"No!"
"It is all true." Trizel folded his arms over his chest and nodded. "Every last word."
"Really?" Scoffed Narissa. "Even the part with you surviving falling off of that cliff?"
"I am still here, am I not?" Trizel said as he patted his chest.
"He has a point," Pockets agreed.
"Yes, but even you would die if you fell off of such a high cliff." Narissa held her hand up and whistled as she lowered it down towards the counter. "Splat!" She yelled as she slammed her hand down onto the counter. "Squished, like a bug. Flat as a crepe. It just doesn't make sense."
"I don't know," mused Pockets as she grabbed Narissa's hand and inspected it all over. "Your hand seems fine to me, so why couldn't he have been fine too?"
"Hahaha!" Trizel bellowed. "She's got you there."
Marissa rolled her eyes, but before she could say anything, the front door burst open. Death and Og'drimun rushed through. They were both hooting, hollering, and hopping around.
It worked! It worked!
"Quick! Grab a barrel. We just need to make a few trips, and then..."
The two of them froze as they slowly seemed to realize just how many eyes were on them.
Uh...hi. Death said flatly as he leaned into his scythe.
"Yeah, hello..." Og'drimun coughed as his eyes shifted around the room.
"The last time you looked this suspicious," Narissa mused. "You had set the duke's doghouse on fire."
"That was just one big misunderstanding! How was I supposed to know his prized hound would take a liking to that dragon?" Og'drimun countered. "Really, it was just an innocent mistake. Anyone could have made it."

"If only he'd seen your side," Narissa smirked. "Now care to share what trouble you've gotten into now?"
Og'drimun started to open his mouth, but stopped himself and grinned instead. He pulled his hand across his lips to pretend to zip them shut and shrugged.
Don't worry about it. It's uh...I mean, just trust us. Yeah. It'll work out if you just leave it all to us. Death said as he rubbed a finger over his nose hole.
"If it was just you dear, well that'd be different. But with that other imp involved. Well, that only spells trouble." Narissa said.
"What! I'm no simple imp!" Og'drimun complained.
"You both seem set on keeping this secret from us," Trizel cut in. "Just tell me that it is not going to risk any of our lives."
Lives? Well, let's just say you will realize how you hadn't really lived once you see what we've got in store! Death bragged. You'll wish...
"Now now, careful not to spoil the surprise," Og'drimun chuckled. "But no, no danger here, and you'll all know about it when we finish things. Now uh...do you have any barrels of water lying around?"
"Water huh? Curious..." Mused Narissa with a smirk.
"I think I saw a few in the back," Pockets said. "Let me just...wehhaaa!"
Pockets cried out as she slipped. She went crashing forward and flew into the kitchen. She cried out the whole way, and as she crossed the threshold went completely silent.
"I am still not used to that," Trizel said.
