wants me to assassinate who?" asked Gary incredulously.
The 1957 chevy bel air clan was a clan with a long history. Through a freak miracle of fate, a 1957 chevy bel air had managed to phase through reality into the hands of the founder of the clan. This founder fell in love with it at first sight, and turned it into a flying artifact like no other. It became the namesake of his clan, and a symbol of their status as one of the mightiest of clans. The sticker book clan was one that worshipped a magical sticker book that could summon the creatures within the book into reality to fight for the wielder. The sticker would regenerate given time. The clan master of the chevy clan had apparently been aware of the continued existence of the dragonfly clan, and allowed them to continue existing likely for a situation such as this.
