You turn to Amanda. “So... enjoying yourself so far? Glad you came back?”
Amanda goes, as expected, beet red before nodding. “It's... not that different to living in a town. The people are smaller... and, well, hornier. But I only had to tell one of the goblins that I wasn't interested and he spread the word to the others.” She pauses for several seconds, and then continues in a lower voice. “I must admit it feels strange to see monsters being, well, people, but-”

“Oh look,” you say, blandly, “Mercy's free!”
Indeed, the stump elemental seems to have finally given up and, *Censored*, dumped Mercy unceremoniously on the floor and retreated back into the stump.
After several seconds she pulls herself to her feet. Almost as if she isn't aware of your presence she stretches and coughs a few times. A final stretch, and she waves her hand, pulling together a great cloud of pink mana that settles on her body. When it clears, she is clean once more and clad in a wet dream of a tavern wench's outfit, complete with too tight corset with puffy sleeves.

“Huh,” she says to her self. “That was easy.”
Then she seems to notice you. She freezes, looking almost guilty. After a few seconds she walks past you and out of the cave, pointing at you as she passes.
“Shut up.”
“I didn't say anything!”
“You were thinking it very loudly. Don't get your hopes up yet, wonder-Drake. You still have three promises to go.”
A wide grin splits your face.
Maybe you didn't get her a tree for nature mana. But you got her one for her succubus side, and that's nearly as good.
