《The Bartender at the End of the Universe》Ch 129: Hands Off the Merchandise

The sound of a wet slap, like a ball of slime being thrown against a wall, reverberated along the walls as Trizel's body met with the amalgamation of body parts. Its monstrous body scrunched up like an accordion as Trizel struggled to hold his ground. The giant's feet slowly started to slide backwards as the monster continued to try and drag itself forward.
Trizel grit his teeth as his feet pushed into the ground harder and harder, until they started to wear grooves into the stone as he was pushed back.
As the monster seemed to gain more ground, Trizel grit his teeth. He was losing this fight. Sure, it was by inches now, but the creature was not letting up, and unless he could turn things around those inches would turn to feet in a heartbeat.
"HHHRRRAAAGGGHHH!!!" Trizel let out a powerful roar from deep within his belly.
Power seemed to swell up within Trizel as his muscles flexed and strained against his skin. It was like they were trying to force their way outside of his body as they seemed to grow in size. But, with this newfound energy, it seemed to be enough for Trizel to regain some of the ground he had lost.
Not only did he manage to stop the advance of the multiple armed monster, but as a vein started to throb on his forehead, he took a step forward. Then another. Then a third. Slowly, but surely, he had started to push the monster back.
With each movement backward, the beast let out a pained howl. It was as if the act of moving backwards was more painful than being dipped in acid for it.
As Trizel roared, Bakade hesitated. The rest of them had continued to run, but the lanky girl looked back at the struggle. The flames in her eye sockets almost seemed to freeze as she took in the sight of Trizel struggling against the amalgamation. She set down Og'drimun's body, and then like a bolt of lightning, rushed towards the monster.

She had her head down, with her horns in front of her as she slammed headfirst into the monster. As her horns made contact with the flesh, it made yet another wet, slapping sound.
She didn't stop with just hitting it once though, oh no. She pulled her head back and rammed into it again, and again, and again. Each blow making the monster shake like a water balloon.
With her added blows, Trizel started to gain even more ground against the monster.
The creature let out a high-pitched whine. It stopped using its arms to try and push itself forward. Now, it turned to use them to grab onto Trizel.
The giant grit his teeth in pain as the creature grabbed his wounded arm. But, his eyes flew open in surprise as another hand grabbed onto the bare skin on his neck. More and more seemed to come out of nowhere as they grabbed him all over his body.
As Bakade rammed into it, the seemingly endless hands grabbed onto her as well. With each pass she made, more and more managed to latch onto her, which made it harder and harder to continue her assault. Slowly, she was forced to stand with her antlers pressed against the creature.
Lulu had replaced Pockets, and seemed to quickly take in the situation. "Well, I can see where this is going. Guess we better help them, huh?" She glanced down at Nugget, who nodded back at her.
Then, the two of them rushed forward towards the monster.
Sentenza let out a deep, pained sigh as he looked down at his feet with a defeated expression. He had stopped running, and was scratching his neck with his hand as he muttered under his breath.

Storm of the Elementals
The apocalypse was something that people were expecting to happen sooner or later, rising sea levels and everything. What our protagonist didn't expect was it to be from a system, let alone the fact that he missed it. Waking up as an elemental and being given frighteningly little info from a system that seemed a little off , stuck with 3 other eccentric individuals that he could almost swear are a bit dodgy, and not being quite sure he was human anymore, it was the start of a long day. It only got longer when he found out he was moved to a whole different world. ~ This is a slow burn story, focusing on the world and what happens if an eccentric historian gets transported in a world with systems and power that are not quite meant for him. ~ Some things you can expect: -No harem, god no. -Yes the protagonist is strong, no he isn't completely OP. -Other people who have been changed, he isn't the only special or chosen one who got transported or messed with. -It is sad to actually have to put this here, but the main character does shockingly have common sense.
